Guest Reviews
- Tumema (10/5): - This hotel is so nice amazing
I love it
I stay there 3 time now
And it's satisfied our staying
- KELSEY (6/5): - It's only a short walk from town but I had a room above the bar and close to the road which was extremely noisy at night. The curtains were see through and I wasn't made aware of pool renovations before my stay. Overall, disappointing.
- Josephil (2/5): - We expect swimming pool but its not available and we left.
We stay only for 2 nights instead of 3 because we're disappointed about the place.
- Tufatu (10/5): - Service was good
- Rachel (6/5): - Very noisy from kitchen stuff, room isn't cleaned no vacum and moping, very dusty
- Tautalapo (8/5): - The staff is very good the hotel is closed to everything
- Fini (10/5): - Everything
- Glenn (6/5): Okay stay - Room had no hot water and was very basic. Pool was getting repaired
- April (2/5): - I didnt want to have to make this review, however had I known what I know now prior to booking it would have saved me a lot of hassle,
We booked this room in comparison to others, solely because it was advertised that the deluxe room had 1 queen bed and 1 double bed, however this was not the case and only had 1 double bed and 1 single. We were 3 adults so imagine squeezing 2 people on that small double bed and 1 single. I enquired to staff and had to pay $50 per day for an extra single bed.
I enquired about more towels as there were only 2 small towels in our room and when i asked I was told i would need to return the first 2 towels in order to get another 2 towels! This is for 3 guests mind you.
There was mold in the shower roof and the tiles need a good scrubbing or replacing,
The curtains were sheer so at night time you can see through the room even with us being on the second level.
The breakfast advertised was veryyyy basic.
The pool was under construction - I do not mind however the pool also played a big part in us booking here because we would have liked somewhere to swim after a long day to keep cool.
No microwave in room, lack of utensils( Cups to have coffees in the morning - we were only given 2 ) again it felt like the room was only prepared for 2 guests. There was no cold water at all only hot water in the shower and in the sinks.
Overrall. My review is solely based on the fact that we didnt get what we paid for. The entire place needs an overhaul.
- Heather (10/5): - Amazingly big room with a balcony and lovely staff. Shame the pool was out of action though
- Mary (2/5): - staff were ok. the whole place is outdated. the towels look old and ware out and their quality is the cheapest. also, there were no blankets, when there's an AC it is expected to have blankets.
breakfast was so cold, and those pancakes look like they were from a previous day. the whole place was just too outdated.
- Ephesian (2/5): - Millenia almost ruined our trip as we were at the last part of our holiday. Ladies at reception were charging me double what I was suppose to. A family member had checked in and said its not worth staying as their room was smelly and dirty. I wasnt willing to pay anymore then what I was suppose to even though I showed reception exactly what was owed on my end. They werent sympathetic and didnt try and help me. We had 4 kids in our travel group and were also told there was NO swimming pool as it was under construction. That was enough for us to go find another hotel and ended up only staying 1 night with the deposit I paid. Because deposit was more then 1 nights price, one of the reception ladies said I will have a credit at bar for food or drinks, the next lady came through and said no I cant. By that stage, I had grumpy kids and just wanted to get into our room already. Shower floor was grimey and mouldy. Bedding didnt look like they had been changed. Its safe to say, we will NEVER book here again. Tanoa & Amanaki hotels were only afew metres away and we enjoyed the remainder of our holiday. I DONT recommend this place at ALL.. dont make the same mistake!
- Tofi (6/5): - I was not there lkng enough to give a good review. But in the short time it was good.
- Tracy Ann (2/5): - Our room was not serviced for 4 of our 5 night stay in spite of asking most days.
Their pool is disgusting, green, missing tiles and has algae growing in it.
- Wade (10/5): - Close to shops, staff are very friendly nice music and food and good value for your money
- Catherine (8/5): - Staff very friendly. Good air-con. Clean property.
- Lupe (8/5): - Breakfast would’ve been better if they had bacon and eggs as free breakfast
- Taoipu (6/5): - No comment.
- Lusia (4/5): - Convenient location right in the towns centre, good for a short stay or for overnight.
I originally booked for a room that was downstairs but had been put into a room that was on the top floor. Very inconvenient for someone of my age that has bad knees. I requested for another room downstairs but They said they were fully booked but there was hardly anyone I saw around the hotel.
I was woken up a few times during the night by the loud music, people screaming and being drunk. I had to get up eventually and tell them to be quiet. This is my first time staying here and wouldn’t stay again.
- Barry (6/5): - Local clients were friendly than staff.
Felt like when asking a question it was an inconvenience.
The place is tired and needs maintenance paint, tiles, swimming pool made the pool look dirty. Pool area restrictions not abided by for 9pm and created noise all through the night
- Kalafi (10/5): - Excellent service. Exactly what I wanted - god dining, quiet, close to town.
- Juliet Mavis (6/5): Convenience - Convenience
- Tafale (8/5): - Stayed 1 night in a standard room then upgraded to poolside room which was very good. However the standard rooms could be more cleaner...there were cobwebs on the wall and the floor is old
Otherwise our whole stay was enjoyable with support from the friendly staff.
- Lopeti (2/5): - Airport shuttle gave the impression of things to come. Dirty ripped seats and aircon not working properly. Couldn’t feel the cool air till the trip almost finished. Great location but not a single housekeeping was done as advertised. Some staff need training to greet customers with smiles. Only stayed here due to word of mouth but I should have trusted the poor ratings and previous reviews. Lesson learned.
- Perry (4/5): - I did not like that i had bed bugs in my bed & that i had to change rooms at 1am. I did not like he fact that i went to the front desk multiple days & was unable to take with a hotel manager. I still believe i should be compensated and would like to speak to someone in charge.
- Siaosi (6/5): - Staying here was okay...the swimming pool needs an upgrade and maybe a facelift and a good clean as small tiles around the pool chip away and remain at the bottom of the pool. We had asked them to clean our room again as there was bit of mould on the wall in our room. Would be helpful to have comms from the rooms to reception via telephones or advise guests of the direct line to reception and also little info like the wifi password changing every week. Also would be helpful to have some lace curtains as well because once the curtains in the room were open for some light there was no privacy. Breakfast was alright as continental 🙌 could be improved by using fresh ingredients daily..we didn't have dinner here. Location handy to town. Very spacious rooms
- GRACE (6/5): - In need of renovations. The pool has many missing tiles and can be dangerous for kids. Our room was not serviced the whole week we stayed there. We had to ask for toilet paper and towels at the front desk when needed. The staff are very nice at the front desk and restaurant but housekeeping was a let down.
- Ebonee (6/5): - Millenia pool was in terrible condition apart from that everything was amazing.
- T (2/5): - This property is what you call these days “CATFISH” ! The photos didn’t look like what we got. The rooms for so out dated, so dark in the rooms and the aircon wasn’t even strong. And some of the staff don’t know how to smile. Never again.
- Lilly (2/5): - Definitely not the pictures we saw on Expedia. We were put in old rooms which made me really sick due to the poor conditions of the room. I do not recommend this hotel. Also the workers at reception were not accommodating at all and had poor customer service.
- Helen (6/5): - Big room but it will be nice if there a mircowave,
- Gardenia (4/5): - We stayed at Millennia last year and found it comfortable and clean which was why we decided to stay there this year again. Unfortunately this time around was not as enjoyable due to not having the regularity of housekeeping we had in our last stay there (back in Nov 2023) - we stayed for 7 days and would have appreciated at the least 2 cleans in that week. In rainy season it is definitely needed and would have made the world of difference as the room daily felt wet and damp - it was hard to get towels replaced as there were never any available so we got different sorts of towels and the staff were unrecognisable as everyone was in regular attire. I wasnt expecting a 5 star experience however - a little bit of care for the rooms goes a long way.
- Ezra (8/5): - Try to get rid of the ants. Ants keep coming in the room whenever we leave food on fhe table
- Sherylee (2/5): - The rooms were not clean ro the point that my room had a used dirty sanitary pad left under the sink area. The bathroom was filthy no toiletries at all, no towels in the room. It was the worst experience I had in Samoa, just lucky it was 1 night only. Would never recommend this hotel
Or stay at it again.
- Mike (8/5): - Offered airport transfer nice and early. Took our bags upstairs for us. Basic breakfast provided
- Chantelle (10/5): Awesome - Stuff are very helpful and friendly.Room 44 it’s now my favourite room in this hotel. Specious, comfortable beds with a view. Breakfast every morning was a selection of fruits, homemade muffins, and more. Short walk to the main shopping area and market. Will recommend this hotel to anyone. Awesome value for money. 🙏
- Ponesi (10/5): - Good service
- Talavou and Marini (10/5): - Pretty good and no complaints.
- Juliet Mavis (6/5): Aesthetic - Proximity to town area. Bed is very comfortable. No back aches. Nice walks to catch sunrise and see sunset.
- Kathie (8/5): - The staff were very friendly and accommodating; the breakfast was good - everything from toast and eggs to cerral and fruit. The room was clean and comfortable.
Perhaps the pool could use a little upgrading (broken tiles, cleaning around the tiles), but the pool water was clean for swimming.
- Tagaloa (8/5): - Love our stay at Millenia. Unfortunately there was no WiFi as it indicated it would, but everything else was wonderful and Staff was incredibly kind and helpful.
Fa’afetai 💕
- Fale (6/5): - I like the restaurant service,what i don’t like i didn’t get the sea view room that i book online
- Katerina (8/5): - I LOVE THEIR HOSPITALITY AND ALSO THEY ARE VERY HEIPFUL WITH ANYTHING WE WANT TO KNOW.
- Atina (8/5): - Great experience
- Caroline (6/5): - Need regular room service housekeeping did not change sheets or clean rooms 27,35 and 55 for the 14 days we were there at all. No phones in rooms so had to walk to reception every time and ask for clean towels and toilet paper. Wifi broke down last for days of our stay which is an inconvenience as we work remote relying on internet connection. Rooms were in bad condition needed paint on ceilings and walks with were peeling off, light switches didn’t work, mold and cracked tiles in pool. Leaking water from bathroom ceiling fan dripped down while using the toilet
- SAIAIGA (8/5): - Convient
- sue (2/5): - This hotel is terrible. It is an embarrassment.
If you have made a booking change your mind now while you can get your money back.
Toilet continually blocked - in the end we kept the plunger so we could keep clearing it ourselves! Otherwise it stayed blocked for 1 days each time. Shower had no pressure - resorted to collecting water in a plastic container to pour it over ourselves.
Swimming pool is not maintained, broken tiles, dirty.
Details on the profile are not true
Wheelchair-width doorways these rooms are upstairs with no disabled access. Saw an older lady being carried up the stairs by her family because she couldn't climb them!
Bathroom
Free toiletries= bar of soap
Toilet paper if you asked for it
Private bathroom
Shower- see above no water pressure
Towels - only changed if you physically took them to reception and waited for a new one
Bedroom
Air conditioning
Bed sheets we stayed 11 days. The room was cleaned twice when we insisted.
Entertainment

Digital channels
Premium TV channels - NO
Food and drink
Coffee/tea maker - NO
Electric kettle
Free tea bags/instant coffee
Mini fridge - which they left off so it smelt
Room service (limited) non existent
Internet
Free WiFi - only works in public areas and not very stable
Daily housekeeping NOT TRUE see above. We emptied the bins ourselves.
Desk
Desk chair
View – of the carpark
runs as a night club overnight and during the weekend days as well. very noisy.
- Annette (4/5): Loud and tired. Not really a place for sleeping. - Very old and tired (like a roadside motel) but that was expected and part of the price. My room was at the front and was directly over the bar. I could hear every word spoken, chair dragged, song played as if they were in the room with me. The bar closed at 10 which was fine but there was a group of people who kept making noise until about 2.30am. I went down to reception at 1.30 and they tried but it took a long time for the noise to reduce (not stop). This was for one night when my flights got changed, it was ok for that despite not sleeping but I wouldn’t stay any longer.
- Katinia (6/5): - Eggs to be included on breakfast
- Ana (4/5): - A deluxe room should have toiletries, eg, soap, shampoo, conditioner, there were none
The room got quickly clean that the mirrors are oily, and bathroom floor wet,no face cloths and they only clear the rubish upon request.
Disapointed
- Joseph (8/5): - Its a tidy standard accommodation. The rooms are good size and roomy.
Has a large pool but some tiles are missing around and in the pool. However its still good for a swim and is popular with guests.
Ive stayed here 3 to 4 times and for the cost you pay its reasonable. Staff are friendly. Good budget accommodation with a good enough continental breakfast.
- Duffy (8/5): - Good place to stay that has a pool. Even for the kids. Nothing really that shines out about this place but good place to stay if on a budget. Pool needs a clean!
- Matthew (6/5): - No hot water, bathroom mouldy and had a bad smell, liads of broken tiles in the pool which our daughter injured herself on, noisy
- Matoka (6/5): - The stuff were very polite and friendly and always willing to help
- Paula (4/5): - Although our room was spacious it was very old and needs a good spruce up. Only one towel for the 3 of us, but staff attended to that quickly. We arrived on a Friday and the bar was full and noisy. We had to park on the street after we came back from dinner out. Can’t comment on the food as we didn’t want to eat there after reading the reviews. The pool needed cleaning, so didn’t use that either. I wouldn’t go back.
- Aukusitina (4/5): - I liked the location and the swimming pool but i didn't like the state of the rooms alot of cockroaches and ants
- Esther (4/5): - Pretty tired property, rooms and pool dated. Only stayed a night for transit purposes. Main road is really noisy with the cars on a Saturday night which vibrates through the hotel (not that they can probably do much with it). Food was a bit average also, didn’t eat our pan fried fish as it was battered & deep fried. Ate rest of meals up the road at Lava hotel. Nice coconuts…. Pool filter wasn’t doing a great job at keeping pool clean and lots of algae where tiles were gone.
- Grace (4/5): - We were here for 5 days and housekeeping did not come at all. I had to go to the desk and ask for toilet paper and towels. The pool needs to be fixed as the missing tiles, exposed parts can be a hazard.
- Berelyn (8/5): - My stay with Millenia was great! Great location in town and infront view of the sea. Staff members were friendly and always greeted us with a smile. The complimentary breakfast could be improved but overall we quite enjoyed our stay.
- Katia (6/5): Our one night stay - This hotel has a lot of potential but sadly it is very run down. One of the few places we stayed at that had wifi included which was very handy.
The room was exactly what we needed, the air conditioning worked but the bathroom could've been cleaner.
The pool is a great feature and why we chose to stay, however, there are many broken tiles which are a hazard.
We were not impressed with the breakfast provided. They definitely need to improve the quality of food and drinks provided.
- Iota (4/5): - Poor TV connection n NO Wifi connection in the room. Only 1 power point working in the room.
Plus so noisy from the bar downstairs.
- Joeanne (2/5): - Hotel Millenia Samoa, is the worse hotel I stayed at in Samoa. I booked for the standard room and how’s about it looks nothing like what they advertised on Expedia. The room smelt old and everything inside it was all old. My brother and his family booked the deluxe room which was okay and clean but they ended up having bed bugs in there beds after 1 night checking in and they sent a guy to check and he was spraying the bed when they were in the room when he shouldn’t have, they need to move everything out before he can spray and they start cleaning the room.
Their breakfast was also yuck, they didn’t even refill coco rice when it was finished. My brother and sister in law said the only thing that was good was the coffee that’s it. We never ate the free breakfast.
So disappointed in this hotel :(
- Daniel (6/5): - Pretty good cheap accommodation
- karen (6/5): - It was a bit run down and housekeeping had to be asked for ckean towels which never arrived
- Lio (6/5): - Staff were awesome and property clean
- George orge (2/5): - Very dirty property with unfriendly staff.
Really can't explain how terribly hotel.
Nobody looked after cleaning, have to ask each day, have to going to reception, no telephone in the rooms.
Ask for cleaning you have promis but haven't service. Stay for eleven nights and our room was clean only once!
Slept with some linen for 9 nights.
Every day have to ask for bath towels, and we got them, and we had to ask to collect, another ways they didn't.
The shower was broken.
The food wasn't fresh enough, ordered hamburger, the meat wasn't fresh was stale
and smell. Only use bassa fish. Very often chips wasn't fresh fried.
Sem from restoran was nice and friendly person.
Wi-fi wasn't in hotel.
Highly not recommending this property to anyone
- Faamanatuina (4/5): - Compared to a trip 6yrs ago, standards have noticeably dropped. Towels were frayed, no kettle, no teaspoons, no saucer, no coffee, no complimentary water, no milk, no TV remote, no complimentary toiletries. Interior appearance tired. Breakfast now only cold. Staff always polite and try to accommodate.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Hotel room was functional but fairly grim. There were ants everywhere in the room and was right above the bar which pumped out music until late at night. Service was poor as staff were unable to help/ answer any of my questions, and breakfast food selection was terrible (cost extra to have coffee). Also the pool was dirty (murky water so couldn’t see the bottom of it).
- Sharleen (4/5): - I know everyone says you get what you paid for but this hotel wasnt all that cheap to start with my isseues were regarding the basics or the bare minimum the room wasnt ready upon arrival bedding was stained no towles no coffee tea sugar no plates cups cutlery no toilet paper bathroom was just dirty like the floors hadnt been broomed or washed twice I had to ask for house cleaning and they only came once and did a half ass job really dissappointing the continental breakfast also disappointing under cooked toast and fruit (sweet banana and coco rice )once it ran it there was no topping up so first in first served
The pool got dirty quickly and staff were slow to rectify which ment no swiming for a couple of hours none of the rooms had microwaves phs or sinks to wash dishes and the fact we had to take our wet towles to reception everytime to exchange for new towles was unacceptable
- Tom (6/5): - Spent the weekend at Millenia with my wife and sister. Booked two rooms. For the price we paid, it was standard.
Rooms - Rooms aren’t anything special but that’s expected for the price you pay. Bathrooms definitely need an upgrade. The fridge in our room did not work at all. The aircon was strong which helped make our stay comfortable.
Food - Ordered French toast for breakfast, came out cold and soggy so provided feedback to the reception. I ordered chicken wings for lunch and that was amazing. Drinks are priced the same as other bars. They have great music on Friday and Saturday nights.
Staff - Bar staff were great.
Overall - Always room for improvement but if you’re looking for something standard and affordable you’ll get that here.
- joshua (6/5): - Close to the city, staff are very friendly, the pool was nice
- Michael (6/5): - No in room wifi
- Eseta (8/5): - We did have a silent night until the cleaners make noises but we told them it’s too noises outside while we try to take a nap but they answered back with nonsense behavior but my husband told her that he will inform the manager but she said go ahead. Poor service and unpleasant people need to hired people who know how to create people and welcome them with warmth welcome. But I hope this place will be better next time.
- Timothy (6/5): - If you get a room on the second floor, its bright and large- its a noisy place that caters to sports groups and locals, which is good, but not if you are a light sleeper. I liked it but its super basic- dont expect any service- not even a room service, and go and eat a few mins away at another place. If you just need a decent basic room and are not high-maintenance, this works.
- Mubarak (4/5): - Room given to me had no place to hang clothes.it had no proper table or chairs to sit and do any wor.
During rain the walls leaked and lot of water came in. My pillows got wet.
Lots of ants moving around in the room.
Ceiling paint is coming off and small black centipede crawling on ceiling.
No shampoo in for shower.
Very unhappy. I do not recommend this place for stay.
- Henalin (2/5): - we arrived on our first day, my mom and I were so tired from our morning rush. So straight to shower and as we were both getting dressed to go our for lunch a staff member just opened our door with their master keys and she literally saw that I was half naked but she was still trying to say something like really? I booked our stay online and I requested for the ocean view room, but instead we were put on the ground floor it was a thee most terrible experience ever. I booked this hotel because a friend referred me there but it was a mistake. And I will never recommend your hotel to anyone. I was disappointed and disgusted with everything.
- Philip (4/5): - I arrived very late (1:30am), and they gave me a room that was basically right next to the lobby. The room was comfortable and clean. However, I was awakened in the middle of the night by a horrendous downpour, which was not their fault, but a good amount of water leaked into the room. Fortunately, none of my stuff was affected. Then I was awakened again around 6:00am by employees moving furniture around in the lobby. Then at 6:30 one of the female employees started playing loud music while she was working, and then she started loudly singing along with it! It was 6:30am on a Saturday! Hello, people are trying to sleep! There was no wifi, which was annoying. The free breakfast was good, but limited selection - toast, muffins, papaya, cereal, coffee. I would not stay there again.
- J Scott (4/5): Defintely needs to get Wi-Fi as advertised - This place could be great, as the location is super and the grounds have wonderful landscaping, but it has NO Wi-Fi as advertised. There were no clothes hangers, no water glasses (only a small plastic coffee cup), no black instant coffee, and I even had to ask for soap. The staff are nice. The restaurant is very slow with only mediocre food.
- Sarah (4/5): - Restaurant/bar staff were amazing and were the highlight of our stay. The rooms are very old and worn which make it feel really dirty and in desperate need of attention. You can hear others in the rooms next to you so dont expect a good night's rest. Aircon was great though but I wouldn't stay here again.
- Jacque (10/5): - Clean room
- Trisha (4/5): - No Wi-Fi, breakfast was so bad.
I’m giving it 2 star because they allow us early check in.
- Auzzy (6/5): - Hotel just needs renovation but other than that, a decent place for a cheap price.
- Cecilia (8/5): - The hotel was quick to answer our questions about airport transfers and the pick up was there waiting for us at 1am! Our room and bathroom were very large and comfortable.
They do not have wifi, not even voucher codes. They can sell you a local SIM.
- Jaan (2/5): - The hotel double-booked the "deluxe room with private balcony" and already gave it to someone else by the time I checked in so they took me to and old, dirty room with shared facilities and no hot water in the backpacker section, literally on top of the bar that blasted loud music. I said that they cannot do it because I booked my proper room well in advance, have written conformation that the room is ready, and most importantly because I needed get some sleep before leaving at 2am to get the 5am flight. The owner, who was drunk in the bar under the room they gave me literally said that I have to take what they have or I can go and sleep somewhere else. The music together with drunk people screaming like animals did not stop until 1.30am. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place.
- Robert (6/5): - The hotel is in a great location, easy walk to downtown or head over to the cab stand across the road. We found for a hotel in Samoa it was fine. If you want 5 star services pay the 5 star rate. The room wasn't perfect but found the staff helpful and always looking to please us with whatever could be done. The breakfast was great with fresh fruit, cereal and toast. I did have dinner once in the dining room it was ok. You need to remember you are on island time and nothing happens quickly, most nights at other restaurants it took a long time for anybody to acknowledge we were even there. You need to understand this is a samoan 3 star hotel. We spent 11 nights there and it was great. If you are looking for a hotel that is inexpensive, great location, clean and safe its awesome.
- Niklas (6/5): - Misleading advertising on WiFi, mildew in room. Staff was very friendly
- Faatasiga (6/5): - Property is worn down, our room was given away, did not get what we paid for. We ended up in a single room queen bed, air condition was not cold enough, water keeps on dripping from the top when turn up, water start pouring down.
We didn’t get our room what we paid for
- Allen (4/5): - We booked a deluxe room and ended up in a very ordinary room upstairs above the reception area. There was no hot water for a shower each morning, although it was warm later in the day. The bed linen, while it had been washed, was stained and one of the sheets had a tear, and the undersheet had a number of stains as well. The kitchen had no tea towel or dish cloth, nor did it have any dish washing liquid. The hotel's website offers wifi, at a charge, but there was no wifi available. We had to get a sim card for the phone and pay the comms company for phone data.
The upsides were that the hotel was close to town and it had quite nice grounds including a pool. The reception and housekeeping staff were very friendly.
If ours was a deluxe room, I would hate to see what a standard room was like.
- Terrill Alan (2/5): - This property was not what it appeared on pictures. There was no housekeeping in the week we stayed there. Had to ask for clean towels & bed linen. Rubbish was not emptied or any cleaning done. No toiletries, except a cake of soap, not face flannel, dishcloth or tea towels. Hence was chasing little critters with spray a lot of the time. Tried to put us in a little basic room when we had paid for a Deluxe with balcony, but soon got that sorted. Overall not very enjoyable at all, but Samoa is lovely!!
- Kelly (8/5): - Great location for ease of getting to Apia central district yet no road noise. The Property is dated and past it's hey day (which was likely the incoming new millenia), but this is likely why it is so reasonable. Bar has loud music, but we could not hear it from the room and the bar and restaurant 150me road at the Amikagood bar & restaurant which is reasonably priced. The Amika Hotel looks a flasher version, so more expensive to stay at but would likely be a good option depending on your budget.
- SHILEEN (2/5): - Room dirty you can see spider web around the room, they don’t come clean your room till the second day of your stay so every two or three days they clean. Breakfast sucks pancakes oily and suafa’i watery. The sitting area couches damage if you sit on eat you can fall in the couch m. No wifi. Wasted my money on this hotel. I stay in this hotel for three days and I checked out my fourth day.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Second time staying there and staff a very helpful and friendly. Will definitely keep booking my stay here for any other future travels to Samoa
- Kemese (10/5): - Everything is perfect but the only thing i want to say, WiFI is not working need to update but everythings ok
- Sally (8/5): - Handy location, reasonable price, rooms adequate, bit noisy at times, nice pool area.
- Tia (8/5): - Location is convenient. No Service to clean room.. Broken Tiles inside pool cut my toe. Service in restaurant was great.
- Hanna (4/5): - Sour face of that Fijian at the bar, feeling like I don’t recommend this hotel, sliding door unsafe, can’t lock, I have to take my valuables stuffs with me, when I go somewhere, cockroach dead lying on bedroom, no flannels, liquid soap for washing dishes, I paid more than what I was expecting.🤑🤔😣
- Kini (8/5): - The air condition was good didnt have time to look around just woke up eat breakfast and leave the hotel came to sleep and do the same thing everyday for the rest of mystay
- Lua (10/5): - I like the location, near the ocean, within walking distance to and from downtown. breezy when it's very hot.
- Fred (10/5): - Staff are really friendly and the atmosphere around everyone makes you feel welcome .
- Toko Tautai (10/5): - I like and enjoyed the bar, the music and of course the location, very central and convenient to every where, my only comment is they need wheelchair access to the rooms and bathroom
