• Marion (10/5): Great choice for a motel in Lismore. - Great location. Staff were very friendly, efficient and professional. I had a problem with my booking and it was easily resolved with no fuss. Very helpful front desk. The property was very spacious and modern. Rooms were well fitted out with all amenities. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very clean. I would certainly return. Nil.
• Penny (10/5): This was by far the best place we have stayed in - ever! - We loved the spacious room, the convenient location, the stunning pool and gorgeous gardens, the clean, well-equipped kitchen/laundry for guests to use, (what a great idea), the balcony overlooking the pool and gardens, the picnic/barbeque area, the covered carpark, the security, even the covered space provided for smokers. We don't smoke but we were impressed that smokers were provided for. There was even a gym. And everything was immaculate! Why is it called a motel when it offers so much more? The only issue stopping this venue from a perfect score was the pillows. All too fat and hard for me. Next time I'll bring my own pillow.

Handy table/desk. Air con worked well. Overall the premises are very clean and fresh with good undercover parking. I will definitely stay here again. Good shared kitchen facilities. It is a bit of a walk to the CBD. Ok if you are reasonably fit or have a car. Fridge in room needed defrosting to keep food cold. Was fine for drinks. These are minor things.

• Natalie (10/5): Beautiful room in a great location - will stay again - It’s no wonder why this property was ranked EXCEPTIONAL on Booking[dot]com. The place is absolutely beautiful, with clean (dare I say immaculate) rooms and hallways, and modern furnishings. It was handy having access to a kitchenette with microwaves and sandwich presses, as well as a shared laundry area (I didn’t use it but good to know for future, longer stays). There is also a handy vending machine in the hallway in case you get the munchies - oh and the thoughtful Tim tams in the room fridge were a sweet little surprise (literally!). The staff were lovely and pleasant and the motel is in a convenient location (Lismore is not very big, but still …). Absolutely nothing I didn’t like
