Clear instructions Could hear other guests. Extractor fan in shower room was blowing air into the room instead of extracting causing dust in the sink. Very tiny window in attic room

• Linda (2/5): Not a place to stay if you want a night's sleep - I can't think of anything I liked about the room The room was far too hot to sleep in, and if you opened the window you had the noise of a very busy road, also the rooms were very close to each other that we had the Persons TV from the other room on until 2.30 am which felt like it was on in our room , So no sleep

• lorraine (10/5): Super room, very comfortable bed and the owners had thought of everything - The room was excellent and we would certainly book this again. We only stayed one night but would stay longer next time. The room had everything that you could need, overall this was great value for money and the bed was super comfy. There was a pint of fresh milk in the fridge which was very welcome!! There isn’t anything I can say negative about the property

• Phyl (10/5): Everything you would need for a comfortable stay , perfect - This was a very comfortable clean & with parking outside. Also on arrival there was fresh milk coffee , tea & sugars to get you started, if you’ve not brought any. All cleaning products you may need provided. I’d definitely recommend this property, even near the road you couldn’t hear it as the double glazing work . They also provide heating & air conditioning really they have thought of everything to make your stay perfect.

• Helen (8/5): - The apartment was larger than I expected and was very comfortable. Also there was a very friendly cat on meet and greets when I arrived :) There was a little bit of noise from the main road but earplugs were provided so not really a problem.

The breakfast provided was very generous, delicious and lasted 2 days! The mattress in the suite we stayed in was too soft but it was ok for a short stay.

We had a studio with a mini kitchen and this was useful. Very smooth check in too. Lovely host, would definitely stay again. Nothing. By a main road but couldn’t hear anything at night. Very quiet.

We didn’t have a car but the parking available would have been a plus. The neighbours were also very friendly

The stairs were quite steep, the room was particularly hot, appreciate the day was a warm one, the fan supplied did very little to cool things down, having window open with the fan might have helped a bit, Road across from the garden too noisy to do this. Maybe the lights contributed to heat buildup and this warm day? After a 4hr drive, we noticed the heat in the room.

The accommodation is on a fairly busy road and the noise, although not too bad, is continual. Earplugs are provided and that completely shuts the noise out.

Key code entry gives more flexibility as to arrival times, which suited us as we were spending the day and having dinner with friends so didn’t arrive till late. Brilliant one night break, will return without a doubt, and have already recommended to friends.

It's a straightforward drive to Ringwood town centre where there's ample parking at the Waitrose/Sainsbury's carparks, and the town has a number of cafes and bakeries. Also very close to Moors Valley County Park, which is a great wood and open space.

Fantastic facilities, toiletries, utensils etc. Everything you could possibly want. Milk, tea and coffee kindly provided. Beds were comfortable. Even space for a dressing table and place to eat food. Super clear information all the way through booking. Just excellent, would definitely use again! Only tiny thing was the shower pressure wasn't great but that's us being super critical, it was still absolutely fine and hot which is the main thing!!

• yvonne (10/5): Excellent stay - Excellent stay for our trip to The New Forest. The room was cosy, had everything that was needed from table n chairs, two comfy chairs, very comfy bed and pillows. Iron and board, towels, wash flannel, all wash/cleaning equipment, mini cooker, toaster, pint milk in fridge. Everything was perfect. I would say though that coyld have done with a better iron as it didn't seem to iron properly. Apart from that the stay was excellent. Would definately recommend.
• Beth (7/5): Good - Everything needed was provided. Nice to have self check in so we didn’t need to worry about when to turn up. Good for one night or so & ok for the price. Communication with the hosts was fast & reliable. Very noisy from other guests as thin walls and was drafty, it was quite cold regardless if we put the radiator on. I’m quite poorly at the minute & need clean living areas, whilst I could see the rooms were made up, there was quite a bit of dust /hair in the bathroom and light stains on the bedding so I can tell it’s been cleaned fast, was a bit strange as it’s quite a late check in too, so you expect everything to be ok. Could hear music through the walls everyday, I’d also consider refurbing the bathrooms, very small & not a lot of room to shower/move about.
