Imagino que vendría de la extracción de las cocinas del hotel.

- Simon (9/5): Recommended! - Check-in very straightforward, everything very efficient (in a super Japanese way!) Staff very friendly. Room clean, and set up with lots of thought given to the little details. I could have used some more storage (there's no wardrobe or drawers, just space to hang clothes on hooks on the wall). Also, my suitcase didn't fit under the bed so that took extra space. The breakfast. Perfectly fine, but given the quality of other parts of the hotel, I think the food could be fresher and incorporate more variety. A small point though, given that the stay overall was a very happy one!

The staff was polite and nice, greeting when you go in the hotel. My room is non-smoking and its quite quiet when there's no other guests staying around too. Hotel is away from the city centre so it's not noisy. The thing I don't like in the room was the bathroom whereby there is a step before going to the toilet. It was a little tough for me because my right calf was swollen and pain and I had a little difficulty going to the toilet. Also the room is a little small so would need to consider before booking (if you have a lot of luggages).

- Hannah (10/5): It was great. - The staff was so friendly and helpful. They speak good English if you are scared! We were so worried as we’ve never been to Japan before. They also provide everything possible in case you forget a toiletry. I would definitely recommend you stay here. It was also super clean. The washing machine was dirty so we had to find another spot to wash our clothes.

- Judith (9/5): For two average sized adults who knew what they were signing up for, this hotel was very convenient. Close to the train - Although compact for two average sized adults, the room was very comfortable and had a wonderful view of the neighborhood. The facility was accessible with great amenities and resources you could borrow and take for free. Not to mention the wonderful staff that always seemed to have their hands full with check ins and check outs but were the sweetest and most professional. We felt very welcomed and safe throughout our stay. It would have been nice to have more than one large trash bag accessible in the rooms, especially for longer stays. We felt like we were inconveniencing the staff every time we’d leave little bags of trash outside the door because they couldn’t fit into our room’s bin.

Ho avuto anche il "privilegio" di avere una finestra che non desse su un muro. La dimensione della stanza era adeguata per me che ero da sola, ma fate attenzione che in due ci si sta veramente stretti, specialmente se avete valigie grandi.

The restaurant in the hotel was very good and affordable. Grocers and others stores nearby as well as a 7-eleven right on the corner. Very quiet area and lovely to walk around with water canals and boardwalks. Absolutely loved our stay and would definitely return! Far from downtown and the Shibuya area (but easily accessible if you’re comfortable taking the metro).

- Maria Isabel (10/5): Value for money hotel with excellent service and facilities - The location is the best as it is situated in a quiet neighborhood and is just 5 minutes walk to Tamachi station. There are a lot of restaurants and convenience stores nearby and right beside the hotel is a small supermarket that offers cheaper items than a convenience store. A few meters away which is right below the Tamachi station is a building with lots of restaurants to choose from and a bigger supermarket (Life Supermarket) that has a wider selection of items. This is where we buy breakfast items that we buy the night before as ready to eat meals like sandwiches, and rice meal toppings, sushi etc. are sold at a discount. I especially liked the room we stayed in. We are a family of 3 and the connecting room in the annex building that we got has more than enough space for us. It can even accommodate 4 people in the connecting room. The bed is very comfortable to sleep in. The bathroom is also well equipped with the basic necessities like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, clean set of towels and a hair dryer so there is no need to bring. Other toiletries like bath sponge, facial care, body oil, tooth brush with toothpaste, shower cap, hair tie, razor, hair brush, cotton buds and pads, a clean set of pajamas are available in the lobby where guests can avail them for free. The room also comes with a Television set which we rarely used and a mini refrigerator. Though the room does not have cabinets where you can store clothes, there is a hanging facility built in the wall where guests can hang their clothes. Other amenities available in the lobby are free ice vending machine, microwave, coin laundromat and drink vending machine.There are also other appliances that are on loan such as hair straightener and iron and ironing board for clothes that are all available in the lobby where guests can get. The room cleaning service is also superb and cleans and makes up our room everyday. The only thing that needs improvement is that more pillows to be provided . There should at least be 2 pieces per bed available. But we were able to request more so this is not much of an issue. Also, hope the hotel can provide a bigger bag container where to put the used towels and pajamas every time there is a need to have them replaced.

Elijo este hotel por su privilegiada ubicación, a minutos de la Estación Mita y de Yamanote Line, con acceso desde el aeropuerto de Haneda y con parada de autobús a minutos que te llevan a Odaiba. Las habitaciones son bastantes amplias en relación a las de otras cadenas standard de Tokio, limpias, con cama y almohadas impecables, baño privado, tv, heladera, pava eléctrica, secador de cabello, aire acondicionado. Excelente atención del personal.
