Mohamed Abdel Mawgoud (8/5): - I had an overall excellent stay at the hotel; everything was wonderful and up to high standards. I would especially like to commend the staff—everyone was incredibly helpful, polite, and cooperative to the highest degree. However, I would like to share some specific feedback regarding the dining experiences for future improvement: 1. Noura Restaurant: Grilled Meat: It was very tough, dry, and quite difficult to chew. Shrimp: It was cooked in a strange way and tasted sub-par. Dessert Buffet: The selection was repetitive and remained exactly the same for every meal, day after day. The gateau options weren't the best in taste, and it would have been much better to include other options like cakes (tortes) to offer some variety and quality. 2. Thai Restaurant: The food tasted absolutely amazing and flavorful. However, the only downside was the noticeable delay in service; it took an hour or even longer for the food to be served. Overall, the hotel is excellent and the service is great. I hope management takes these dining points into consideration to make the experience truly perfect

I ristoranti a la carte sono 6 e tramite applicazione si possono prenotare gratis e si mangia bene . L' animazione è molto soft , ambiente rilassante L' accesso al mare dalla spiaggia risulta difficoltoso per la presenza di scogli/pietre , bello invece dal pontile , anche se il reef non è il massimo , direi accettabile

hasan (2/5): - Perfect location and really good for diving. Instructors are really nice they are doing their best for best experience. Waiters were really bad. They dont listen you they dont care. You order sth and you have to order it again and again. As far as i see they are unhappy or they feel they dont belong there. When you go to restaurants they dont welcome you or they dont tey to arrange an empty table. Also hotel is full of mosquitos in the evenings so bring sone sprey to protect yourself. Would i choose the hotel again ? Definitely no.

Saeb (3/5): - Service people are nice and try to help you as much as they can, they even arranged a cake for my birthday which we are very grateful for. If you are wondering how the hotel has great reviews: we were offered free ride to the airport and after accepting they asked us to reconsider giving them a good review. They offered many other things that we declined. Constant harassment by worker to buy massages or diving, they were rude when you say no to them. We did not recive and information about the red flag until we complained at the end of the trip. This was extremly uncomfortable for us. Bathroom had sewage smell! They offered us to switch rooms but we already had settled in and only had 2 days left. Why no check before handing the room to us? Delayed check in although our time of arrival was communicated multiple times. Activities are overpriced! Massages are more expensive than massages in germany!! The main pool where the bar and activities are is only 1 meter deep?? So it is for children but has bar and activities, the other pools dont have a close bar or music or activities why is that? So if you want to swim you cant enjoy any of the music or activities! Service is good and everyone does their best but it is very clear that the service is not trained and do not have high standards. We watched people clean around the pool with pool water and dip the dirty rags in the pool. Old food was given an the buffet! The cook put stale potatoes with the new ones and when i ate it i had to throw it away!

Alacarte restoranlardan Fransız mutfağı harikaydı. Yemekler çok güzeldi, eğer sharm el sheik’e gelmek istiyorsanız kesinlikle tercih etmeniz gereken yer burası. Kaldığımız en iyi otellerden birisiydi.

Our room was exceptional again, our room bloke sharife was amazing, the bed is so comfy with quality linen. To all the staff around the relaxing pool, restaurants the lobby bar, gamal reception, you have all been amazing and we appreciate what you have all done for me and mark to ensure our stay has been a very pleasant one as always. majeed (8/5): - The landscape in the outdoor area very well kept and nice setting, the cleaning staff around the room every morning were not pushy and they were so helpful and respect-full. Also staff in general were so nice although you could see they were under lot of pressure since the hotel was full but they kept being nice and helpful. the life guard who was in the afternoon and most of the time where we spent in the beach was so helpful and nice he observed the sea all the time which was a big relieve the family room furniture were so outdated and looked old defiantly not a 5 star hotel. the bathroom floors and walls looked very worn-out and needs renovation and very deep clean. the food was good but almost same food every day. the pool with the slides has plastic floors! although it was very quite and nice area but you could smell the plastic while swimming, also shading was not ok in such a hot area you need proper shades around the pool

Resif direkt otelin kıyısından başlıyor. Kahvaltı açısından tuzlu çeşitleri arttırılabilir. Plaj diğer otellere göre daha büyük olmasına rağmen kalabalık, boş şezlong bulmak zor olabiliyor. Beklentimden fazla şekilde deniz anaları vardı ve dalgalıydı.

Ewa (9/5): Posh Club - godny polecenia - Posh Club i Swim-up Suite - bardzo polecam. Hotel jest bardzo czysty, obsługa na medal! Bardzo dobre posiłki w restauracjach a’la carte, oraz zamawiane do stolika śniadania i lunche w Posh Club. Zdecydowanie warto dopłacić za PC, to jak hotel w hotelu, jest o wiele bardziej kameralnie, bo sam kompleks jest bardzo duży. Ułatwienia takie jak transport z lotniska w cenie, nielimitowany i łatwy dostęp do rezerwacji a’la carte, spersonalizowana obsługa, zachodnie alkohole, a nawet darmowy serwis pralni - to na serio robi różnicę. Pokoje, w szczególności meble i łazienki, są już nieco zużyte - przydałby się remont. Wybór posiłków w głównym bufecie nie był zbyt duży i prezentacja posiłków nie zachęcała, mimo, że samo jedzenie było smaczne - szczególnie grill wieczorem z wyśmienitą jagnięciną.

Árpád (8/5): Szép szálloda, de az árhoz képest lehetne még fejlődni. - A tematikus vacsorák kifejezetten finomak voltak. A szállás domboldalon fekszik, hatalmas, szép zöld, rendezett kertben. A lenti szobákba/szobákból kicsit sokat kell lépcsőzni (nem zavaró), de közlekedik körbe szállodai busz is. A minibár ingyen használható. Jó snorkell hely. Rengeteg orosz és mindenkihez automatikusan úgy szólnak. Túl sok a szabály, ami néha még értelmetlen is. Kifejezetten nem tetszett, hogy május elején már nem fűtötték a gyerekmedencét se. 8-ól lehet használni, de éjszaka annyira lehűlt, kb. délig használhatatlan. Miért nem lehet legalább egy kicsit reggel fűteni a medencét, hogy bele lehessen menni? A központi étteremben reggel és ebédidőben nem lehet üres asztalt találni. Nem lehet leülni enni. Távolról sincs elég asztal a sok szobához képest. És még nem is volt telt ház. Este a teraszra se lehetett kiülni, mert ott se volt elég asztal. Friss mangó juice-t csak reggel lehetett fogyasztani (és a Posh Club-osoknak), pedig ez egy ikonikus (és nem drága) ital Egyiptomban. Más 5 csillagos hotelben nemcsak dobozos juice-t szolgáltek fel egész nap, hanem friss mangót. A csúszdát kis gyerek szülővel nem használhatta, mert veszélyes, de egyedül mehetett volna, ami tényleg veszélyes. Csúcsszuper kávégéppel is rossz a kávé.
Karine (10/5): Perfeita! - Tudo, hotel impecável, funcionários excelentes, é aquele tipo de hotel que pensa nos mínimos detalhes pro seu conforto! Todos muito solícitos e educados, limpeza impecável, amamos e super indicamos. Única coisa que nos incomodou um pouco foi o fato de estarmos ali para descansar e toda hora passava alguém vendendo algo, massagem ou passeio.. e sobre a alimentação, é um all inclusive completo, com muita variedade para outras culturas, porém para nós brasileiros deixou a desejar na qualidade e na variedade de comida.

Gli ombrelloni sono molto spaziosi e distanziati rendendo la spiaggia vivibile piacevolmente. Diversi ristoranti alla carta, oltre al buffet, permettono di variare cucina ogni sera. nulla in particolare. baby dance e animazione prevalentemente in russo e secondariamente in inglese.

allegra (8/5): tutto sommato una bella esperienza - belli gli spazi del resort, servizio abbastanza buono e molto gentile il signore che ci puliva la camera. carina la barriera corallina per quanto incredibilmente ristretta la zona accessibile al nuoto. Spa meravigliosa e ci siamo trovati bene anche con le escursioni in barca privata organizzata dal centro diving del resort. troppa insistenza su attività extra o di intrattenimento. regole troppo ferree in piscina per chi a figli. offerta di vino scadente. troppo troppo lontana la spiaggia! a volte il personale non era troppo cortese e la pulizia ai tavoli lasciava molto a desiderare.

Arda Yiğit (9/5): Süperdi - Sevgili Jolie otele giriş anımızdan itibaren herşeyimizle birebir ilgilendi. Evlilik yıldönümüz ile ilgili odamızda ve restorantta bize sürpriz yaptı bizi çok mutlu etti. Çıkarken uğurladı havalimanı için yolluk hazırlattı. Bu otele verdiğim puanın 3 puanı sadece Jolie içindir. Ayrıca alakart restorantta bulanan sürekli karşılaştığımız ve her seferinde müşterilerle bizzat ilgilenen hatrımızı soran Hüseyin şefe ve şef garson Mustafa beye ring aracında görevli Muhamed beye güleryüzü ve ilgisi için teşekkür ederiz. Tüm personel çok ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Denizine snorkel ile dalmak harikaydı rengarenk balıklarla bir arada yüzülüyordu. Gelelim otelin eksilerine, yemekler Türk damak tadına çok uygun değil ama açta kalınmıyor kesinlikle. Belek bölgesinde güzel 5 yıldızlı otellerde tatil yapmışsanız yemek sizi tam olarak tatmin etmeyebilir.Bir diğer konuda akşam aktivitelerinin çok yetersiz olmasıydı. Bu eksikliklerde giderilirse bence tam puan alır.

The beach and snorkeling spots were definitely a highlight—crystal clear water and great marine life. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Service was generally smooth and professional. The food was good overall, with plenty of variety to choose from. Some meals stood out more than others, but we always found something we liked. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, making it easy to relax after a day out. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in Sharm El-Sheikh.

Le personnel est tellement incroyable, la propreté tout est pensé dans le détail les services tout est excellent Le spa malheureusement est le seul petit point que je n'ai pas aimé on m'a mit avec 2 personnes que je ne connaissais pas tout le monde parlais impossible de se détendre.. mais ca n'enlève rien à ma note excellente sur l'hôtel

Guzal (9/5): We stayed at this hotel for 9 nights (10 days) and overall had a really great experience. - The room we got was wonderful - very spacious and comfortable. In general, all rooms seem quite large, which is a big plus. The hotel area is huge, well maintained, and there’s a shuttle that takes you around, which is very convenient. One of the highlights is the variety of pools. There are adult-only pools, family pools, quiet pools without music, and even rooms with private pools. Everyone can find something they like. The main pool, where the DJ plays and activities happen, had a great vibe, but it’s quite shallow and mostly for families with kids. So it’s a bit of a trade-off - fun atmosphere, but not ideal if you want a more adults-only setting. The food was excellent. Breakfast had a great egg station, and in the evenings there was a very good wok station(Ashref). Every day there was grilled meat - lamb, chicken, and more - and we also enjoyed shrimp. The main buffet was great, and even after 9 nights it didn’t get boring. There are also several à la carte restaurants you can book. We tried the French one and loved it - the duck was delicious, and the onion soup was amazing. The atmosphere was also really nice. For lunch, we usually went to the beach restaurant (Basilico), where you can order unlimited food - pizza, burgers, shrimp, calamari, and seabass. It was perfect to eat by the beach, so we often skipped the buffet. The alcohol quality was also good. We were two friends, went out almost every day, and still felt fine the next morning - no headaches. The beach was nice, with enough sunbeds. In early April there were some pink jellyfish - not pleasant, but it didn’t stop us from swimming. Snorkeling was great, especially with our own masks. The staff overall was polite, professional, and always ready to help. The animation team at our hotel was amazing - they really put a lot of effort into everything. We experienced great Easter celebrations, including both Orthodox and Catholic Easter, with lots of activities, decorations, and themed events. One downside was the buffet staff. Two girls (possibly hostesses) were unfortunately not helpful at all. Whatever we asked, they didn’t know or didn’t try to help. Even when we were carrying multiple glasses, they didn’t react. After several interactions, it left a bad impression. We also had some issues with the animation team (same animation company, but animators from a different hotel). On a few occasions, they picked us up for club nights, and the experience was quite unpleasant. They behaved arrogantly, played very loud music, and even at the clubs treated us in a rude and dismissive way, as if we owed them something. It felt very uncomfortable. In general, the organization of the club trips was not great - transfers to and from the clubs often took a long time, so there was not much time left to actually enjoy dancing. Later, we addressed this to the chief animator at our hotel, as it’s the same company. The issue was taken seriously and resolved, which we appreciated. When we first mentioned it to a younger animator, we were told to “just ignore it,” which was disappointing. There was also a small issue in our room - the main light didn’t work. We thought it was normal at first, but the room stayed quite dark during our whole stay. Finally, a few things not directly related to the hotel. The clubs had a strange system: you pay for entry and get one drink ticket, but you can’t use it at the main bar. Instead, you go to a separate counter where the quality seemed low. Extra drinks were very expensive, and overall it didn’t feel worth it. Also, outside the hotel, we often faced very persistent attention, mostly from men. It was hard to feel relaxed, even just dancing. Many didn’t respect a clear “no,” which made this part of the experience quite uncomfortable.
