- JEROME (10/5): - Très bon emplacement pour profiter des eaux thermales (à l'hôtel et dans les hammams historiques du quartier Cekirge) et de visiter le centre historique de Bursa à 3km (nombreux bus locaux). Bons conseils pour prendre le téléphérique d'Uludag (que je conseille absolument si vous passez 2 jours à Bursa)

- Emo (8/5): - Закуската беше добра и имаше къде да се паркира , персонала любезен. Както на всякъде в Турция . Направих резервация за голяма премиум стая с панорама- гледка към града , за която платих по-скъпо . При настаняването ми дадоха обикновена двойна стая , и се наложи да се връщам и обяснявам на рецепция .. след което ми дадоха по-голямата стая НО , гледката беше към задния двор и се почувствах излъган . Не съм се оплаквал повече .. Хотела е стар и скоро не е обновяван , ние сме непушачи и се усеща още като влезеш по коридорите . Не бих повторил в този хотел .

Staff alla reception un po' confusionario, ma.. lavora sodo. Da.migliorare la manutenzione delle camere e degli impianti, così come delle aree comuni.

- Anna (10/5): - Нам понравился отель, персонал и расположение. Нормальные завтраки, большой термальный бассейн. Рядом много магазинов продуктовых и кафешек. Это не премиум отель, но очень достойный. Номер хороший. Тихо, чисто.

- Kalyon (8/5): - Havuzu büyüktü ve sıcaklığı çok iyiydi. Hamam küçüktü ama güzel ve temizdi. Çocuklar çok eğlendiler. Odalar temizdi. Personellerin iletişimi iyiydi. Geçen yıl da aynı tarihlerde yine bu otelde kalmıştık. Beğendiğimiz için yine geldik. Sevmediğim tek kısım gece olunca kaloriferin kapatılması.

Breakfast was very varied and tasty. The thermal pool is wonderful (36-38 °), has sauna and massage options, and free parking. Nearby you have very good restaurants, a minimarket, and the Karagöz museum. The staff is very well prepared and ready to respond to any request. Thank you for a wonderful stay Nil

- Kahraman (10/5): - Odamızı ekstra ücret talep etmeden standart odadan executive odaya çevirdiler. Odaya girer girmez güzel bir ikramda bulundular. Yemeklerin porsiyonları oldukça fazlaydı. Fiyatları da makuldu. Kahvaltısı bol çeşitli ve kaliteli yiyeceklerden oluşuyor.

- Vladimir (10/5): - В принципе почти все понравилось,особенно расположение,рядом был пешеходный островок улицы и поднявшись чуть вперед можно было любоваться видами на всю Бурсу, все кафе, магазины также доступны... В номере не хватало балкона или лоджии, также нет полотенцесушителя чтобы быстрее сохли мокрые вещи..В спа центре не хватает джакузи с прохладной водой,термальная вода очень горячая и охладиться почти не представляет возможности....

Piscina caldă ,relaxantă , micul dejun destul de sățios….totul a fost super.

Номер мог бы быть побольше размером и потише,если бы были отрегулированы окна,в спа зоне слишком жарко,температура воды явно выше заявленной и нет джакузи с прохладной водой..в остальном все нормально...

- MELIKE (4/5): Termal otel diye belirtmesinler bence termal degil - Termal otele geliyosun hamam kapali, kapali havuzu soguk gece 8 sen sonra isindi. Sabah 10 da acilmasi gereken hamam yine arizali temizlik yapiyormus kadin hamamda kapi acikti arizali yazmiyordu hamama girmek yasak diye bagirip cikardi beni hamamdan. Sauna calismiyor. Sehrin ortasinda termal bir otel ama rezildi yani.

В самом отеле есть СПА бассейн, сауна, парная, хамам (по запросу). Завтраки хорошие. Единственное нашим коллегам при выселении насчитали что-то дополнительно не разъяснив толком за что на 1400 лир. Кое где требуется обновление реновация, чувствуется немного старость отеля. При заселении немного были удивлены и как будто нас не ждали. Смотрели на бронь букинга с непонятным удивленным взглядом. Хотели заселить с 14.00. Но уже через 10 минут заселили (8.30)

- Merve (10/5): Çok memnun kaldım - Bursa’nın en büyük termal havuzu bu oteldeymiş, SPA bölümü gerçekten keyifliydi. Otel temizdi çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımcı oluyorlardı. Özellikle resepsiyondaki/bellboy bey çok yardımcı oldu her şeyimiz taşıdı. Ailem ile tercih ettim . Bursa’ya gelirsem tekrar burayı tercih edeceğim

I booked a family suite to accomodate us but upon arrival staff added unacceptable additional charge.claiming that its for the kids even though no extra service was provided. So in term of value of money i will rate it zero compared to nearby hotels in terms of service cleanliness and comfort. Wish i could cancel it but my booking was non refundable. I would never book in this hotel again and i dont recommend a hotel that does not appreciate its loyal customers—here, money seems to be the only thing that matters

This was a very big disappointment because many hotels were cheaper with spa and only reason i came here was spa. i was extremely shocked it didn’t say on the site anything about this and expected minimum refund because it was just a hotel without facilities which we paid for.
- NAJIBULLAH (2/5): لا أقيم هذا الفندق بنجمة واحدة - تجربة سيئة جداً وصلت الفندق الساعة 16:00 ومع هذا قالو الغرفة ليست جاهزة بعد دخولي الغرفة تفاجأت بأن الغرفة ليست نظيفة ولا يوجد ماء للشرب والتكيف عطلان طلبت تغير الغرفة والرد كان من موظف الاستقبال بأنه لايوجد غرف ثانية مع انني لاحظت بوجود غرف فاضيه المناشف والستائر مقطعة
- Alghamdi (8/5): Very good - Everything was good.. The staff, the room after changing, the cleanliness and the Breakfast. The AC is not working in the beginning when I ask them to fix it, they change my room .. and my room on the fifth floor was smoking smelled. I can not sleep with smell.

- Verified traveler (10/5): 1 gecelik Bursa - Otel genel olarak iyiydi, termal su olan odada kalmaya hiç gerek yok. Kahvaltısını beğenmedim. Temiz, güzel bir oteldi.
- murat (8/5): - Otel gayet güzel, kahvaltı ve yemekler rezalet. Restorana uğramadığınız sürece herşey güzel
- vecdi (8/5): - 11-12 şubat 2022 de kaldık. karşılamada ve yerleşmede yardımcı oldular. Temizlik ve kahvaltı normal idi. tek olmayan şey termal otel diye yer ayırttık termal banyolar ve havuzlar çalışmıyordu.
- Turgay (2/5): - Yol yorgunu olduğumuz için tesadüfen bulduğumuz bir otel, odalar çok kirli, ayrıca yol kenarı olduğu için gürültüden uyumak mümkün değil, otel çok eski, bakımsız, yataklar çok rahatsız/konforsuz, kesinlikle kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum.
