• Wulan (8/5): oke - I was allowed to chat with my students in the hotel lobby. The location is also very close to Den Haag Central. I lost my headphones, and I thought I left them in the hotel room. But I'm sure they weren't outside. I forgot to double-check before leaving the room. When I remembered and asked the receptionist, they asked the cleaning staff, and they said they weren't there.

Arredo moderno e curato. Colazione sia salata che dolce buona, ha soddisfatto le aspettative. La camera con finestra interna sulla hall chiusa del piano terra lasciava passare il rumore delle persone che bevevano e mangiavano al piano terra un pò rumorosa se vi capitano ospiti che si attardano nella hall ma non hanno disturbato il sonno. Disponibilità di deposito bagagli solo a pagamento con un minimo contributo di 5 €.

• Klaus (8/5): - Es gibt kaum eine bessere Lage im Zetrum von Den Haag. Das Hotel verlassen und man ist schon fast in der zentralen Umgebung für Museen, Shopping und Restauration. Das Frühstück ist leider nur Mindestmaß. Keinerlei Abwechslung, nach 2 Tagen kann man am Buffet die Augen zumachen. Parkgebühr in der Tiefgarage ist absolut Großstadtwürdig. (:
• YGN (9/5): Great location which meets expectations - Right by the Plein and in the center of just about everything. The Hague is walkable and this hotel is a ten minute walk from the train station and anothet ten from the main shopping areas. Plenty of F&B choices all around the hotel. It's within the expectations that one should expect from the Express family of hotels under the Holiday Inn brand. Being adjacent to the Plein, it can be loud in the night. We were there for the weekend, checked out Sunday morning. The 4th floor (attic-type) of room had no opening window. There were no hanging hooks for jackets in the room and the open closet was small, with only 3 hangers. I would also like to have had a folding suitcase holder to avoid opening/having these on the floor. There was plenty of space for that.

В офертата им за настаняване пише, че хотела има място за съхранение на багаж, но един ден преди пристигане ми изпратиха по имейла, че мога да си оставя багажа само в деня на пристигане , на следващия ден ако искаш да си оставиш багажа, трябва да заплатиш по 5 евро на багаж. Това ми обърка доста плановете и не бих го взела този хотел отново.

• Marinella (9/5): Olanda sempre top! Specie con i tulipani - Posizione fantastica, a 200 metri dal Mauritshuis. Parcheggi la macchina (parcheggio sotto l'hotel) e puoi visitare tutta la città a piedi o con i mezzi pubblici (tram per Scheweningen e Delft). Buona colazione, stanza di dimensione sufficiente, ottima doccia e letti comodi. Se rinunci ad alcuni giorni di pulizia stanze ti offrono dei buoni per l'aperitivo al bar dell'hotel. Grande sala per la colazione o per il relax durante il giorno. Consigliatissimo. Nulla. Attenzione solo al King's day (intorno al 27 aprile)! In quei giorni non si può raggiungere il parcheggio dell'hotel e bisogna parcheggiare altrove.

Fijne kamer op de vierde verdieping dus al geen bovenburen. We konden inchecken vanaf 15u. We waren er wat vroeger. Onze kamer was reeds klaar. We konden er enkel al op mits betaling van €10 voor een vroege checkin. Dit vind ik toch wel geldklopperij gezien de kamer al klaar was en er geen extra inspanning voor geleverd diende te worden. Jammer dat jullie je hiervoor laten kennen...

• K (6/5): Mooie locatie, niet het beloofde bad, matige hygiëne, matig ontbijt, zeer matige reactie van personeel. Geen aanrader - Mooie ligging We hadden deze geboekt vanwege de hoge scores, onder andere op hygiëne en op het ontbijt. Wat is het ons allemaal tegengevallen. We kozen een kamer op Booking.nl vanwege het bad, dat in de beschrijving stond. Er bleek echter geen bad te zijn in het hele hotel, maar we bleken een minder validen kamer te hebben en die was duidelijk lang niet gebruikt. Slechte hygiëne ook in de badkamer werd het zo glad dat het gevaarlijk was. We zijn niet minder valide, maar hadden dit hier wel door kunnen worden. Geen enkel excuus gehad bij aankomst, bij vertrek een heel magere “ sorry we zullen er naar kijken”. Het ontbijt viel tegen; was gewoon niet lekker. Sinaasappelsap was ranja, er was geen normale yoghurt en het fruit smaakte synthetisch. Wij zijn over het algemeen snel tevreden maar dit was geen positieve ervaring. De afwezige of lauwe reactie van het personeel vonden we vooral erg jammer. Een andere reactie had veel goed kunnen maken.

• Piotr (6/5): - Conveniently located in the city center. Basic amenities in the room. No fridge, no wardrobe, inadequate towels. One electric socket near bed serving also a night lamp so no socket for your charger. Breakfast is quite basic - especially almost no vegetables. No decent bread.

• Margery (8/5): - Omdat wij met de trein komen, dan is dit Hotel een prima ligging . Met de tram ben je zo in Scheveningen ,museums . Plein is fijn omte vertoeven en te eten. En je bent zo in het centrum om te shoppen. Wat tegen viel, geen relaxed stoelen ( kleine kuipstoelen). Voor ouderen( 80) iets hogere stoelen plaatsen . Makkelijk met opstaan ( uit de stoel gaan)en aan uit kleden. Voor de rest een knus Hotel waar je s'avonds gezellig een wijn kan nuttigen.
