- Rimoldi-Richardet (9/5): Für mich sehr angenehm und die ideale Lösung. Ich habe mir die Residenz Diaz für einen nächsten Aufenthalt in Como vorge - Obwohl mitten im Zentrum, extrem ruhig! Da ich allein war, habe ich auf dem Bettsofa geschlafen. Leider konnte ich aber das Zimmer nicht verdunkeln, fand keine Möglichkeit, die Jalousien runter zu lassen! Kann aber auch sein, dass ich übersehen habe.

Es hat alles geklappt und wir konnten im Innenhof parken. Am Morgen früh etwas laut durch Lieferanten, Müllabfuhr etc.. Aber das ist wohl der zentralen Lage in der Altstadt geschuldet.

- Jane (9/5): - Great location, handy for everything in Como town and transport elsewhere in the region/over the border. Lots of restaurants. Large and well-equipped room/apartment, if you prefer to organise the occasional meal yourself, need laundry access mid-trip etc. It was quiet when I was there, and a quiet street, but noise travels between rooms so depends on other guests. Wifi was a little iffy. Perfectly fine if you will be out all day anyway, but might not be ideal for a business traveller.
- VIRGINIE (9/5): - Le studio au dernier étage était confortable, calme et bien chauffé, ce qui était très agréable début avril. Kitchenette suffisante pour des repas simples, avec torchon, etc. Salle de bain avec assez de place et de crochets pour disposer ses affaires : c'est rare ! Au coeur de la ville historique et d'accès facile pour les piétons, bagagerie disponible en permanence : top ! Je n' ai vu personne du séjour mais l'hôte est facilement joignable et le logement, déjà très propre, a aussi été nettoyé en milieu de séjour. Il faudrait changer le pommeau de douche, qui ne laisse passer qu'un filet d'eau. Ajouter des rideaux occultants serait un plus car la pièce reste lumineuse la nuit malgré les persiennes.

- Raisa (7/5): - The location is very good, in the old city, close to the lake. They have luggage storage, which can be used before check-in and after check-out. Soundproofing is not good, you can hear neighbors talking, moving the chairs and at night there are disturbing sounds from outside.

- Mario (8/5): Buono - la posizione è strategica, è al centro del centro. La qualità del sonno data la zona pedonale è buona e il personale è stato molto gentile cortese e professionale. Mi è risultato difficile regolare i termosifoni dei quali non ne avevo necessità ma era no accesi. Anche il bagno con i saponi dispencer non li ho graditi. Mancanza totale di accessori da bagno monouso e carta igienica non nuova.

- Nati (8/5): - La ubicación es increíble, el depto tiene los justo para una estancia Lo que tiene en contra son las escaleras son muchísimas y subir el equipaje, el coche de las nenas con todas las escaleras es muchísimo!
- Grandjacquet (9/5): Logement propre, fonctionnel et super bien situé dans un bel immeuble au centre de Côme - Très bien situé dans le Centre ancien de Côme, proche des commerces, du lac, de la gare, des parking… Le confort du lit de la chambre est très bien, celui des canapés lits moins bien. Bruit de la balayeuse qui passe tous les matins de bonne heure. Mais ça, l’établissement n’y peut rien, et c’est inhérent au fait d’être en centre ville (par ailleurs très propre).

- Javier (5/5): Decepcionado - La ubicación Olor extraño, manchas en cojines, ruidos de los vecinos y del parking, la cama es incómoda y las tv están en mal estado, y hay que tener la calefacción al máximo todo el día para tener agua caliente en la ducha, por tanto, hace mucho calor en el apartamento y no hay mandos para el aire acondicionado.

- Annemieke (6/5): Zeer basic en koel - Goede locatie, prettig contact met medewerkster. Het was ijskoud in het appartement (februari), omdat de vloer ook van tegels is (in de zomer waarschijnlijk prettig) was het nog onaangenamer. Het appartement (in dependance) was erg ongezellig en kaal ingericht. Prima voor een nacht maar niet om langer te verblijven.
- SZOSZI (9/5): - Nagyon jó helyen fekszik a szálláshely.Rövid sétára van a tó,éttermek,kávézók,tömegközlekedés.Kapukóddal gyorsan,egyszerűen tudtuk az apartmanokat elfoglalni.Bár a szállásadóval nem találkoztunk de mindig pontosan,érthetően küldte az információkat,Külön köszönet érte.Csomagmegőrző is van ha valaki korán érkezik.Nyolcan voltunk kettő apartmanban,kényelmesen elfértünk.Kifogástalan tisztaság fogadott minket.Biztosan visszatérünk majd.Mindenkinek ajánlom ezt a kiváló szálláshelyet.
- Barbara Saba Savoia (6/5): Seconda visita - Bell'appartamento, posizione ottima, buon prezzo. È la seconda volta che soggiorno qui e Purtroppo questa volta c'è stato un problema con le lenzuola del letto, ho dovuto disfare tutto per ispezionare . L'ho dovuto segnalare due volte poiché al numero di telefono con cui dovevo interagire non ha risposto nessuno, per quanto fosse un'ora prima del termine del servizio. Si è trovata una soluzione, per fortuna. Forse il gerente sottostima che trovare certi animaletti (non era una formica) fra le lenzuola può preoccupare e creare stress nel cliente e magari una frase o un piccolo gesto di scuse sarebbero stati apprezzati. Aggiungo che, non essendo il primo caso, sarebbe il caso di prendere provvedimenti sulla scelta della lavanderia a cui affidarsi? Mi dispiace perché vengo con regolarità a Como e per il resto è una struttura valida e in precedenza mi ero trovata benissimo.
- Mirko Enea (10/5): - In posizione centrale, vicino a al lago ed alla stazione. Stanza favolosa, presenti tutti i comfort e pulizia top! Gestione degli spazi incredibile! Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccellente. Abbastanza tranquillo durante la notte.
