However, I was disappointed with a few aspects considering the pricing and expectations from a premium hotel like Crowne Plaza. The food experience did not feel worth the price. The quality and variety felt quite average and similar to what could be found in much lower priced hotels. I expected a more premium dining experience that matched the hotel's standards and pricing. Another concern was the water experience. The hot water supplied in the restaurant, once it cooled down, had a noticeable chlorine like smell. In addition, the regular drinking water supplied in the room did not taste pleasant. Small details like food and water quality make a big difference in the overall guest experience, especially at a premium property. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.

Anuradha0223 (10/5): Perfect Family getaway at Crowne Plaza Kochi - We stayed at Crowne Plaza Kochi for a few days in Sep 25’ with my husband and two kids, and it was truly an excellent 5-star experience from start to finish. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and everything was exactly up to the standard you’d expect from a premium hotel. The food was a definite highlight – the buffet spread was absolutely huge and exceptional, with so much variety that even after a few days we were still trying new dishes. What really impressed me was how well managed it was even during peak crowded hours. The staff were incredibly polite and proactive; they’d come over to help without us even asking, and handled the busy crowds with a smile. The pool was another big hit with our kids and was beautifully maintained. I also used the gym for a couple of mornings and it was well equipped and clean. The spa was a lovely treat too – very professional, polite, and well-trained therapists who made sure I had a relaxing experience. Check-in and check-out were both swift and seamless, with helpful staff making everything effortless. Overall, this was a fantastic family stay and the service truly matched a top-tier 5-star hotel. We left feeling pampered and would happily return to Crowne Plaza Kochi. Highly recommended if you’re traveling with kids or just want a hassle-free, luxurious break in Kochi.

The only small downside might be its location! You need transport to get anyway as it’s located just off the national highway so not really able to walk anywhere

The taste was just good not the best tasted so far. But overall stay, rooms, and pool were good. Pleasant experience although the food is something that could have been better. From the security team to the front office, housekeeping, room service, and valet parking staff, everyone was incredibly friendly, respectful, and attentive throughout our stay. They went the extra mile to make the kids feel special and thoughtfully arranged a lovely surprise just as I had requested—it was beautifully executed. We had a great experience and will definitely be coming back! A couple of minor areas for improvement—nothing major. The telephone connection seemed a bit loose and needed adjustment each time it was used. Also, the washroom faucet had a slight leak and minor malfunction.

They made us feel at home. Such a nice hotel. The rooms were clean and the staff took great care to make sure our rooms were kept nice every day, they were great. More sunbeds around the pool - its is a nice pool but there is not enough places to sit or enough umbrellas. Drinks are over priced - they do not need to be so expensive, they cost more then London.

The hotel offers great comfort, beautiful views, and excellent service throughout. A special mention to Prashob from Reservations, who was very helpful in assisting me with my queries before my stay. I would also like to thank Sruthi from Guest Services for taking my preferences in advance and coordinating everything so well. Greeshma, who handled my check-in, was warm, professional, and made the arrival process smooth. Treeyeta from Guest Relations was also very attentive and ensured everything was perfect during my stay. I would also like to appreciate the Housekeeping team for the excellent upkeep of the room. Even though I didn’t get a chance to meet any of them personally, their effort and attention to detail were clearly reflected in the cleanliness and comfort of the room. I’m especially thankful for the upgrade to a lovely backwater view room, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this property. Looking forward to visiting again!

Their friendly approach really set the tone for my stay. The dining experience at Mosaic restaurant was wonderful. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options, and everything was well-prepared and presented. Housekeeping also deserves special appreciation—Sarath and Vishnu were extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were very well maintained, clean, and comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind. Overall, Crowne Plaza Kochi exceeded my expectations with its excellent service, clean and well-kept rooms, and courteous staff. I would definitely love to visit again!

Avril (1/5): - Overall the facilities were good. However I would not stay here again due to the behaviour of staff Really poor service from staff. Particularly at the reception desk. I was asked to fill out a paper feedback form at check out. I filled out the form and gave a 7/10 score for breakfast. I was immediately interrogated as to why I gave a 7 and not a higher score. The reception staff member demanded that I speak to the restaurant manager. They made it very difficult for me to leave. I needed to catch my flight and I had to insist that I had no time. Then two days later I receive a long what's app message from the restaurant manager. I found this extremely inappropriate for a 5 star hotel. The breakfast was extremely poor on my second day. Many things were missing. There were no alternative milks available eg soy for lactose intolerants. Staff were extremely unhelpful when I asked. The TV also didn't work.
