• leonefamily (3/5): Maybe my worst stay at a hotel yet - The air conditioning worked well, there was pleasant temperature in the room (given it was on all the time) My mother and sister weren't let into the room by the receptionist, they needed to wait just for a couple of hours before flying out this same day, and had to stay in the hot lobby with no breathable air downstairs, while I unpacked my things and went back to look for other places to spend this time. This is the first hotel in my vast travelling experience that didn't allow guests. When I first came in, the fridge was covered in some pink goo. I had to leave chocolate bars that I brought all the way from Czechia in the fridge, to later give them to my mother so she can pass it to my other family members. I told about the dirty fridge to the receptionist and specifically mentioned that the chocolate bars are mine and should not be removed. When I next returned, fridge was cleaned, but with no sight of chocolate bars... Though they weren't expensive, they had great value for us. The receptionist just shrugged "Maybe the maid mistook it for garbage", with no apology. The room I was given was at the 6th floor, right beside the elevator (if it had an opened door, it would block my room's door), and every ride of it was accompanied by an extremely loud noise, day and night. Noise was added by the ventilation shaft in bathroom that launched at random, I couldn't close the vent or control it in any way. Doors (both exit and bathroom) had no soundproofing whatsoever, every step and every said word was heard from the corridor outside. I literally couldn't sleep during nights because of that, I also couldn't move much post-op, so changing the room wasn't an option. Water in bathroom was mostly cold and rarely had pleasant temperature. The breakfast food items were the same every day and were mediocre at best - cheapest sausages, tasteless omelettes, stale vegetables. Wouldn't recommend to anyone...

The staff were polite, but that doesn’t make up for the lack of cleanliness and comfort. The only positive I can mention is the receptionist. Big respect to him — he was polite, helpful, and tried his best, but even his good service cannot make up for the condition of the hotel. I would not recommend this place to anyone expecting a clean and comfortable stay. My experience at Atalla Hotel was very disappointing. The room was not clean — the bathroom had mold, the towels looked used, and the air conditioning barely worked. The furniture is old and worn out. Breakfast was poor quality and the same every day, with very limited options. Noise from the street and thin walls made it hard to sleep, and overall the hotel felt badly maintained. This hotel might work for someone who only needs the cheapest bed in a central location, but I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a decent stay in Antalya.

Depressief. Erg oude, met gaatjes erin badhanddoeken. Niet eens een glas of water op de kamer. Badkamer deur was erg verrot. De hout onderaan was geplakt maar dit viel eraaf. Douchecabine vies en de deur viel steeds eraf. Restaurant lijkt op iets uit de oorlogsjaren.

• elenamB6031FW (2/5): Worse hotel ever since 20 years of travelling - - the bed sheets where never changed since we booked in - cleaning was not done properly. The cleaner had only a brush and not even a mop. If we where not wering sleepers in the room our feet will get black straight away - basically was dirt everywhere - they replaced the entrance door and forgot to do the repairs around it - the tv was almost the size of my hand - lights where only half of them working - the breakfast was not very good and they didn't had many options at all. - the spoons forks from the breakfast area where dirty Tape at the bottom of the furniture as was mould at the bottom

• Norbert (6/5): Budget stay with good breakfast. - The location is good. Walking distance from the big bazaar and the old town. The tram station is also 2 minutes heading to the airport and the main bus station. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was really good. They also let us to leave our bags at the reception after check out for free. Our room was not in the good stage and the aircon was very weak and dirty but we stayed only one night.

• BEN ZAHIR (8/5): Bon emplacement et personnel agréable, mais un gros besoin d’amélioration côté entretien/équipements - L’emplacement de l’hôtel est excellent, proche de toutes les commodités, ce qui rend le séjour très pratique. Le personnel est également très aimable, toujours souriant et prêt à aider. En revanche, deux points négatifs ont fortement impacté notre confort : une mauvaise odeur se dégageait de la climatisation à chaque utilisation, probablement à cause de la poussière accumulée. L’odeur était vraiment insupportable, au point qu’il était impossible de rester avec la clim en marche — mais rester sans climatisation était également difficile en raison de la chaleur. De plus, la canalisation des toilettes faisait un bruit fort chaque fois que quelqu’un dans les étages supérieurs utilisait les sanitaires, ce qui perturbait souvent notre tranquillité, surtout la nuit. Il serait judicieux de fournir deux cartes par chambre au lieu d’une seule. Étant donné que la carte est nécessaire pour activer l’électricité, il est impossible de laisser un appareil en charge ou de garder des boissons fraîches dans le minibar lorsqu’on quitte la chambre toute la journée.

• Elena (1/5): I've been here and never again, stay away from this hotel. - everything was a disaster, dirty like this, everything was dirty, old, torn, we only stayed one night, the next day I transferred to another hotel. I wrote to the hotel dad that I want the money back - no answer. I wrote to booking - they can't help me, because the hotel doesn't respond. So don't go to this hotel, it's a disaster. The employees speak only Turkish, there is nothing in the room, the corridor is dirty, they are renovating - and we were not informed about this. Run away from this hotel, it is not for booking, it is not worth a single star.
• V7294OAalanb (8/5): Great budget hotel at a good price. - Stayed for a week. Great budget hotel at a good price so don't expect lots of fancy bells and whistles. Good wifi included. I was on upper floor so traffic noise wasn't a problem for me. Brilliant location for local eateries, local and tourist shops, sights, old town all in walking distance, and public transport on the doorstep. Tip - be early for breakfast if you want to eat well.

• Mihai (1/5): Very disappointing - Breakfast not bad, it's in basement under ground floor. Tea, coffee, bread, various types of food. Stayed here for a few weeks, around early July things seemed okay the staff were good. But had an accident, received an electric shock after walking on balcony and touching the protective metal cover unintentionally. Condenser not grounded to earth properly it seemed. The rubber mounts looked old. Felt extremely bad starting to faint, needed to go with ambulance to hospital for examination & stay there some time. The private hospital charged me a lot of money and the hotel wouldn't help cover any expenses. I had various tests, heart tests, brain scans and was given medication, treatment to help recovery. I suggest any travelers to ensure they do not touch any electrical equipment or condensers, this hotel appears old & equipment not serviced,i doubt there are service log books upto date. The management does not care about people's safety, rules of safety do not exist and they only need tourists money. Unfortunately there are many run down hotels in Antalya with electrical faults, where i stayed previously but this one was the worst experience.

Air-conditioner is quiet. No Wifi in the room, only the lobby has Wifi, and the speed is also slow with a constant drop. I had to use my mobile data during the stay.

Room is dusty, sheets old and filty, bed dirty, broken toilet seat and filty, no WiFi (you need to stay in the reception area but signal is rubbish), breakfast is not good either. We stayed 7 days and they don't even clean the room once. Telly has no English channel. Furniture's need to change. We didn't enjoy our stay in the hotel. We were wondering how did they awarded best hotel 2022? We're not going back.

We had to change the room because the energy card (used to be able to turn light on) was not working. 3. Mattresses are very poor quality and there no covers for the bed. 4. Rooms are very noisy to the point that you ll be an early bird very easily. 5. Staff is not able to communicate in English. 6. Laundry service promised to get the clothes ready by 7 in the morning when I went to collect they said sorry there was a problem with the washing machine come back at 1 PM (imagine if we were checking out on that day)

• Petra (6/5): Pleasant - Helpful staff, good location (10 minutes far from tram T1 and T2), close to Kaleici. There are many restaurants and coffee shops around. Old and "used" furniture and towels. They do not clean rooms at all. Wifi is available only in the reception (very weak signal). Breakfast was good.
• Abdullah (5/5): Only good things are friendly staff and decent location - The location had easy quick access to the old Town bazaar and other shopping locations and wasn't far from the marina or beach The toilets didn't work and the "technician" doesn't fix anything unless you come down to reception and take him to the room yourself. The hotel don't clean the rooms and the AC leaks onto the balcony. The balcony doors don't fully close. The fridges haven't worked since the day we got there and the sink in 1 of the rooms didn't work either. We complained multiple times about the rooms problems in person and on the booking.com app but nothing was done.

• Saad (1/5): Poor Experience at Atalla Hotel - Avoid if You Can - My recent stay at Atalla Hotel in Antalya was a huge disappointment, and I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel if they can. While the receptionist was kind and helpful, the rest of the experience was anything but pleasant. Room and Air Conditioning: The room we stayed in was far from comfortable. The air conditioning, which was crucial given the heat, was an absolute disaster. It barely provided any cool air, and when it did, it was so loud that it sounded like a motorcycle was running right next to us. The AC unit was clearly ancient and ineffective, offering almost no relief from the outside temperature. It was nearly impossible to sleep with the noise, but turning it off meant suffering through the heat. Wi-Fi and Facilities: The Wi-Fi situation at Atalla Hotel was a joke. There was no Wi-Fi available on any of the floors, and the only way to get a connection was to hover around the reception area. It was almost comical to see guests crowding around the lobby just to check their messages or emails. In this day and age, not having reliable Wi-Fi throughout the hotel is simply unacceptable. Overall Experience: Aside from the kind receptionist, who was the only bright spot in our stay, everything else about this hotel was disappointing. The lack of proper air conditioning and the Wi-Fi issues made our stay far less enjoyable than it should have been. The hotel is poorly maintained, and it shows in the outdated and inadequate facilities. Conclusion: Atalla Hotel falls far short of expectations. The ineffective and noisy air conditioning, combined with the lack of Wi-Fi throughout the building, made for a very uncomfortable stay. While the receptionist was kind, it's not enough to make up for the many shortcomings of this hotel. I would not recommend staying here unless you have no other options.

Dearth buffet breakfast - arrived at opening time of 8am for breakfast, told to return in 15 minutes, when I did no hot water for coffee -should bury head in sand in shame. I’m a frequent flyer, stay in 20+ hotels a year, this hotel worse than some of the third world countries I have stayed in.

First, the room was dirty: the floor was not cleaned, and the bathroom cabinet had water stains. When I complained, they cleaned the room, but for the remaining four days, no one cleaned it again. Fortunately, I had my own towels and linens with me. The towels provided were stained and grey instead of white. There was no hairdryer, the bathroom shower was broken, and water ran directly from the tube. Additionally, there was no Wi-Fi as advertised; it was only available in the lobby, which was so poor that it couldn’t open any pages. There was no air conditioning in the lobby, making it impossible to stay there while waiting for the Wi-Fi..

• Laurence (1/5): Avoid avoid avoid - It was near the old town and port The room was cramped the "mini-bar" was a small empty fridge with no shelves and didn't look the healthiest inside. The door card slots into a device that turns the electric on in room which also means when you leave the aircon and fridge turn off too. The bathroom was awful with a horrible damp smell and duct tape around the bottom of door to cover the damp eaten wood.The shower had black mould and was tiny. And as for the stairs between floor 1 and 2 (others are fine) an umpa-lumpa would struggle to make it!! Nearly knocked myself out first night going downstairs and I'm only 6ft. Oh and the WiFi only works in the lobby where the aircon doesn't seem to work so it's not the most comfortable place to be.
