We didn't make a request but I had expectations that if guests were staying for more than 1 night that someone would attend to the room. Would not hesitate in recommending this property. Next time we overnight in Yamba we will definately be visiting again!

Then the spa couldn't be turned off. So it had to be turned off outside. The hotel Managers said they didn't know there was a problem and really didn't help. Then when it was tried again later it wouldn't switch on.

Location is a short drive to downtown with easy free parking.
