• Akbota (8/5): Довольно хорошо за такую низкую цену - Персонал приветливый и общительный! Всё что было написано в условиях проживания соответствовала предложенной информации на сайте. Предметы для использования гостями были предоставлены (шампунь, полотенца, одноразовые зубные щетки и т.д.). Очень порадовала горячая вода в душе, прямо кипяток. Завтрак обрадовал, хлопья, молоко, сок и тосты. На сайте позиционируют себя как GuestHouse, но на деле вывеска Мотель. Постельное белье плохо пахло, как и полотенца. На постельном белье есть некоторые пятна, что вызывает неприятное чувство. Комната плохо проветривается и в ней достаточно душно, но это особенность самого здания и местной архитектуры.

• Nicole (5/5): - The good things were price, WiFi, and nice personnel. Towels were washed everyday but they smelled bad. Breakfasts were poor quality - everyday cereal with milk and toasts with strawberry jam, nothing more. And if you wanted to wash yourself with hot water you needed to wait for like 2 or 3 minutes till cold water change into warm. Its not long but it's wasting water.

• helena (1/5): I strongly do not recommend it. - Just the kindness of the staff Everything. I’d really like to know who gave this place a rating of 8. This place is truly terrible. Let’s start by saying that the rooms feel like a prison. The beds have springs like something out of the 1800s—extremely uncomfortable. Not to mention the pillow and the blanket, which smelled awful. Since the blanket isn’t removable, I wonder how they manage to wash it every time—also because there isn’t even a sheet separating it from the bed, so it’s in direct contact with your body. That makes me seriously doubt they clean it at all. To be safe, we didn’t use it; we slept in our clothes and ended up cold during the night. The towels—one per person—are the same ones you’d use for a bidet, and they also smelled like wet dog. Then the location… I’d love to know how anyone could call it “strategic.” Maybe someone who has never traveled. It’s 15 minutes from the metro, on a street that doesn’t feel very safe at night, and about 50 minutes from the city center—ridiculous. The bathroom floods completely, the sink is so low it’s only suitable for a child, and there’s nothing—not even a shelf—to place your things. In general, the spaces in the room are minimal, and you can’t even properly open a suitcase. I strongly do not recommend it.

• Christian (8/5): Wir kommen wieder! - Die Lage war super. Bus und U-Bahn in der Nähe. Restaurants und Geschäfte in der Nähe. Freundliches Personal. WiFi war ab und an für einige Sekunden weg. Die Handtücher waren klein. Kein Tee beim Frühstück.

• Jasper (9/5): All around great, would recommend - Lovely lady running the place and comfortable room overall. They give candy in the rolm and in the morning a light breakfast as well. Instructions and rules also very clear on signs all around the place. Pretty much the only thing was that the bathroom tap in the room we stayed in didnt work very well and the shower wasnt very hot. But still pretty good enough for a comfortable shower.

• rhellis (7/5): - Its in a good location. There are some restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. It was nice to have my own bathroom which is uncommon in a guesthouse. The bed was a bit stiff and the windows are thin so at night on a weekend its a little loud from outside.

No pueden dar un desayuno incluido tan tarde. Y en un rango tan corto. Pareciera que realmente non quieren darlo. El baño tenía un olor sutil a desagüe.

• Maisie (8/5): - the room was nice as described, the breakfast was provided in mornings the staff were lovely and helpful although not speaking english well. check in and out was smooth and laundry services were available if required fr a cost. the location was quite far to get into town which was my error for not checking but busts were frequent an easy to navigate, the beds felt the springs when sleeping which was a little uncomfortable at times. the breakfast was quite basic an we only had two mornings if it was early.

La chambre comptait le strict nécessaire, et nous n'avons pas manqué de grand chose. Le déjeuner était très simple, mais pour le prix, c'était très bien ! Son emplacement est assez proche et en même temps assez éloigné de Hongdae (40-50min de bus). Il n'y avait pas beaucoup de place pour le rangement des valises, habits, etc.
• Juri (7/5): - A friend and I stayed here for one night, and the staff were really nice and helpful. And it had everything it promised, the AC was great. Everything was clean and the beds were moderately comfortable. Though, it wasn’t a very inviting room. It literally felt like a prison cell, so just as a warning, in case you get claustrophobic. But for the price it was alright.

• Perera (1/5): - Nothing We visited this property the previous day to check the room before staying. After seeing the room, we were very disappointed—the room felt cramped and the beds were extremely small. We politely informed the reception that we were not happy and decided to leave. At that point, the lady at the reception behaved in a very disturbing and unprofessional manner. She called the police and falsely claimed that we had threatened her. She even told the police that we did not have valid visas, which was completely untrue. this entire incident happened very quickly. There are many posters around the place saying “Happy Stay,” but unfortunately, that felt like a joke after this experience. She did not allow us to leave immediately, she closed the door and there is a camera at the reception desk that records guests. Thankfully, the police officers were extremely calm, kind, and professional. It seemed like they were already familiar with situations like this, which made us feel that similar incidents may have happened before. We requested the property to cancel our booking, but they refused to do so. Because of this situation, I had to cancel my card for safety reasons. I booked this place trusting the reviews on Booking.com, but I strongly recommend checking Google reviews as well—there are many similar complaints about this same person calling the police on guests. I would not recommend this place to foreigners. Locals may be able to manage, but for international travelers, this experience was very stressful and unpleasant.

• Claire (7/5): Basic accommodation outside Seoul centre with warm and friendly staff - The room was fairly large with a separate bathroom and entrance way. The lady in reception was lovely and friendly. I arrived very late so just headed straight to my room which she had left unlocked and then paid/ checked in properly the next morning. It has a hostel vibe as there is a communal kitchen on the second floor so great if you're a solo traveler looking to meet other people. The room was very warm compared to outside which was good in some ways but bad in others as I kept going outside not wearing enough layers! The location was a bit far out and it was 15 minute walk to the nearest metro. The rooms and the building in general could do with a little bit of TLC, they feel a bit tired and some of the fixtures and fittings were falling apart, although the decor and her handwritten signs everywhere do have a certain charm.

• Mathias (10/5): Idéal pour une nuit - La dame à l'accueil sympa, elle à même traduit via son portable la procédure une fois l'heure pour le Check-in (j'étais venu avant déposer ma valise) et français sans que je lui dire quoi que ce soit. Chambre petite, mais qui pour moi est assez vu que je dors juste dedans et je ne squatte pas toute la journée dedans.

• Sagida (10/5): Все необходимое есть для проживания, все чистое и приятное. - Понравилось абсолютно все. Номер был очень чистый, приятно пахло свежестью и чистотой. Везде в форме веселых картинок написаны инструкции к пользованию кондиционера, телевизора, открыванию окна. В номере очень много приятных деталей и мелочей для гостей: конфетки с приветственной запиской, спрей от Комаров, зубные щетки и паста. Завтрак тоже очень приятный, легкий. Расположение отеля тоже очень понравилось. Рядом куча кафешек, большой рынок, остановка, магазины. За такие деньги это просто чудесный отель. И так очень приятные хозяева, очень быстро реагировали на наши запросы, очень приветливы и дружелюбны. Однозначно рекомендую, и сама если поеду в Сеул, то однозначно остановлюсь там. Все было супер!
