Jeranko (6/5): Dobra lokacija - Vsec mi je bila lokacija v starem mestnem jedru. Cenim tudi to, da ima hotel dvigalo. Dva od osebja sta bila neprijazna, eden od njiju tudi zelo pocasen. Na racun za storitve sem cakal kar 24 ur in sem ga prejel sele po veckratni zahtevi.. Ostalo osebje je bilo v redu.

È stato possibile lasciare il bagaglio più ingombrante per il periodo in cui siamo stati a fare il safari. Al nostro rientro ci hanno riassegnato la stessa camera (la cosa ci ha fatto molto piacere!). Abbiamo preso 2 moto a noleggio e ci hanno permesso di parcheggiarle praticamente all'ingresso dell'hotel. Buona la pulizia e la colazione! Un grazie a tutto il personale 🙏

Jit Bdr (4/5): - We had an early checkout and they had us take away. One of the morning shift guy was kind enough to upgrade the room for us. The water boiler wasn’t working. There was no hot water in the washroom and the tap seems broken. Most of the amenities as described in booking is absent in the room (ex. Tea bags, sugar etc). The price shown in the booking and the price hotel charge had a discrepancy (they usually have much higher exchange rates on selling). Pay at property is not a wise option especially for those who are not travelling with USD rather other currency

GDL_Milano (10/5): come a casa - Colazione a buffet ottima e varia, mi hanno anche preparato un'abbondante colazione al sacco per una partenza molto anticipata nella mattina. La posizione dell'albergo è nella zona di Thamel, quindi centrale, ma comunque tranquilla. Il personale si merita un encomio particolare, perchè estremamente gentile e simpatico, molto disponibile e pronto a venire incontro a qualsiasi richiesta. Mi sono sentita come a casa. Lo consiglio sicuramente. Wi-fi non molto stabile o a volte assente.

Ayelet (8/5): Very good - Nice location, in Thamel but tucked away so not too loud and noisy. Big and comfortable rooms. Very friendly staff, helped us arrange a taxi to the airport. No shower curtain in the bathroom, made the floor very slippery that I fell. The sink also leaked but there is a drain underneath it so not too much of an issue.
