De stijl is echt overal door gevoerd en van een hoog afwerkingsniveau. We hadden een kamer geboekt, maar kregen een gratis upgrate. Wat een verrassing! We zaten in een studio met keuken, eettafel, bank en buro. Echt alles was aanwezig. Het ontbijt is heel goed, maar niet heel uitgebreid.

- Abdulmohsen (7/5): Very modern facility - Welcoming staff during check-in Renovated to modern style finish apartment Clean facility 1-Second parking area was about half km away , the garage has untiled floor (like barn) with manual heavily opened gate( unpractical) 2- limited breakfast choices with one unprofessional staff ( middle aged with bob hair cut) while I’ was using the coffee machine she abruptly approached me without excuse to refill the milk & make it splash on me & continue wiping the coffee machine table while I’am standing trying to prepare my coffee! 3- no luggage rack available on room or upon request.

Nicht nur die Chefin des Hauses, auch alle anderen MitarbeiterInnen waren außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist.nicht nur stylisch sondern auch sehr sauber und liegt in einer Toplage. Das Frühstück und Abendessen sehr zu empfehlen. Feiner Spa Bereich und Fitnessraum bereichern das Angebot. Und die Betten laden zum Träumen ein. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und empfehlen das Haus sehr gerne weiter.

- ManageMan MF (10/5): Nobles Luxus-Apartment mit Wow-Erlebnissen in einem historischen Gebäude - Wir wurden sehr herzlich auf dem hoteleigenen Parkplatz in Empfang genommen. Beim Checkin erhielten wir eine kurze Info über die beeindruckende Historie dieses seit 500 Jahren bestehenden Hotels. Demnach ist das Haus nach einer Komplettsanierung 2024 wiedereröffnet worden. Aus unserer Sicht wird es nun höchsten Ansprüchen an Design, Komfort und Funktionalität gerecht. Beim Betreten und näheren Hineinfinden in das Apartment hatten wir Wow-Erlebnisse - beginnend mit dem noblen, hochwertigen Gesamteindruck von Mobiliar und Einrichtung bis hin zu Details wie dem mobilen TV, dem in das Kochfeld integrierten Bora-Dunstabzug, einer kompakten Siebträger-Espressomaschine und einem sich beim Hineinschauen einschaltenden Schminkspiegel. Bei dem vielfältigen Frühstück haben wir das optional angebotene "Fluffy Omelett" genossen. Wirklich nur ein kleines Detail: der uns zum Frühstück angebotene Orangensaft war sehr wässrig. In einem derartigen Premium-Ambiente hat uns das unangenehm überrascht.

Nach einer Fuß Operation hatte ich eigentlich nach Hotels gesucht mit Parkplätzen direkt am Hotel und dementsprechend die Filter gesetzt. Vor Ort jedoch waren keine Parkplätze verfügbar und ich wurde belehrt die Beschreibung richtig zu lesen um den Parkplatz vorab zu reservieren. Freundlicherweise wurde für mich eine Lösung gefunden.

- Bernd (10/5): - Es war einfach alles perfekt - ideale Lage direkt am Marktplatz, sehr großes und komfortables Zimmer sowie ein qualitativ sehr hochwertiges Frühstück mit frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen mit Zutaten nach Wunsch. Ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen ist das Restaurant mit einer umfangreichen Auswahl und herausragender Qualität. Die Parkplätze direkt am Hotel sind zwar, wie speziell in Innenstadtlagen überall, kostenpflichtig, aber dafür eben unmittelbar (oder etwas entfernt) am Hotel (Reservierung erforderlich). Nicht zu vergessen das stets freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, sodass man sich stets willkommen und umsorgt fühlte. Sauberkeit und täglicher Zimmerservice (auch am Sonntag!) muss heutzutage ebenfalls hervorgehoben werden! NICHTS!!!

- Carina (9/5): Sehr schöner Aufenthalt an zentraler Lage - Die Unterkunft hat ihre Erwartungen vollkommen erfüllt. Da nicht Hauptsaison war, bekamen wir gratis ein Upgrade. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, sauber, das Bett bequem und es hatte alles, was benötigt wurde. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, trotzdem war es ruhig im Zimmer. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Das Buffet war nicht riesig, aber es hatte alles, was man brauchte. Der Wellnessbereich ist klein (2 Sauna's, Duschen & Ruheraum), aber trotzdem sehr herzig und wertvoll. Der Parkplatz war sehr versteckt und da wir die Wegbeschreibung nicht erhalten hatten, fanden wir diesen zuerst nicht. Die Kosten für Parkplatz und Hotel sind nicht ganz günstig.

Ci è stata data una camera con vista sul muro del caseggiato di fronte e per giunta ci è stato detto che era un regalo perche ci davano una stanza più grande del previsto quindi " oltre al danno la beffa ". Il parcheggio dell"hotel a pagamento e a prezzi folli. Personale molto freddo. Il parcheggio meno costoso dell'hotel era non adiacente all"hotel ed era completamente coperto di neve con non poca difficoltà a parcheggiare e a camminarci con le valigie. Al ristorante colazione un solo piatto in dotazione che doveva essere usato per tutto. Non c'erano altri piatti messi a disposizione

- Elke (10/5): - Man vermisst nichts! Sogar unser Hund wurde verwöhnt 👍. Hochwertige Ausstattung, sogar das Bettzeug ist heimelig. Wir sind jeweils nur für eine Nacht da, auf unseren Weg in den Süden Italiens. Immer wieder gerne!!! Da fällt uns rein gar nichts ein!

It was not crowded which was excellent after some days on the pistes. Nothing to complain about. Maybe a swimming pool would be nice!
- Markus (10/5): Was ganz besonderes mitten in Sterzing - Das frisch renovierte historische Gebäude beeindruckt von Anfang an. Problemloses einchecken und angenehme Einweisung. Wer Glück hat kein einen der wenigen gebührenpflichtigen Parkplätze im Innenhof reservieren. Das Frühstück hat die Erwartungen voll und ganz erfüllt. Zimmer sehr geräumig und sowohl stilvoll als auch zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Betten top. Kleiner aber feiner Wellnessbereich. Das im Gebäude befindliche - nicht hoteleigene Restaurant (kann aber über das Hotel reserviert werden) - ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Eigentlich nichts. Als konstruktive Anregung: eine zweite Bank im Skikeller wäre hilfreich

- Tomas (10/5): - The biggest surprise of this year's travel around Italy was the accommodation at the Schwarzer Adler - Concept Living hotel. Findings: everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The reception staff was very pleasant and helpful with our questions. Accommodation - so far the best I have experienced in Italy in many years, including much more expensive hotels. The entire renovation of this hotel has a perfect concept from start to finish. Both the investor, the architect and the construction company did their best. Everything is well thought out, you feel like you are at home in the suite. Everything is simple, but done in a way that will make you very satisfied. The restaurant is also very good and after dinner you will find the best thing after a hard day - a bed. Here too, the experienced hand of all involved is evident - from a good mattress to the use of blankets and pillows from the Daunen Step company. As someone who has worked in interior design, I can say that this accommodation was like a balm for the soul after historicizing furniture in other areas. In any case - 5 stars. It is accommodation without comments.

- Joseph (10/5): - The hotel is centrally located in the middle of the square, near the beautiful tower of Vipiteno, our room faced the beautiful square.. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the helpful front desk officer, who gave us a brief history of the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade and accommodated in a spacious apartment that was very clean and modernly renovated. The apartment included convenient amenities such as a dishwasher and an electric cooker. Breakfast was good and healthy, offering a nice start to the day. Some breakfast items weren’t on display and had to be ordered separately, like scrambled or boiled eggs, coffee, and juice. Parking spaces were limited and quite tight between cars, and the parking fee was also on the expensive side. Parking location is behind the hotel and quite tricky to get. Make sure you have the location exact on your map. On a funny note, the hanging lampshade in our bedroom was a bit too low — it kept getting knocked. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but a few small adjustments could make it even better.

- Katja (10/5): Sehr schöne Unterkunft und absolut zu empfehlen in Sterzing. - Sehr schöne Unterkunft, direkt am schönen Marktplatz. Sehr schöner Style zwischen modern und gemütlich. Wirklich außergewöhnlich schöner Wellnessbereich und alles ganz neu. Bei offenem Fenster zum Marktplatz war es ab und zu etwas laut.
- Jutta (10/5): Tolle Unterkunft! Wir kommen gerne wieder. - Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal! Die Unterkunft und Zimmer sind wunderschön, toll eingerichtet. Kein Minuspunkt, aber man sollte wissen, dass man die Innenstadt (Menschen auf dem Platz) und Kirchengeläut hört.
- Helgard (9/5): - Sehr schön komplett renoviertes Traditionshaus, modern, aber nicht zu "digital". Alles sehr solide mit einheitlichem Look. Sehr schön direkt am zentralen Stadtplatz, freundlicher, lockerer Staff. Richtig zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen! Fällt mir direkt nichts ein......

- Ulrike (10/5): Wunderbares Hotel mitten in der historischen Innenstadt - Das Hotelpersonal war außerordentlich freundlich. Lage und Ausstattung sind super stimmig, das Hotel ist erst kürzlich komplett saniert worden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. /
