• Rinny Wijaya (10/5): The Right Fit! - The Villa was a perfect fit for Family stay. While It's ideal for 4 adult. It could still comfort for 6 people. The Microwave and electric stove was a huge plus point esp if you have toddlers or infant with you. It's a great for value since you live in a villa setting with the hotel facilities. Small maintenance over here and there would be great. (Some worn stuff)

• Quest17901024509 (10/5): Am exceptional three- week experience of stay at Harris - I came here from Rome for a the weeks meeting. I enjoyed the location, the exceptionally friendly and and cordial atmosphere. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable... the staff are extremely polite, gentle and hard working and committed. There's always a smile on their faces...I had more time to interact with the restaurant staff and they are simply incredible... the food was delicious and there was always many choices to opt for...I would like to specially mention the names of Anita, Ayu, Tasya, Zahra, Setyo, Santos, Vina, Dika, Sevina, Halisya and of course the chefs Erna Priytna and Agung for their Master- Chef touch that made the food really delicious.. the pleasant and joyful service of the staff is really worth appreciating...I also appreciate the warm and pleasant service of Uchi and Tiara at the front office. The cleaning staff like Lolita, Galih, Yuda are also excellentso. Over all I give a 5 STAR to all and would love to come back here again.

• Tamara (7/5): Der Aufenthalt war ok, aber zu teuer. - Die ruhige Lage, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Leider war das Hotel sehr heruntergekommen und für den Preis definitiv zu teuer. Auch der Wäscheservice hat leider nicht funktioniert. Beim Frühstück gab es nur eine Kaffeemaschine, das ist für so ein großes Hotel viel zu wenig. Die Wände sind sehr hellhörig, wenn man Ruhe haben möchte, leider auch die falsche Adresse. Der Muezin war hier nebensächlich.

Cheap and quick laundry service. The bed and pillows are quite comfortable. The rooms are very dated, and require refurbishment. The bathroom was dirty, it had mold and some areas required deep cleaning.

• Novi (8/5): Overall me and my family were enjoyed to stay at Harris Hotels and Convention Malang. - If you looking for a hotel for a business or leisure; individual, couple, or family; the Harris Hotels and Convention Malang is probably the best option among other hotels. The hotel is very convenient for kids and elder people. The hotel provides standard room amenities and breakfast menus. The room was clean and comfy room, with enough space for our luggage. The staffs were helpful and friendly. The hotel offered decent price including additional breakfast for adults and/or kids. Special breakfast price for kids amazed me where other hotel does not have much for this option. The cleanliness in the restaurant and public area rest room. Staff shortages can have a serious impact, affecting guests' satisfaction. So, please make sure your hotel staffs taking quick action and do not wait until the guests asking for cleaning the dining area and public area rest room.

The staff is friendly and helpfull The room need a big maintainance. The curtain is dirty and so do the lamp. The bathroom as well. Is getting old and dark spot is clearly seen in the shower. The floor also dusty and not well clean.

Especially for breakfast price, the variety and taste didn't meet our expectation. There were power disruptions, though it was just a few seconds. And I couldn't believe hot water in shower room almost didn't work when I used it late at night.

The swimming pool was nice as well. Most of the facilities there are pretty good. the room surprisingly dirty, the floor has a lot of dust. The price I expected was a decent clean, but this visit, the room was below expectation.

Airconditioning units both indoor and outdoor as well as pump at entrance of villa made so much noice that sleeping was impossible. It was horrendous and the complaint was not taken well. Despite the villa being a 4 person villa, it is equipped for just 2 and it is rather outdated. Very poor experience.

Food is consistent, reasonable choice of western food along with the local dishes. Stayed here over 5 years ago, nothing has changed or been updated. Rooms are a little tired now, corridors could do with a lick of paint, but overall it's OK. Wifi is terrible in the restaurant/bar area, slightly better in the rooms. Should have an ATM for cash withdrawals on site.

Rooms were basic and not as pictured.

The breakfast also food, we can select the place to be seated indoor or outdoor. I think the variant for foods need to add more. People can smoke wherever they wanted. Disturbing us who did not smoke and wanted to have fresh air. For the last 3 days, the TV cable did not work. No convenience store.

• Gretha (7/5): Not a good stay for holiday, but its okay for work - Have standards for 4stars hotels. The food wasnt in good preparation, the location was far from the center, and their services. I have a food delivery but they cant help me to deliver it to the room.
