• Inna (9/5): - Location is great, very close to the Historical Center. Clean room, pretty spacious. A nice patio is a great touch. Free parking is very convenient, right at the door. The host went above and beyond to celebrate my boyfriend’s Birthday. We had a traditional Lecce cake ordered from the bakery with his name and age written on the cake. It was exceptional! Thank you so much, Giulio! The shower was very small. A big person would not be able to take a shower. Also, the faucet needs some repair. Also, the Wi-Fi never worked in our room.

• M (4/5): - Easter was a very helpful and kind host, and I appreciated her professionalism during my stay. However, the room had visible mould on the ceiling and walls of the ensuite bathroom. This is not a cleaning issue but a building maintenance problem that needs urgent attention. The bathrooms are very old and the rooms downstairs lack both mechanical and natural ventilation. The rooms downstairs, with single beds are very small and lack both mechanical and natural ventilation. apart from a small window, which makes moisture accumulate and contributes to the mould. For guests this can be a respiratory health hazard. The bathrooms obviously need to be updated to be suitable for guests.

It was the room I chose, so my fault for not paying attention to the measurements provided. It was quite small and I found the floor very dirty to be honest. Also I was not notified that my outdoor space was under construction, so I could not sit outside in the evening, not a big let down but should have been informed and given the option to either change rooms or cancel my stay.. in my opinion

• Kevin (10/5): Comfortable apartment with terrace, parking space and excellent freshly cooked breakfast - The accommodation is part of a former castle and our apartment had a terrace and a parking space. We were warmly greeted on arrival by Giulio the owner and the breakfast was freshly cooked and plentiful. About a 10 minute walk from the City wall. Nothing, everything was fine.

The owner and his team were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was just amazing, freshly cooked eggs, fruits, salty and sweet options. Furthermore, parking was included. Une chambre double était spacieuse et confortable malgré les escaliers étriqués pour y accéder. La chambre individuelle pour une personne était vraiment très petite. Difficile d’ouvrir une valise. Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas correctement. Cuisine mal équipée pour se faire à manger tous les jours.

• Carol (7/5): - Check in and out was well organised. The apartment was spacious and it was a 10 minute walk to the city gate to enter the old town, also a supermarket nearby. There were more than enough utensils and crockery. The air-conditioning worked well and we appreciated the washing machine. The photos of the apartment and surroundings made it look smarter than it was. There was some damp and corrosion of metal eg cupboard handles etc. The road is very narrow for parking and turning round and spaces not always available. The building adjacent,at the end of the road, is derelict.

• Carolina (10/5): 2 nights at the B&B, it was perfect! - The room was very comfortable and clean. It had a mini fridge and some courtesy juice for when we arrived. The balcony was also lovely. Irina, Julio and the lady who did our breakfast were super nice and the breakfast was very delicious. The location is perfect from the old town and also to move around Lecce and visit the beaches. The parking was outside the B&B. It was perfect.

El coche se estaciona en la calle con 1 permiso de residente que te entregan al llegar. El desayuno servido en el hospedaje es excelente, con opciones dulces y saladas, incluso huevos revueltos. Nuestra estancia incluyó tambien un día domingo, en esos días se sirve el desayuno en 1 local cercano y si bien es muy bueno, no tiene la variedad que el desayuno del alojamiento y si quieres algo salado lo debes pagar aparte.

Ich war alleinreisend, doch für 2 Personen wäre das Zimmer eindeutig vi - Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen, ca. 10-15min zu Fuß ins historische Zentrum. Parkplatz gibt es direkt vor der Haustür und das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss hat freien Zugang zur Frühstücksterrasse. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend, sonntags muss man jedoch in ein in der Nähe liegendes Cafe gehen. Das Personal ist angenehm freundlich. Ich hatte das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss direkt neben der Rezeption. Es ist sehr klein und dunkel. Das Wlan funktioniert im Raum gar nicht, auch auf der Terrasse ist es sehr instabil, was aber dort dann geklappt hat. Ich hab 4 Tage/3 Nächte verbracht in denen das Zimmer nie gereinigt worden ist. Es gab auch keine frischen Handtücher.
• Frank (9/5): Sollten wir wiederkommen nach Lecce, dann wieder hierher. - Vor Allem die gute Seele des Hauses Esther, die uns jeden Morgen mit Ihrem leckeren Frühstück verwöhnt hat. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut, ca7-10 Minuten und man ist gemütlich in die Altstadt gelaufen. Auch unser Gastgeber hat sich wenn es ein Problemchen gab sofort gekümmert, wir können dieses B&B nur weiterempfehlen.

No washing detergent available so had to buy our own for a 3-day stay. No breakfast included, although it meant we went to the local cafes. Very minor issues though, I would recommend staying at this property.

El comandament de la dutxa s'encalla per la calç, la tapa de la tassa del vàter estava desencaixada, I hi havia opcions de l''aire condicionat que no funcionaven correctament.

Ho soggiornato con la mia ragazza per una settimana e ci siamo trovati bene sotto tutti gli aspetti. Posto auto davanti alla struttura in una strada ad accesso limitato. Siamo stati accolti al check-in dove ci sono state date varie informazioni, anche inerenti ai luoghi da visitare. Camera bella e confortevole, con precisione del personale sul cambio asciugamani e lenzuola. Colazione abbondante e personale disponibile ad accontentare ogni richiesta. Un grazie a Giulio per l'accoglienza ricevuta e ad Ester che ci ha fatto sentire a casa con la sua premura e attenzione ai dettagli. Consiglio vivamente questo B&B fantastico. Nulla
• Antoine (7/5): - Nice welcome and easy communication with the different people and staff! The historic center is pretty accessible by walk (10-15 minutes). Giulio makes the possibility to park the car in front of the house for free which is really nice :) We also appreciated the breakfast, which is complete (salty, sweet, fruits...). The room is spacious, the bed confortable and the air conditioner is operational, another plus ;) One downside is the shower, which is pretty small and would need a renovation.

• Kathy (10/5): Exceptional - This was a great B&B to stay at. The rooms were a good size and lovely having a terrace. Breakfast was excellent. The owner was extremely helpful. The location was good - about 10 minute walk to the historical area. I would stay here again. The parking is a challenge as it is at the end of a dead end street so makes for a challenge to turn the car around and find parking. The bathroom needs to be refreshed. The door to the shower was sticking and grout needs to be cleaned up.

On weekends breakfast was served at the local bakery - offering sweet or savory foods and tasty gluten free options as well. The B&B is located at the end of the street, so no thru traffic provided a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Within a 15 min walk, you were in the historic center. A 10 min walk away - you’ll find the train station and grocery store; just around the corner is the bus stop, bars, and restaurants.

• Julie (9/5): Great place in the center of Lecce with free parking! - We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment for the week over Christmas. It was big and comfortable for 5 people. They even put up a Christmas tree for us. It’s the perfect location to walk into the center of Lecce. We booked especially since they had free parking on the dead end street of the hotel. We wanted to have our car near for day trips and had a pass given to us to park on the street - it worked out great. The apartment was well supplied with dishes and cooking utensils. The owner was friendly and professional. Great stay for the week to explore the area! The beds were pretty hard.

Super convenient parking although there appeared to be lots of street parking. Our room did not have windows so it was kind of dark. But there was a door to the garden driveway which brought in some daylight. Honestly, though, we didn't spend much time in the room during daylight hours so it wasn't a big deal
• Fortounatos (10/5): Would go again ! - Being a motorcyclist,I much appreciated the existence of a room WITH a private secure parking yard.Owner was helpfull with that,Strategic location.Silent room.Nice breakfast.
• Michael (10/5): Very comfortable stay with parking and terrace. - We loved the terrace and ate in in the evenings. The apartment is very comfortable with a good bed and shower. Kitchen is small but adequate. Breakfast was a bonus and very good, the staff were excellent. Great to have free street parking. Easy walking distance to the old town. We enjoyed our stay. Nothing.
• Janine (9/5): Fantastic location with free parking right outside. - Location was fantastic for exploring the old town. The owner was so responsive, friendly and helpful. If you want tickets to the football just ask Giulio. It was so handy having parking right outside. Walking distance to everything. Two sets of keys would have been handy as we were travelling as two couples. It is an older property so is looking a bit tired but it’s more than made up for by the location.

• Geoffrey (8/5): Very good - The apartment is absolutely HUGE. Close to the center of Lecce. Free parking is available on the street in front of the apartment. The best shower we had during our 2 week trip through Puglia. There is no air conditioner downstairs in the kitchen/living room area. Since it was over 30 degrees during our stay in mid June, it wasn't really possible to hang out in these areas as it was too warm.
• Denise (10/5): Great city Visit - The location was excellent close to the old town and restaurants. Esther breakfast was lovely, and she really makes a great cappuccino. Having parking at the accommodation in the middle of the city was a real added bonus. The beds were comfortable, and we had a lovely balcony. Having a/c was great as it was very warm. The stairs were very steep, so it might be a problem for people. Difficult when bringing luggage up

• Teresinha (8/5): Great location near historical Lecce - Room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Location was great, very close to historical center, a 10-minute walk. It was nice that we got a parking permit to let the car on the street right in front the B&B for free. Just inform whether you go by car. Esther takes care of the breakfast and makes a wonderful cappucino. Breakfast is very good with options of fruits, yoghurt, jam, ham, cheese, some sorts of bread and scrambled eggs. I even had gluten free options. Thanks! I think that kitchen supplies could be more friendly for a short use. There was no paper towels, dishcloth neither detergent. So I had to quit my idea of cooking as I would not buy those itens just for a couple of days. Reception time for check in is dependent on communication. I did it as the orientation, communicating ahead a person to meet me, but she arrived 15 minutes later, so we had to wait outside.

• Roxanna (5/5): Spacious apartment that needs some renovation and cleaning. - Parking was available most of the time in front of the door, or in the street. Walking distance from the old town. Friendly host. Spacious apartment. On booking it said that the appartement is part of the B&B, but the appartement with 2 bedrooms is not inside the B&B, but next to it. There were no mosquito nets at the windows. The wifi didn't work and there was mold in the bedroom ceiling and bathroom wall. There was a strong unpleasant perfume smell in the living room.
• Bushy (8/5): Enjoyable stay, thoroughly recommend. - Big property, cool and quirky. Good air con. Cul de sac nice and quiet. Good location not far from old town. Helpful host. Balconies weren’t great, sat out front early morning coffee…lovely.
• Taxideytis (8/5): Very good - Ιt is situated approximately 10 min walk from the old town of Lecce. The street is a dead -end leading to a deserted old house. It is a renovated old, big house. There are shops in the neighbourhood (mini market, pharmacy, pizzeria etc not far away from the house, on Via di Leuca). The price was ok. There is a narrow staircase with many steps leading upstairs to the bedrooms. It is difficult for people with cinetical problems. There are traces of humidity on the walls.

• Linda (9/5): Reasonable priced comfortable apartment with very welcome air conditioning in the heat of late September - Large apartment in quiet location within walking distance of all Lecce sights. Comfortable bed. Giulio was really helpful and let us keep the apartment for a few more hours due to our late flight.
