Theresa (10/5): Perfect location with excellent staff and very clean, spacious rooms. - Location and the exceptional staff. We’ve stayed at Backstage before and several of the staff recognized us. Everyone is so friendly and helpful especially the manager. Breakfast was very good! Easy to access public transportation. Restaurants and many attractions with in short walking distance.
Ronny Udo (9/5): Freundliches Hotel mit gutem Frühstück direkt am ABBA-Museum. - Direkt am ABBA-Museum und nicht weit vom Vasa-Museum entfernt, sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal, Bar mit Snacks im Hotel vorhanden. Etwas mehr Platz zum Aufbewahren von Kleidung wäre prima, z.B. ein Schrank oder Regalfächer.

Jan (9/5): - Personalet var smilende og serviceminded. Morgenmad var lækker og i fin kvalitet. Fin størrelse værelse og fint med fransk altan - havde dog været dejligt hvis der kunne være plads til en stol. At kalde min udsigt for en udsigt, man betaler ekstra for er klart overdrevet. Personalet tjekker åbenbart ikke om minibaren virker. Den blev dog hurtigt udskiftet. Aircondition tager en del tid om at køle værelset med. Badehåndklæder små og generelt i en lidt tynd kvalitet.

Carole (9/5): Un séjour très agréable dans un hôtel idéalement situé au cœur du magnifique quartier de Djurgården, - J’ai particulièrement apprécié l’emplacement de l’hôtel, dans le magnifique quartier de Djurgården, très verdoyant et agréable pour les promenades. La chambre était spacieuse, confortable et très agréable. L’hôtel est idéalement situé à proximité des principaux musées et attractions de Stockholm : Skansen juste en face, Gröna Lund à côté, le Vasa Museet et le Viking Museum à 5 minutes, ainsi que le musée Nordiska à environ 7 minutes. Pour les amateurs d’ABBA, le musée se trouve directement dans l’hôtel. Au printemps, les grandes jardinières fleuries de tulipes rendent le quartier encore plus charmant. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être un peu plus varié, la carte étant assez limitée. Cependant, le buffet reste correct et le pain rustique est excellent.

MsGasometer (10/5): GREAT HOTEL AND LOCATION - Stayed for 5 days in April 2026 and can’t fault it. Brilliant location for the ABBA museum and other museums around such as the Viking museum and the Gröna Lund and Mamma Mia attraction- plenty of attractions nearby too (Hasselback, Cirkus) too. Really great transport connections too - the tram stop is right outside and there’s a ferry ⛴️ stop behind too. Staff are helpful and get taxis very promptly too. Room was lovely beds excellent bathroom nice - good amenities considering it’s a 4 star I was very pleasantly surprised. I love how the Visitors bistro/bar and a cafe and brasserie all in or connected to the hotel. Would definitely recommend and return. Staff were helpful and efficient day and night sorting any questions or issues we had immediately.

Makeup spegeln i badrummet sitter för högt upp. Ingen i sällskapet kunde nå den och då är ändå en av oss 1,70 m lång.

Maren (8/5): Empfehlenswert - Die Lage ist phantastisch. Direkt vor dem Hotel verkehrt alle paar Minuten die Tram der Linie 7, die bis zum T-Centralen und damit fast bis zum Hauptbahnhof fährt. Um die andere Hausecke rum sind es wenige Schritte bis zum Fähranleger, der einen in wenigen Minuten in die Altstadt bringt. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Der Frühstücksraum ist groß und einladend gestaltet. Die Auswahl am Buffet ist sehr gut. Ebenso kann man sich kleine Gerichte von einer Menükarte wählen, die das Buffet gut ergänzen. Der Kaffee hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Es gibt mehrere Saftangebote und verschiedene Milchprodukte, z.B. Barista für den Kaffee. Es gibt nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat. Gerne hätten wir einen Kleiderschrank gehabt. Das Bad ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Gewöhnungsbedürftig war das Duschen. Das Überstrecken des Kopfes zum Abbrausen des Haares war aufgrund der Badewannenrundung schwierig, weshalb wir den Schlauch benutzt haben. Man setzt zwar erstmal das halbe Bad unter Wasser, aber selbst das war kein Problem, weil es gut abläuft. Für uns war das Einsteigen in die Badewanne kein Problem. Älteren Menschen würden wir das nicht empfehlen, weil die Acrylwanne doch eher glatt ist und ein sicherer Einstieg schwierig ist. Die Musik der Bar mag für empfindliche Menschen störend sein, besonders im Sommer. Uns hat es nicht gestört.
Degerman (9/5): Bra hotell med utmärkt läge - Väldigt bra frukost med en liten meny där man kunde välja rätter. Jättebra läge nära många sevärdheter och andra utflyktsmål. Nära till många restauranger och även till allmänna kommunikationsmedel som spårvagn, buss och båt. Dålig eller obefintlig sängbelysning. Om man är känslig för ljud från gatan kan spårvagnarna upplevas störande men upphör senare på kvällen/natten.

Greg (10/5): Mama Mia - Such a great place to stay and soak up what is ABBA - Although a little pricey The location to must see attractions, ABBA, VASA, Mama Mia The Party, Viking plus more Museums all within walking distance definately compensated for this. Public transport was outside the front door to get to anything else you want to see. Hotel staff we very helpful with anything we asked. Having trouble thinking of anything we didn’t,like

Louke (8/5): Fijn hotel met goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding - De heerlijke ruime kamer, met een heerlijk bed. Misschien toch wel de mevrouw ‘s ochtends van het ABBA museum die de wachtende rij stond toe te spreken maar deed geen afbreuk aan ons verblijf.

Randy (10/5): - The staff at this hotel are exceptional. Everyone we interacted with seemed to really enjoy the hotel, the city, and the culture. They're always eager to help. What i found odd was the way the shower water gets all over the bathroom. I took a bath the second night to avoid the issue. Turns out I didn't realize I needed to soak for an hour :)
Vihmanen (9/5): - Aamiainen oli aivan omassa luokassaan. Ehkä paras hotelliaamiainen ikinä. Listalta saattoi tilata annoksia ja sen lisäksi oli buffet-pöytä. Laadukasta ja hyvää. Ei mitään mättöä. Huoneessa oli aika vähän pistorasioita. Niitä kaipasin.

Victoria (8/5): - The hotel is lovely - stylish and well designed and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and there was a really nice selection of food available. The room was very comfortable and we slept really well on the comfy mattress. As it was the end of the winter season, it was really quiet around the hotel which was lovely after a busy day in the city. Its a great location for visiting all of the best museums and family attractions and very easy to get to and from on the trams, buses and ferries which we used a lot during our visit. Some extra teabags and nicer coffee in the room would have been a nice touch
