- joej12 (7/5): Disappointing in comparison to the Krakow H15. - We had a large room. The Lounge was big but the bedroom (and bed) were small. No evening treatment to the room and less amenities than the sister Hotel in Krakow. Large lounge.

- Michelle (8/5): Great hotel but where's the hairdryer and housekeeping? - The bathroom had a heated floor and the bedroom was very confortable I specifically asked if there was a hairdryer in the room when I checked in and they said yes. Turned out they didnt and I had to call the front desk, then waited another 40 mins then had to go the front desk with wet hair then waited another 15 mins before someone came. Hair was pretty dry at that point but my roots didnt dry properly like it would with a actual hairdryer. Food is overrated for being a Michelin star.

- Julija (6/5): Tikėjomes geriau už tokią kainą - Vieta Check-in vėlavo, nes nespėjo kambario paruošti laiku, iki automobilio parkingo nuolat turi lydėti administratorius, sukelia nepatogumų, kad negali laisvai nueiti pasiimti daiktų iš automobilio. Viešbučio pusryčiai prasti. Padavėjos pasimetusios, pamiršta užsakymus. Net kakava vaikui labai prasta, apie košes net nekalbu, tiesiog kruopos užpiltos vandeniu. Kambariai labai niūrus, vaizdas į vidinį stogą. Sklido nemalonus kvapas vestibiulyje iš restorano virtuvės. Nemanau, kad kada nors grįšime į šį viešbutį.

Dość często korzystam z hoteli w Warszawie, uważam że ten hotel jest wyjątkowy, mogę go porównać jedynie z hotelem Bristol, który był równie wyjątkowy. Polecam hotel 15H Boutique Warszawa! Jest świetny! Nie mam żadnych uwag.

Dobre śniadanie. Wygodne łóżka i poduszki. Czysto. Świetna obsługa recepcji. Trochę więcej atencji i uważności ze strony obsługi restauracji, zarówno podczas kolacji jak i śniadań, nikomu by nie zaszkodziło.

Good breakfast selection and excellent dinner with friendly staff. Garage parking spots are far away from Hotel entrance and only accessible with porter, would be better if the spots where closer.

- Lotem (9/5): היה מקסים, אגיע שוב. - מלון ברמה גבוהה, מעוצב בצורה מהממת, השירות של הקבלה היה מעולה, המנקות היו מקסימות. החדר היה גדול ומרווח, מיטה נוחה, כל יום בקבוקי מים בחדר שחודשו כל יום מחדש, שירותי ניקיון פעמיים ביום. לא היה מקום להניח איפור בשירותים על מנת להתאפר בצורה נוחה. נוף בחדר היה לצד השני של הבניין. אין עוד מה לומר כי באמת היה ממש טוב.
