• Anna (10/5): - We had a wonderful experience at the Mulia Suites. Would highly recommend to friends and family. Extremely attentive service. The facility is clean and comfortable. The staff go above and beyond for you to make sure you are comfortable and have what you need at all times. Enjoyed the pool, the room, and all the restaurants. They have buggies to take you from one facility to the other at any hour of the day/night. When we arranged for a driver to take us from the hotel back to the airport, there was somebody from the Mulia at the airport as we got out of the vehicle and assisted us with our baggage to the check-in point. We couldn’t ask for better service! Stay at the Mulia suites. You will not be disappointed!
• Jim (10/5): Everything magnificent - Certainly one of the most luxurious places we’ve ever stayed, wonderful breakfast and high tea lunch, all that. But the most incredible thing was the staff. Now I don’t know. It was our first stay in Bali. Maybe the whole island’s that way but the Mulia was clearly exceptional - vibe-wise.
• Mark (10/5): - Exceptional friendly and very helpful staff. Brilliant buffet and Al Le Carte breakfast. The buffet restaurant was very spacious, with so much food to choose from. For Al Le Carte, the staff was very welcoming in serving you had lots of choice to pick from the menu. Our stay also included the afternoon tea, which had free flowing drink for 2 hours! The room we booked was ocean facing beach access which is literally facing the ocean with no obstructed view. The three pool wasn’t busy at all (maybe it was off peak season). The beach and the walk way along it was also very clean. I would recommend The Mulia to anyone for its luxury and friendliness. In peaceable food and great pool and beach location.

• Jason (6/5): - We booked a 5-night stay at The Mulia but checked out after just 2 nights. While the property is undoubtedly beautiful, it didn’t meet our expectations as a family-friendly resort, especially after staying at The Padma Legion, which was lovely and catered so well to families. One of the biggest challenges we faced was that the hotel couldn’t accommodate an extra bed for our 4-year-old, despite children being allowed to stay in the room at no additional charge. The expectation was for children to sleep in the same bed as the parents, which wasn’t ideal for us. The property itself is huge but feels like a maze and isn’t particularly well signed. Most of the amenities are part of The Mulia Resort rather than The Mulia Suites, which meant we often had to exit and re-enter the property to access facilities. This added to the inconvenience, especially when traveling with a child. The hotel grounds are stunning but massive, and the kids’ club is located on the other side of the property. We’re not ones to leave our child in kids’ club all day—just for a few hours—but the distance made this impractical. Overall, The Mulia is a beautiful resort, but it’s not designed with families in mind. We requested a partial refund for the remaining nights of our stay, but this was denied. While the hotel was within its rights, given we booked a non-refundable rate, a partial refund would have been a thoughtful gesture considering our experience.

• to (10/5): - ・ムリアのオーシャンビューに3泊、お部屋も眺めもビーチも美しく最高でした。 ・ムリア泊だとヴィラのプールも利用でき、ヴィラプールは少し高台にあるのでとても見晴らし良く、ミネラルウォーターやフルーツを運んできてくれます。 ・リゾート内のザ・カフェがでは作りたてのパスタや焼肉が本当にとても美味しかった。ソレイユ、リヴィングルームや、ラウンジは余り口に合わず‥他の施設が最高なだけにレストランはちょっとがっかりでした。 ・コンビニはないけど、ホテル東側（外）のバリ現地ムード満点の商店で飲み物やお菓子を買ってました。かなりチャレンジャーでないと、行かないかな？ホテルからわざわざいく人は余り見かけなかったかも。 ・チェックアウト後に忘れ物に気づいたのですが、バトラーさんがとても親切に対応してくれました。しかもホテルでタクシーを依頼しただけで‥ホテル内ではなくタクシー内の忘れ物だったのに、最後の最後まで親切なホテルスタッフに助けられました！！また利用したいな、と思うホテルです

• Keith (8/5): - Very nice place. I stayed in the "suites" portion of the hotel which is a separate block. My ocean view "suite" was not actually a suite, but a large room. Nevretheless it was a very nice large room with enormous bathroom. Service was very attentive and "suites" portion has separate and quieter breakfast facilities than main hotel. The hotel annoyingly shuts the gym at 8pm and the only reason seems to be that they keep it staffed all the time it is open, rather than allowing room card access. This s a bit of a pain if you come from a western time zone and arrive late after a long flight.

Recommend al a carte brekky as Cafe buffet busy and food only ok. Plenty of privacy in cabana’s around pool. Gorgeous landscaping everywhere you look there’s something beautiful to look at. Definitely worth a visit
• eric (10/5): good facilities but very quiet - we were unfortunately booked over the period of the rapture concert and the evening facilities were closed (sky bar) for the whole weekend for private partys and preparation. staff and facilities were amazing especially gym and pools but no sign of any guests..food was excellent in all restraunts but wine list was limited. the staff and service great .. we had a very healthy quiet time at the beautiful resort
• Andy (10/5): One of the best 5* hotels in Bali - This is the second time we have stayed at The Mulia and we weren't disappointed at going back. 2 years ago we stayed in "The Mulia" which is the equivalent of a "Club" section of the Hotel, this time we were upgraded to a 1 bed Pool Villa which was even better. The Villas are spacious, well laid out with their own decent sized pool and outside seating area. Whilst some of them are a fair way from the beach and main amenities the Villas have a personal butler service and 24hr buggy service to wherever you want to go in the hotel. The Mulia is a large complex with 3 hotels each offering a different level but it never feels crowded. Excellent range of restaurants including the Villas own dining area, first class gym, two huge pool areas, nice spa, good sports facilities, sky bar nice overlooking pool and beach nice for pre dinner drink. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. The only downside, if we could find one, is that service in bars and restaurants is on the slow side so expect to wait 20 minutes for pretty much anything. However, it is a holiday resort so what's the hurry. Definitely amongst one of our favourite hotels anywhere.

It was quite hard to access the cabana when I wanted to and there werent many staffs around the pool area so when i needed help it took some time to get the help i wanted. The rooms and facilities were amazing, I enjoyed the jacuzzi so much.

The staff are among the most polite and attentive I’ve come across. They even remember your name. The food is exceptional. The menu is extensive and will cater for most. Overall the best hotel I’ve stayed at. 2nd would be shangri la Dubai for comparison.

• Daniel (10/5): Honeymoon a The Mulia - We went to The Mulia (suites) for our honeymoon. The service was impeccable. All staff from front desk to security greeted us during our stay with a smile. They have tight security to ensure that exclusivity for the suites and villas guests are maintained in the various compound - which we enjoyed for the quietness. The meals we had in the resort e.g. the buffet at the Cafe and the ala carte buffet at the Villa and the Mulia consists of wide varieties and of good standard. Even the room service we ordered late at night was good. The Suite we were in was clean and had an amazing view of the sea/beach and the pool. We will definitely be back!

• Evelyn (10/5): Truly a world class hotel. Amazing property. - We stayed at the Mulia suites. The view from our room was spectacular. Room was very comfortable and lovely. My husband and I were impressed with the well trained staffs. All of them were polite and eager to accommodate our requests. Special mention to our butler Ade who were very professional. The a la carte breakfast menu were extensive. We had Filet Mignon with Foie Gras and Vietnamese Clam Porridge etc. Very high quality breakfast we ever had. We can order as many items as we like with no restrictions. Food at Soleil are highly recommended. We dined at the restaurant twice and the server Adi remembered our favorite snacks when we returned. Overall, we are extremely pleased during our stay.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Wow! Beautiful Paradise - One of the best stay experience. It's expensive but you're staying in a Paradise. Green everywhere, Water is Blue + Great weather. The only complaint is we asked for Twin beds, but hotel provides King bed. We clarified and they moved us to another room, but we had to wait a few hours..
• max (10/5): amazing hotel - highlight being the staff - The facilities where up there in the best I've stayed in. The pool and beach are as advertised in being world class. Theres heaps of food options - my favourite being table 8 dim sum on Sundays!! However, whilst I could write a lot about how amazing the facilities are, the true highlight was the staff who represent this hotel. Every staff member would make the effort to learn mine and my girlfriends name and make friendly recommendations and always have a smile and say hello. The staff are what make this hotel great and one of the best I've stayed in. Thank you so much for making it a memorable stay for me and my girlfriend.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Perfection has a name - The Mulia - The Mulia is as close to perfection as it gets. Large room, balcony and Jacuzzi, king size bed, sea views. Afternoon high tea is nothing short of spectacular, and so is breakfast. Without exception, staff were genuinely friendly, helpful and professional. They all endeavour to make the impossible possible. The Mulia is the most amazing resort complex, with villas, resort and suites blending together in a beautiful setting. The restaurants and bars on site are excellent and there is something for everyone's taste. The gym is among the best I've ever experienced in any hotel.

Beautiful pool with private beach entrance. We stayed at The Mulia hotel which is next to resort because it is more private. Definitely recommend this hotel.
• NA (10/5): Amazing vacation - Luxurious hotel with amazing beaches. The breakfast buffet or at the lounge was amazing. The staff are very helpful and they make you feel that you are their only guest. They knew our breakfast routine after one time only. As soon as we walk in they got me and my husband our favorite latte as strong as we like it. They knew our sons name from first day and they were attending all his requests. It was an amazing choice and we would come back again for sure. The beach was clean an worm, the pools were amazing too. The view from our room was breathtaking.

• Janet Maria (2/5): Downgraded to Mulia Resorts from The Mulia - We had an unpleasant experience on checking in because front office refused our accommodation at The Mulia because they only allowed 2 persons but there were 3 of us. This was because when booking out stay at this hotel on Hotels.com, it 'forced' us to enter 2 pax instead of 3 otherwise it just displayed that The Mulia was not available which ever date we selected. The site did not offer Mulia Resorts which could accommodate the 3 of us. On check-in, all levels of staff from Front desk to Manager to Asst Director could not allow us to stay at The Mulia although we had fully paid for our 5-day stay there. We were utterly disappointed as we felt cheated. The management offered to downgrade us to Mulia Resort after taking 2+ hours to handle our check-in. Although the room was nice, nevertheless, our stay at The Mulia left us with a bitter aftertaste. This will be our last stay at this hotel.

It was the best in our stay. very good hospitality, good food, good facility, perfectly organised, very nice staff... It was the best alternative in Bali for us. We already made our plan to come to Bali with our boys in July and definitely stay in The Mulia again...

• Raouf (4/5): Could have been way better! Never again! - Well it all started very well! The check in was great! The staff were friendly and wanting to do anything to please us. We had a buttler well only for the first night. No one helped us with anything the second day. I stayed at the resort before and wanted to try out the hotel for 2 night before we left Bali as a finally. Our main attraction was the jacuzzi on our balcony! Which did not work the first night and was filled up with freezing water. Had their engineers come into the room 3 times the first night trying to fix it! All this money spent on something that didnt work. All we got was a sorry we promisse tomorrow will gey it fixed! Well im not a rich man that couldnt be bothered. It was my first time ever in a hotel with a jacuzi in my room i was very disapointed and no one cared!!!

Then opening the door to our room was just awesome. I would give this hotel a 6 star if possible. They attempt to please their guest by any means necessary. The hotel and staff are awesome. It's a must stay hotel
• Yee Wan (8/5): A wonderful stay at the Mulia Suites, Bali - We had a wonderful stay at the Mulia Suites.Very relaxing, enjoyed the private beachfront everyday, greeted with friendly staff and our butlers were efficient and professional. Room was clean and was always touched up everytime we were out for a meal or drink. Food was fabulous, great choices and varieties, never left you hungry. Beautifully maintained gardens and pools, staff and security on site make you feel safe and comfortable to enjoy the sun and ocean. Would recommend the Mulia suites to friends and would love to go back again one day!
• Verified traveler (10/5): Great hotel - Stayed here with my mom and girlfriend. Everyone loved the spa. Several large pools. Food was very good but service a little slow. It's Bali. Beach area is ok, there are plenty of other better beaches. It has the best Sunday brunch in the southern tourist area (Kuta Semenyak Canngu etc.) I lived in Bali for three years and always recommend this hotel to people who can afford it. It is a destination resort and traffic in Bali is horrible so if you want to do lots of excursions it's a little out of the way. I think the drive is worth it.
• Yoko (10/5): Best hotel ever! - I was a hotelier worked in Marriott & Mandarin Oriental. To be honest, not really many hotels can impress me on the service & facilities. But The Mulia can, this hotel has a magic power make you don't want to leave, I tried to change my flight schedule and stay 2 more nights, but due to no flight available, I cancel this request. All the staffs in The Mulia , from reception to butler, even a staff from housekeeping, they are just great and excellent, service good, attitude nice, very friendly, you can feel that they are enjoying their job and put most of the efforts to answer your questions - the things I like, all butler provide alternative, not just say no to you. I went to Bali 6 times, 3 times stayed in Autograph Marriott, 2 times Sofitel Nusa Dua, 1 time Westin Nusa Dua, no hotel can impress me like what The Mulia did. Not only hardware, software - staffs are so good. F&B out you need to try, The Cafe buffet is good but a bit crowd, highly recommend the Japanese Teppanyaki restaurant Edingo, best hotel with good quality of oyster and good dishes by Japanese chef. Gym is great, i can find all latest gym machine, swimming pool is excellent, you can go to The Mulia swimming pool (more quiet), or Mulia Resort swimming pool I won't choose another hotel when I go to Bali next time, our family decided to stay in The Mulia again in Sept this year.
• Cindy (10/5): Beautiful hotel - The Mulia is definitely 5 star if you're looking for 'luxe'. The only problem with our stay was that we paid so much money and the main pool (which I believe to be the main attraction) was under construction. Aside from that, everything was sparkling clean and amazing service.
