• Danam Jerome (4/5): Not a good hotel - The location is good. it can be reached by F2 and F3 ferry. The staff are good. While the location is convenient and the staff were friendly, the stay was disappointing due to several facilities issues. There is no elevator (not mentioned in the description), making it very difficult to carry luggage up the narrow and winding stairs. The rooms are tiny with no space for bags, and the noise from the corridor and adjacent rooms is constant—the doors slam shut with a loud bang. Most concerning was the cleanliness; I found hair on the mattress. Additionally, the bathroom mirror was tiny and damaged.

Good shower facilities and bathroom, good that there was a lot of TV channels available No plugs next to the beds was a bit annoying but not a deal-breaker

• Nina (2/5): Preis Leistung stimmt überhaupt nicht. - Die Lage war sehr ruhig, fünf Minuten Fußweg zur Fähre. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der nähe. Das Zimmer hatte einen Minikühlschrank. Das Personal war durchgehend freundlich. Im Eingangsbereich gibt es Kaffee- und Snacksautomaten sowie Wasser (in Flaschen). Das Zimmer war eine Zumutung, Die Tapete kam von den Wänden, Bettbezug hat ein loch, die Matratze durchgelegen, absolut ranzig (dadurch, dass das Bettlaken ein "Tuch" war blieb der Blick am nächsten Morgen leider nicht verschont) und viel zu weich, die Kopfkissen waren stein hart. Das Bad dreckig und "ranzig", die Dusche konnte die Wassertemperatur nicht halten, zwischen verbrühen und Eisdusche war alles dabei, der Wasserdruck ist kaum vorhanden, die Klospülung "hing" und unter der Toilette sammelte sich langsam eine Wasserpfütze. Der eine Nachtisch war der Kühlschrank. Keine Ablagemöglichkeiten für das Reisegepäck, keine Kleiderhacken. Das Türschloss war anfangs verklemmt, sodass man nicht mehr abschließen konnte, das hat der Herr von der Rezeption "gefixt" mit den Worten "wenn es noch mal klemmt, da drücken, dann sollte es gehen". Wir hatten diese Unterkunft für zwei Nächte gebucht und haben eine Nacht vorher ausgecheckt.

• Mallory (8/5): Calme et reposant, à proximité des transports en commun. - Hôtel situé dans un endroit calme. Proche du métro et du ferry pour se rendre au centre-ville d'Amsterdam ou à la gare centrale. Escaliers très raide, pas évident pour monter de grosses valises. Douche un peu petite.

• Shyamoshree (4/5): - The location was safe. The Metro station was very near and convenient. It takes only 17 minutes walk and 2 stations to Dam square. The hotel staffs gave ferry information which was a big mistake and takes about 1 hour from the hotel to the dam square. Metro was about 2 Euro only. There was a €10 unlimited transportation ticket for 24 hours. Hotel staffs should give this information.
• Andriani (9/5): - Posizione ottima, in 5 minuti si arriva alla fermata del traghetto che passa ogni 10 minuti per attraversare il canale. La fermata opposta è a 5 minuti dalla stazione centrale di Amsterdam. Da là, ci si muove tranquillamente a piedi in tutta la città. Camera molto pulita e ben riscaldata. Possibilità di bevande calde a pagamento. Qualche locale nelle vicinanze per poter mangiare se si vuole stare vicino. Camera leggermente piccolina per due persone, ci si muove con un po' di difficoltà se si hanno bagagli importanti.

• S. (9/5): Gute Lage, entspannte Umgebung - Es war ganz gemütlich und sauber. Es war gut, dass es eine eigene Dusche, Toilette und sogar einen Kühlschrank gab. Man konnte seine Sachen schon vor Check-In abgeben und der Check-In und Check-Out waren sehr einfach. Primär war es aber eine sehr gute Lage für den Preis. Man ist in 5 Minuten bei der Fähre und in weiteren 5 Minuten dann beim Hauptbahnhof und somit sehr zentral. Außerdem liegt es trotz der "Nähe" zum Zentrum in einer sehr ruhigen und sicher aussehenden Nachbarschaft. Für den Preis sehr gut👍 Der Fernseher war nicht gut. Und man hatte nicht mal die Möglichkeit ein HDMI Kabel anzuschließen, sodass wir dann etwas improvisieren mussten.

Stock, kein Aufzug. Komplett hellhörig, man hat alles im Treppenhaus und Flur gehört. Dusche undicht. Dass es bei Ankunft sauber war, ist der einzige Pluspunkt.

La décoration n’était pas à mon goût mais c’est que un détail Par contre on entend beaucoup ce qui ce passe dans le couloir( ménage, personne qui rentre..)

• Bish (10/5): Clean hotel near Amsterdam Central . Peaceful and family atmoshphere. - The hotel is easy to reach and conveniently located. You can take the M52 metro line towards Noord and get off at the next station after Central, which is Noorderpark. From there, it’s about 850 meters roughly a 10-minute walk to the hotel. Alternatively, you can get there completely free of charge by walking to the F2 ferry from Central Station. Once you cross the river, it’s just a 7-minute walk to the hotel. The owner, originally from Egypt, runs the place with his brother Akhmad. Both are exceptionally professional, friendly, and down-to-earth, making the stay feel genuinely warm and welcoming. Everything was good.

• Szabolcs (5/5): Jó helyen van! - Aludni jó! Az elhelyezkedése, közlekedés szempontjából kiváló helyen van a központi pályaudvarhoz. A környék kulturált, tiszta. A pékség közel van s közeli éttermek is jók! Jó lett volna, ha működnek az éjjeli lámpák vagy a hűtő. Jó lett volna, ha nyílik az ablak. Egy víz forraló, néhány pohár is elférne. Mert ez nincs.

Deux fois des problèmes avec le verrou de la porte qui ne se fermait plus. Chambre pas très bien nettoyée, "objet" retrouvé dans le tiroir. Mauvaise isolation des fenêtres (air froid qui rentre).

We had an elderly family member wo was especially well looked after Listing does not make clear, no breakfast in house. Have to go out to local shops. Building in poor state. Exposed wiring, no tooth mug in bathroom, broken window catches etc. Parking is on street, ended up some distance away.

• Amanda (8/5): - Friendly, helpful staff. We didn't realise we had to take a ferry to/from Amsterdam city centre, but that was actually a fun part. It seems expensive for a small, simple guest house, but Amsterdam in general is expensive.

• Georgia (1/5): the hotel was awful - nothing it was dirty the walls and floor has mould on them , the bedding was dirty the staff were not welcoming we stayed one night because we didn’t get there until 11pm but we didn’t stay for the rest of our booking and we went to a different hotel the wallpaper was coming off the walls, the towels looked like they had never been washed , it felt like the type of hotel you get murdered in , me and my partner were not comfortable in this hotel and we would like to request some money back from our stay as it was just horrible and the bedding have like a blood stain and pubes on it just disgusting . i have more pictures of the room than the ones below but it will only allow me to select 4
• Paul (9/5): Perfect - Super plek om te overnachten. Leuke pup als buren. Voldoende parkeerplaatsen in de buurt. Loopafstand nasr de pond naar het Centraal Station. Goed geslapen ook!

• Krista (8/5): Günstige Übernachtung in Amsterdam - Preisleistungsverhältnis sehr gut. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Nettes und freundliches Personal. Zimmer war größer als erwartet. Super Kopfkissen und Matratzen. Badezimmer war okay. Die gesamte Ausstattung ist einfach, aber sauber. Es gibt einen Kühlschrank und ausreichend Ablagemöglichkeiten. Deutsche Fernsehprogramme, wer es braucht. Parkplätze vor der Tür, € 10,60 für einen Tag. 10 Minuten bis zur Fähre und man ist in der Altstadt von Amsterdam. Die oberen Zimmer sind nur über eine steile Treppe erreichbar. Wir haben nach einem früheren Check-in gefragt, was ohne Probleme gewährt wurde. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
