(a first ever - this is even offered in hotels) - The ridiculous warning signs stating $1900 charge if triggering the extremely sensitive fire alarms made us feel unwelcome... change the stupid things if they are sooo extremely sensitive. (another first ever) - The extra $20 charge to use a microwave felt unnecessary and not guest‑friendly. (another first ever) - Parking was manageable for us, but it would be difficult if the motel were full; suggest looking elsewhere if you have a trailer during busy periods. - The bathroom was very small, with towels hanging directly above the toilet - not a modern or comfortable setup for more than a one‑night stay (First Floor Standard Room) - Despite booking for three people, we received only one cookie (another first ever) - Coffee pods are never checked or rotated - room-servicing requires a pep talk. The lift was great for us, I was travelling with someone who finds stairs hard, so that was a great bonus. Not so much didn't like but to be aware, the parking is limited near the actual rooms. There are extra parks down a lane way. But if you can get there early and don't need the car you ca. Easily get a park near the rooms.

- Kerrie (9/5): Perfect for our short stay! - We arrived late and we were given keys and clear instructions to be make our after hours arrival simple! Location was EXCELLENT! Near restaurants, water, shopping and the half marathon (we were there to support our daughter)
- Debbie (10/5): Spacious clean comfortable and lovely staff - Walking distance to everything, car parking on site, clean great facilities lovely staff
