Lidt irriterende også at skulle betale for parkering, når man i forvejen syntes, at hotel var betalt, ift. andre lige så lækre hoteller uden for Malmø. Personalet ved morgenmaden var lidt spidse, når spurgte til, om de havde mere af noget, som ikke længere stod fremme. De hentede det, to gange, efter noget ventetid, med det var tydeligt, at det ikke passede dem.

Ansonsten alles okay. Für ein paar Tage gut geeignet, für einen längeren Urlaub aber eher nicht, da braucht es dann schon mehr Platz.

- MUREKATETE (9/5): Generally great hotel, I would highly recommend it. This was my second stay in the hotel after almost 9 years and the se - Its great location, central vis a vis different city activities, green surroundings, quiet and calm environment, favorable for rest, zen, very accessible by public transport, great cleanness, general comfort, enough room space and amenities, for example having an iron for ironing clothes and an ironing table in the room was amazing, large and nice bathroom, great quality and variety for breakfast options, staff professionalism. The room was a little cold despite adjusting the ventilation settings, perhaps it may have been due to the fact that AC was set to max when I arrived. Adding a bit more of fruits options to breakfast would also be very nice.

- Doris (6/5): Kunde vara bättre - Bra läge, sköna sängar och en jättefin frukost. Trevlig personal och snabb service. Det var kallt i rummet och ventilationen reagerade inte då vi försökte höja temperaturen. Utblåset från ventilationen är placerat rakt mittemot en av sängplatserna, vilket gjorde det kallt, blåsigt och obekvämt att sova, trots den sköna sängen. Vattentrycket (12e våningen) var mycket svagt i duschen och varmvattnet var lite mer än ljummet. För att åka hissen upp till 12e våningen behöver man känna till vissa knep, tex som att hissdörren måste stängas helt innan du trycker på knappen, mm. Personalen bör upplysa om detta vid incheckning, så att man slipper springa fram och tillbaka för råd om hur man åker hiss på Elite.

- Lotta (6/5): Helt ok och mycket god frukost. - Stort fint rum, låg perfekt till i området vi skulle besöka. Mycket bra frukostbuffé och trevlig tjej som serverade kaffe på morgonen. Det var inte städat på toaletten på rummet (handdukar bytta men toastolen var inte ren och papperskorgen inte tömd) och det fick mig att undra om vi fått nya lakan? Vi checkade in sent och personalen då var inte otrevlig men inte heller särskilt trevlig. Ett leende hade varit på sin plats. De som jobbade när vi checkade ut var trevliga. Saknade eluttag på ena sidan sängen och sänglamporna gick det inte att smyga med om någon behövde gå upp på natten, de både väsnades och tände upp hela rummet.
