Mobilia vecchia e qualche scarafaggio. Frigo bar con 2 birre e un po' di acqua, senza prezzo o listino, han provato a farmi pagare al check out il tutto, senza alcun prezzo esposto

- Randelino (10/5): The large bedroom window at night will blow you away..... - I had one or 2 issues when i arrived, but the speed in which they put them right and kept on top of it was very impressive. The staff are great and very friendly, the location is A1 and the balcony in my apartment and view from my bedroom window was amazing.... As i say my initial view and opinion was not the best, but everything was put right and by the end of my 3 week stay i would of been happy to stay there for always....very good apartment for the money with an excellent river view from both balcony and bedroom....

On a pu accéder à la chambre tôt car elle était prête, on apprécie beaucoup ce geste ! Cela vaut le prix, donc il ne faut pas être trop regardant.

- Lily (10/5): - Was here for 28 nights during our stay in Vietnam and I’m very happy I chose D&C Hotel. There are couple of lovely cafes and restaurants within 10/5 minute walk. No complaints at all. Of course it’s more on the cheaper side than some hotels in Da Nang so it is an older building/ room but not a problem for us at all. The staff were also so lovely and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for something affordable Nothing

- Niyazly (1/5): - Nothing This is by far the worst hotel in Da Nang. The room is in awful condition: in the evening it’s extremely dark because the lighting is very dim—it feels like they cut corners on everything. The bed linens are poor quality, and the pillows are uneven and lumpy. There’s an unpleasant smell in the room, and the furniture is very old and worn out. On top of that, the room is extremely dirty—it looks like the shower has never been cleaned (see photo). The lobby, hallways, and elevator are unbearably stuffy, and the air conditioning doesn’t work anywhere. Overall, the hotel feels very outdated. There are insects in the room, and even a lizard 😱, which is awful. After spotting a large cockroach in the bathtub, I was honestly afraid to go to sleep.

Lights flicker in the room, when I pointed this out I got a bit of a shrug in response. The room rates on the desk were significantly lower than I paid, when I pointed this out I was told not to pay attention to the rates on the desk.
- Vincent (10/5): - Nettes Personal, was gerne hilft. Zudem war es echt nah an der Dragonbridge, ich konnte viel zu Fuß erledigen. Die Lage war ruhig. Der Blick aus dem Fenster war sehr schön! Das Zimmer war ein Bisschen Klein, wenn zwei Personen mit zwei Koffern in dem Zimmer schlafen würden, wäre es sehr eng.

Overall great location. If you want some peace and quiet then this hotel is not for you, A lot of sounds from the outside.

- Marcel (10/5): - Das D&C Danang Hotel bietet ein außergewöhnlich gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und entspricht vom Standard her eher einem 4-Sterne-Hotel. Die Zimmer sind modern, sehr gepflegt und auf europäischem Niveau. Besonders positiv ist der tägliche Zimmerservice hervorzuheben. Ein absolutes Highlight ist der Hotelchef: extrem freundlich, persönlich, sehr engagiert und immer darauf bedacht, dass sich die Gäste wohlfühlen. Er nimmt sich Zeit, fragt aktiv nach und spricht sogar Deutsch, was den Aufenthalt nochmals angenehmer macht. Die Lage ist sehr gut und ideal für einen Aufenthalt in Da Nang. Das Rooftop ist aktuell noch ohne Restaurantbetrieb, kann aber genutzt werden; eine Wiedereröffnung ist bereits geplant. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann dieses Hotel absolut empfehlen. -

- Chiang Yang (10/5): Strategic location and nice view - The location is strategic near to food stalls and convenience stores. The room is big and clean. The view from the hotel is nice and can see some iconic buildings from the window. The staffs can speak in English and are friendly. They also contacted me in Booking message before checking and allowed me to have early check. The check and out is fast as well.

- César (10/5): Cómodo para visitar Da Nang - Estuvimos mas noches de las previstas por las lluvias. No podiamos hacer nuestras excursiones así que decidimos quedarnos por la limpieza y comodidad de las camas. Visitando alrededores, el puente del dragón y elmercado justo al lado. Tranquilo con comercios cercanos. Lo recomiendo ya que cuesta encontrar uno con un minimo de limpieza y que los comentarios sean reales.

Staying in room 501, the shower water pressure is freaking slow, one of the aircond is leaking water and wet the floor. Report to the staff and they give me extra towel to put and clean the leak. Staying in Suite room which I expect the pillow provided extra instead of just one for each.

Missing overhead shower.

When that still didn’t fix it, they swapped our rooms super quick (still with the upgrade from original booking) and were so nice about it. Laundry service was fast. Probably the best budget friendly hotel we’ve stayed at in Vietnam so far!! Nothing

- Patricia (7/5): Good - The hotel is close to the river, on a quiet street. I booked a superior room with a river view, but unfortunately I didn't get one, so I was disappointed because that was the only reason I chose this hotel. They offered to change the room for the next night, but I left early in the morning for a trip to Hoi An and didn't get back until late in the evening, so the change couldn't happen. The bathroom was nice, the bed was comfortable. It would be necessary to put a curtain on the window, not just a blackout, because you can easily see in from the neighboring house. It's not good to be in the dark all day in the room, because there is only a blackout, no curtain. The daily cleaning is done very early, at 8 am, so if you want to sleep longer, you can't, because the noises from the corridor wake you up. Overall it was good.

The young man that worked the front desk went out of his way to help us find a pharmacy that was open on Tet. He also arranged transportation for my husband to retrieve his lost wallet and then he showed up on his motorcycle to make sure my husband found the correct office. Good service! The shower could use more water pressure. It’s nothing that couldn’t be fixed by an adjustable shower head.

There’re some dirty and dusty parts of the rooms. There’re little ants in the room. Okay for a few nights- but highly recommend to clean rooms very properly, or make a renovation I’ve been staying in the room with a curve panoramic window, it’s beautiful with a view, but it doesn’t open at all. So you can’t get some fresh air from the street and have to use a conditioner
