- 一馬 (9/5): 旅の疲れを癒す宿 - 一人での宿泊でしたが、部屋は十分に広く加湿器や電子レンジ、マッサージチェアーまで用意されていて、とても快適でした。またベッドも程よい反発と、枕の種類も３種類から自分に合ったものを使うことが出来て、非常に良い睡眠が出来ました。 部屋以外の施設では、大浴場もサウナ・露天風呂・ジャグジーと種類があり炭酸泉で旅の疲れを癒してくれます。風呂上りには無料のアイスキャンディーもあり、とても満足できました。 大浴場に部屋のバスタオルを持っていく必要があるのですが１セットしかないので、夜と朝で２回行きたい時に困りました。このあたりの案内があればよいと思いました。

- Jennifer (10/5): Great stay! - Breakfast was very good. A nice selection of Japanese and Western options. Loved the massage chair in the room! Bed and sheets were very comfortable. Great location and choice of personal products in the lobby was very much appreciated!

Minutes away from excellent shopping choices and eateries. We arrived during the cold winter season so it was a relief to discover that the hotel is just steps away from getting off the train! Onsen not a natural spring but very nice. Lobby has a nice ambience, well designed and comfortable and cozy, with nice touches, thoughtful. Breakfast buffet was pretty good, worth it. Nothing worth mentioning, I would recommend this hotel. X

- Raymond (10/5): Will always stays here whenever in Takasaki. - The breakfast is abundant with choices by Japanese standards. It's very authentic local food. Having stayed in many hotels in Tokyo, and this is really the best compared in any measure. The staff is super nice and courteous. The clean crew really pays attention. I have a small blanket. They always fold it nicely. The room has everything you need, and the location is fantastic. it is on the east side of the train station, not too crowded compared to the west side, but easy access to all the shops and food places.

Very safe area and plenty of shopping store also department store, easy to find something to eat even late at night. Hotel so clean and staffs very friendly and helpful. My room is big enough. Would recommend to other friends Shower curtain a bit smelly

Spa was super nice with sauna and out door bath..whirlpool indoor facial steamer in vanity area...oh the popsicle after spa was nice touch..amenities in room was very thoughtful. We faced train station and we did not hear trains, quiet..lobby has a serene water fall that streams through lobby..staff very helpful...
