- Christophe (2/5): Attrape touriste et honteux - L’hôtel paraît bien de l’extérieur mais dans les chambres, c’est une catastrophe ! Nous avions logé dans la chambre 515. Fenêtre cassée qui ne ferme plus, climatisation en panne, escaliers communs dégoûtants, traces de moisissures dans la douche, sèche serviette déteint avec traces de rouilles, lampe d’entrée hors service. Quand on fait part de ces problèmes au personnel, ils étaient parfaitement au courant de ces problèmes mais louent quand même la chambre ! Une honte pour un hôtel 3 étoiles et pour la somme de 180 euros ! Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel pour attrape touriste. Ils n’ont rien voulu savoir, ni changement de chambre, ni remise. À part s’excuser, et faire un mail pour un sois disant remboursement, ils s’en foutent complètement !

- Jörg (2/5): - Das ganze Zimmer war schimmelig und feucht. Die Wassertropfen hingen am Spiegel im Schlafraum. Die Zimmertüren sind nur mit Gewalt zu öffnen. Die Handtücher und Bettwäsche sahen benutzt und schmutzig aus- seien aber angeblich neu und frisch. Ein Zimmer Wechsel wurde sehr unfreundlich am Empfang abgewimmelt. Das solch ein Zimmer überhaupt vermietet werden darf ist eine Frechheit und unzumutbar. Für 160,82€ darf man für eine Nacht wirklich zumindest ein sauberes, schimmelfreies Zimmer (512- 519) erwarten!

Cet hôtel est très bien placé vraiment nous avons était surpris par la qualité de la chambre spacieuse moderne, très propre. Un petit déjeuner très bien différencié et bon . Vraiment rien à dire , parfait pour nous ! Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter
- Frédéric (4/5): Décevant pour un 4* - Nous avons eu une chambre PMR sans nous l’avoir au préalable indiqué et la climatisation n’était pas réglable. Heureusement que nous avions des boules quies, car la climatisation était très bruyante … Enfin, concernant le petit déjeuner, la qualité n’était pas franchement au rdv. Pour un 4 étoiles, on s’attendait à mieux.

- Andreas (4/5): Nicht in standgehalten und zu teuer - Bekamen Behindertenzimmer aber waren zu müde zu diskutieren. Bad war voller Rost. Vorhang mit Rissen und Löchern. In der Lobby ein Sofa aufgeschlitzt. Frühstück sehr einfach mit billigen Instant Kaffee bis jemand dann doch an der Espresso Maschine war und etwas Gutes hervorzauberte. Für ein Drittel des Preises wäre es ok für eine Nacht gewesen. Fuer das was wir bezahlt haben nicht. Man lebt von Leuten die nur eine Nacht einmalig uebernachten.

- Jean Michel (10/5): Très bien mais peut mieux faire. - Bien situ é, très bon accueil, bonne literie, chambre spacieuse petit déjeuner agréable. Les petits moins, interrupteurs depuis le lit quasiment introuvables. La salle de bain manque de pente, la douche à même le sol met de l'eau partout.

- Jean A (8/5): - Booked a standard double but was given an accessible room with a double and single bed. This meant the layout of the bathroom wasn't ideal. Due to the third bed blocking light switches, lights needed to be switched off by the door, rather than by the bed. Thee light switches had lights on them meaning the room wasn't very dark overnight. Only 1 plug socket made it difficult to charge items. Fridge in the room was great and effective aircon. The restaurant had good food options and was value for money. The breakfast was average but included in the price.

- Daniel (10/5): - Perfekte Unterkunft, wenn man zur Fähre nach Korsika muss. Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Da wir vor dem Frühstück auschecken mussten, haben wir eine Breakfast Box bekommen. Der Inhalt war jetzt nicht weltbewegend, aber trotzdem gut als Notfallration für die Überfahrt.
- Vikki (6/5): Basic hotel - Rooms were basic, no tea or coffee facilities unless you were on first floor rooms as they were the only rooms that had a kettle. Breakfast very basic and most mornings not much left due to youth football teams taking everything. Only one lift working and we were on the top floor so had to wait ages for the lift or sometimes had to walk down or up 6 floors due to the amount of residents. Parking was free and next to shops which was convenient.

No person declared AC was not working on our arrival. Was offered another room, same condition applied, NO AC. Leading into summer shocking state of affairs. Reception staff, do their best but overall zero score. 2 star 🌟

- Verified traveler (10/5): Great - Parked in multi-storey behind/under hotel. Free and simple. Savona is a very busy place. We only stayed for a one night stopover. Staff on reception desk helpful and friendly, had upgraded us from a triple room to two adjoining rooms. Room clean and spacious. Tv took a while to connect too and work( it’s rather high tech) and I’m young!

- Ricardo (6/5): Tinha tudo para ser bom mas… - A experiência tinha tudo para ser ótima se não fosse a falta de ar condicionado no quarto! Tive que dormir de janela aberta e entrava muito barulho e luminosidade da rua u que me prejudicou o sono. A temperatura da cidade estava por volta de 16 graus porém no quarto estava 26 graus …. Quente para quem está acostumado a dormir no ar condicionado.

Nonostante questo la colazione era ottima ed abbondante.
- Relax41571001435 (10/5): Nice hotel for short stays - Stayed for one night while driving through Europe, room was clean, staff were friendly. Area is in a shopping centre with car park attached. Perfect for one night stay, can’t comment on area as we didn’t explore area. Area was very quiet at night, slept very well. No coffee making facilities in room, but just went down to local Mac Donald’s and bought a coffee.

The toilet did not work, run water all the time. The telephone in the room did not work, no AC because it's October and the hotel switched off all AC. When we went down to reception the girl said, the handyman will come tomorrow and there is no manager on duty! This place is a 20 euro taxi ride from the city with restaurants. No nice places to eat nearby. Also the restaurant in the hotel is empty and you have to pre book a meal! This place takes your money and then you find out how they operate.

Morgenmad ok, men morgenmadsrummet som også viste sig at være aftenrestaurant, var med rigtig dårlig akustik, og møblerne meget cafeterieagtige. Ikke et hyggeligt sted, hvor man havde lyst til at spise aftensmad i. Savnede en gårdhave eller altan, til det gode vejr. Værelset stort med en 2m bred seng. Klagede over manglende varme de første 2 dage, men det kunne ikke ændres, da det skete centralt. Blev opfordret til at tænde el-håndklædevarmeren i badeværelset for at varme. Efter 2 dage blev værelset varmere. Værelserne med udsyn til p-pladser til et lille indkøbscenter.

The room they offered toovw is to was just as warm. We were promised a refund for the 3 nights we reserved but in the end only credited 2 nights. Do not recommend.
