- Tyrrell (10/5): - We always stay here they are like extended family to us at this point. Our children love Eli at the front desk. Someone thought it would be a smart idea to pull the fire alarm or set it off.

- Nick (6/5): Not a 5 star but very friendly staff. - I was disappointed in the breakfast. It was a small area and not able to find room to serve myself. Area was to small and not enough room. Selection of items were very limited. Some of the items that were available did not compliment each other.
- Rusty (1/5): - The room wasn't as clean as I would expect. There were stains on the sheets and towels. Some of the pillowcases were dingy color. The mattress pad was very dirty. The room next to ours we could hear every word they said until they went to bed at midnight. Kids were very noisy up and down the hall. Several times during the night we heard some kind of banging noise.
- Navas (9/5): - La ubicación No tiene lavandería activa
- Jacqueline (4/5): Although it’s a cheap price, the rooms need to be updated and AC needs to be checked on frequently. - Pricing, for a last minute decision, was what drew me to the hotel. The night check-in person that I dealt with was very respectful and professional. The bed was not comfortable (too firm). The AC in no our room didn’t work well (or possibly at all) a burning smell kept coming from it every time it “turned on” like the heater was on. The temperature (even with the AC on) stayed at 70. I requested late checkout, but the front desk lady said they don’t honor that (I did it through booking.com) how was I suppose to know that? I told the maid (who didn’t knock when she first entered the room) she came back an hour later (knocked then let herself in) the third time, the front desk lady came with her and she said “do y’all plan on leaving today? Because check out was at 11” she seemed rude about it and the maid wasn’t courteous. The maid only gave us 10 minutes to get ready and get out of the room. We were forced to pay for another night for a later checkout. Walls are thin, I could hear the guests on each side of me. No information about breakfast or tv guide in the room. The shower curtain was too short so water was all over the floor. The handle on the toilet would get stuck every time you flushed.
- Yvette (1/5): - Made a reservation online and got to hotel they did not have my reservation or room... Front desk lady was not helpfully and did not care
- Antonio (8/5): -
- Kristina (8/5): Looks great online. - The place is nice and clean. When I arrived I was informed that the washers and dryers have been broken for a month. I asked the manager to put a work order. She said she did. I've been staying here for a little over a week and they are still broken. I moved to this hotel rom a previous one because of the amenities. I'm paying more money for nothing. Also the treadmill doesn't function properly. The speed doesn't increase. The tub in my room currently squeaks really loud just by walking on it. The toilet bowl constantly makes a water sound. I have to lift the lid and adjust manually.
- Tony (3/5): Wil - The location No blow dryer or iron in the room. We opened the curtains only to find that the window was broken on the outside glass. Guessing it was a double glass because the cold was not coming in but looked tacky.

- Morales (10/5): Chill and good - Everything None
- Naythan (10/5): It was good - Clean Nothin it was good
- 377venessar (10/5): Great - It’s always a great stay.. there was a problems with housekeeping, had a very rude Cuban lady that didn’t come clean our room for 3 days we were there. Next time I will make sure someone comes for our services. We always stay over the weekend and we deserve better services.
As for the rest everyone was super nice.
Thank you

- Adan (1/5): -
- Viviana (10/5): - Clean and quiet
- Chris (8/5): - Lots of things nearby but still tucked away quietly. Friendly staff. Reserved a room with the extra living space but did not get it. Room was non smoking but still had the odor. Bathroom seat was broken and door kept locking us out.
- Darius (6/5): - A
- Francisco (4/5): - Room had a stink smell
- Jonathan (2/5): - When I got my room, the people next to me were very loud, I was in a room with connecting doors and the noise barrier was not great. I was switched to a room that had no counting doors. It was much quieter but a new issue arose, the room was not to it's fully cleanliness potential. The sheets and towels were stained and questionable. To top it off I saw a few roaches scattered in the room and bathroom.
- Rafael (10/5): -
- Sierra (9/5): -
- Karl (6/5): - We were there 4 nights and never did they ask if we need anything. Our trash was bad.. my husband and I had to go dump it.
- Marisa (6/5): Medical trip - The hotel itself was a bit rundown but clean. All the lights were out in the parking lot making it feel unsafe. It is used more for work and long term stays, there were men hanging out by their vehicles so having decent lighting would make it feel safer. The breakfast was decent. Our toilet had the water shut off for some reason and had to be turned on everytime we wanted to flush. Probably will not stay here again.
- Giana (9/5): Overall great. - Late check out, friendly staff Dirty shower.
- Miller (4/5): -
- Holmquist (7/5): -
- David (8/5): -
- Giana (8/5): I’d stay there again! - Staff was super friendly, price was great, & breakfast was good. Even tho pool was open and water was clean, the tile needed a good scrubbing all around from all the scum (rust look a like spots).
- Desiree (4/5): - The rooms are very old and not as clean as they appear online. The first one we got smelled like mildew and smoke so we had to move to a different room . Which was better that the toilet pressure in the room was an issue along with the shower being clogged. You run two days or just one day out there in Odessa. The pool is completely soiled. It wasn’t what it appeared on online either. The staff was really nice and helpful. I know it’s not them who came up with this idea, but most likely management, they ration out towels, if you need new ones, you have to give your old ones. It is a cheaper hotel, so it’s understandable. It’s not unbearable however it’s not the most comfortable either. But it’s doable if you’re staying for a short period of time.
- Astin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ronniqua (6/5): - The pool was green, which was just not a good site. The washer and dryer was out of order, all the equipment in the fitness room did not work
- Porch (8/5): Very good -
- Johnson (8/5): Very good -
- crystaljH9620OU (2/5): I wish I had a better stay - The room was not cooling as well as the refrigerator. I asked to be moved she said it was a double bed available then lied and said nothing was available. I went online and there were rooms available. She just did not accommodate me as a guest. Also room was not the same as advertised. It was super small and bed was very uncomfortable. Horrible stay and daytime desk workers horrible. Hotel pictures are not what you get...I posted what was promised verses what I got. I can make this up...tissue holder was held together with a writing pen...please see pics...and if they give you rm 314 please don’t take it...it's like a small cubby hole....had a desk no chair...it was just over all a horrible experience
- Yvette (4/5): - Well check in went great. Settled in our room, put drinks in the fridge, and headed out for sight seeing & dinner. Had a late night at senergy. Returned around midnight to find the elevator out of service. Had to climb steps to 3 rd floor with bags & things we hadn’t taken to the room yet. Get in the room to find out the fridge doesn’t work. Great!
Wake up at 4am to doors slamming, and continued well into 8 am. Guess this is a hotel for the workers in the area. Great again…
Getting things ready to check out and there was a bar from the bed sticking out. I caught my ankle on it and cut it. Ankle is swelling. I call front desk for staff she comes in tries to fix the bed. Tells me mngt will be in in 1/2 hr. I ask if elevator is working. Reply is no. Now I have to lug all my things back down 2 flights of steps with a sore ankle. Welp that was an hour ago. I have since had breakfast & no mngr.
Figuring I’d get ice for the cooler since my drinks are hot now. Only to find out that ice machine on 1st floor is out. Traveling to another floor is not happening.
This hotel needs some serious help! In whole I would never recommend it!
- Oscar (8/5): - Ok
- Steve (10/5): Exceptional -
- Deanna (4/5): - Shower was disgusting. There was absolutely no way it can be cleaned or has been cleaned from past guests. Floor was extremely slippery. Sink was insufficient.
- Cameron (10/5): Staff made the trip absolutely wonderful staff - The staff was very personable, extremely accommodating, and just a pleasure to deal with Some of the repairs that were done in the bathroom, the towel rack did not fit the wall that it was on. You could see where the old towel rack was, and the tile was cut out for the other towel rack. The carpet was worn that for an oil field town. It was actually quite clean and we were pleasantly surprised.
- Angelina (8/5): Very good -
- Irma (10/5): Exceptional -
- Joel (7/5): Good -
- James (4/5): Disappointing -
- Skys (8/5): Very good - Everything Everything
- Samoon (9/5): Superb -
- Marco (8/5): - A bit noisy but other than that the mall was walking distance and it’s nice it had a pool and it’s clean
- Clint (6/5): - noisy
- Matthew (8/5): - Not a bad spot for the $.
- Roxie (2/5): I was kicked out of the property because the management profiled me, and I found bugs in he room. - Location Cleanliness, the management
- Roger (4/5): - Did not like the surprise charges and the general run down condition of the rooms. Staff was loud and kept interrupting when I tried to address the issue of the surprise extra charges.
- Castaneda (8/5): Good location - Clean and comfortable and good location. The lobby wasn't very inviting. My TV didn't work. It was already night time, so I understand the front desk girl not wanting to help. So it was a really quiet night.
- Desari (5/5): Over all it was a good experience. We will stay again. - We book there cause it’s very close to the places we go to & use often. Our rooms seemed like they hadn’t been cleaned/used in a while. There was a film of dust on the furniture & it smelled a little musty.
- Andrew (9/5): Very good except for the situation with the room carpet and thorns - Great Stickers in the carpet. Was walking barefoot and got thorns in my feet. Unusual
- Julie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pamela (7/5): Good -
- David (3/5): Poor -
- Kelly (6/5): Pleasant - It’s was okay for one night. I prob wouldn’t stay again.
- Jason (1/5): Go to comfort inn this place will rob your cash and no privacy - Location That even with the do not disturb they will go in your room to check for suicide and dig through your stuff with out you knowing after you leave
- Teelea (10/5): - I liked the area it’s located in it was quiet
- Clint (8/5): - Staff was very friendly and what ever I needed they were very assertive.
- Russell (10/5): Exceptional - Everything Nothing
- Kevin (8/5): - No frills,
- Geronimo (8/5): - Cozy little place to stay.
- Sabino (6/5): - Couldn’t get in the restroom the whole night till the next day. Since it locks by itself
