• Vishal (7/5): An average accommodation facility for stay. - Hotal staff and breakfast were exceptional! Bathroom amenities were both poor. Water drainage was obstructing and sluggish.TV has no local channel or entertainment.

• Rupesh (8/5): The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. - We recently stayed at Kuta Angel Hotel, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The staff throughout the property were consistently polite, well‑trained, and genuinely excellent — Bobby and several other team members stood out, always greeting us with a smile. The hotel itself was reasonably clean, and our room was serviced daily, which we appreciated. We particularly enjoyed the included breakfast, which was excellent and made our mornings easy. We had a small issue, the property insisted that my teenager son was not entitled to the included breakfast and asked us to pay extra. Fortunately, Booking.com resolved the matter quickly, though it was surprising that the hotel seemed unaware of the booking terms, especially given that many families stay there. It reminded us how important it is to understand the details of your booking before travelling, otherwise you may end up paying for something already included.

Juhtus see, et ma raseerisin ennast ja ei pannud tahele, et minu voodilina oli veriseks läinud. Selle eest küsiti raha ja öeldi, et pole võimalik puhtaks pesta. Pesin kraanikausis vereplekid puhtaks ja andsin teenindaja kätte ja sain uued puhtad linad tagasi. Lõpp hea kõik hea. 😃

The property needs a major update and better maintenance. I’m sure it was fantastic when it first opened, but now it requires investment to renew the furniture, appliances, and facilities.

Le personnel est incroyablement accueillant et le service de ménage est assuré quotidiennement. Nous avons pu bénéficier d’un avantage grâce à Booking, ce qui a rendu le rapport qualité-prix excellent. De plus, un restaurant est situé au rez-de-chaussée de l’hôtel, ce qui est très pratique. 😊

• Karren (8/5): It’s always quiet and comfortable, beds are very comfy. - I stay here for one night when I fly into Kuta before my transition to Ubud or Nusa Lembongan. It very well located to everything and still quiet. Definitely value for money. I have stayed on level 3 before and it very well renovated, this time I was placed on level 2 and the room here is not as well maintained. It’s quite shabby and needs repainting and updating like the top level. Pay the extra and stay in the third level if you want a nicer room.

• Patrick (9/5): I had the time of my life - Bali is geweldig, ik verbleef in Kuta met uitstapjes naar andere plaatsen. Het hotel was top, iedere ochtend een heerlijk keuze ontbijt (tussen 7 en 11 kon je ontbijten), iedere dag wordt je kamer schoongemaakt (en 4 flesjes water gratis), groot en mooi ligbad in de badkamer, goede wifi, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, heel dicht bij het strand en vlakbij het centrum. Als ik nog eens naar Bali ga is dat op zeker naar dit hotel. Zwembad bij het hotel is wat klein maar heerlijk water en erg schoon en bijna altijd heb je hem prive De mooie grote TV deed het helaas af en toe niet

• Leonard (7/5): Außergewöhnliches Design des Gebäudes, Lobby und des Zimmers - Sehr bequemes Bett Sehr schönes Zimmer und schönes Gebäude Freundliches Personal Ruhiges Zimmer, da zur Seitenstraße. Fenster im meinem Zimmer war so konstruiert, dass es sich nicht öffnen ließ, es gab auch keine Belüftung von Außen, so musste ich über die Eingangstür lüften mit Luft aus dem Flur. (Air Condition ist keine Frischluftzufuhr). Ich hätte meinen Aufenthalt dort gerne verlängert, aber ohne Frischluft kriege ich Zustände.

• Yusof (5/5): - Everything was great overall, but if you work remotely, this place is a 0/10. The Wi-Fi connection is weak and constantly disconnects. If I didn’t have mobile data, I wouldn’t have been able to work at all. The worst wifi connection ever.

Im Gang hat es gestunken und die Luft war sehr stickig. Das Essen vom Zimmerservice war nicht besonders gut aber das ist Geschmacksache.

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the accommodation. Clean and convenient property, at a super affordable rate which is close to good market shopping (if you’re into that) and a quick 10 minute walk to Beachwalk Mall and Poppies 2 and 5 minutes to Kuta beach

• Anastasia (10/5): - Отель находится в самом центре куты, вокруг много кафе, баров, магазинов. Есть место для парковки байков и машины. Нам дали номер на первом этаже. Очень чистый, светлый, просторный номер. Положили по 3 полотенца, одноразовую расческу, зубную щетку и пасту, ватные диски и ватные палочки. Уборка и замена полотенец каждый день. Остались очень довольны проживанием. Перебой в работе вайфай, горячую воду нужно было сливать пока она пойдет. Но все это мелочи.

• Kylie (8/5): - It was nice and mostly comfortable the staff were great but there was one staff member despite my don't disturb sign pressured the day staff to call me twice when I was sleeping. Because I made the mistake of tipping the first day I was there. Just being disturbed when I asked not to be . I had what they call a suite , shower was a bath . You couldn't shower you need to hand shower with the hose. Due to over bookings I couldn't get the suite for my entire time. Honestly I preferred my budget room vs the best suite. The budget room, the bed wasn't as good but atleast I didn't have to hand shower my self

• YASHWANT (8/5): Good Stay - The hotel was close to everything. money changer, Beach Walk ten minutes away, beach is 5 minute walk and amazing sunsets. The hotel itself is very clean. Staff were incredibly helpful. We were in the 1st floor, it was faster to go up and down that stairs than to take the lift. The hotel bedrooms need a little reno. By this I mean, the toilet seats need to be replaced, it looks like its been there since the 70's. There is alot of water damage on the walls. Needs a sand and paint. Though it does not alot of work, some attention to detail would be good.

Staff were so lovely and helpful! WiFi didn’t reach most of the room - would only connect when stood by the door. My only complaint, loved everything else!
