Apartment had everything needed, washer dryer, full sized fridge, stove, oven, leafy verandah and walking distance to the beach and the centre of town. Fan above the bed was noisy and squeaky.

- James (4/5): Somewhat dissatisfied customer. - Location was good Booking.com advertised the place as one bedroom two guests with a sofa bed option. It clearly stated that if we wanted the sofabed made up to advise the property which we duly did. Not only was it not done we were advised that an additional fee of $ 40 would be required to accommodate our request. The cleaning rules displayed on the kitchen wall require that the guests do the washing and drying of cutlery and crockery, but there was no dishwasher in the apartment and no stopper to the sink. It was clear from the stains in the crockery that previous tenants had not paid much attention to the house rules and so i had to go out and get disposable cups to drink out of. There is clearly a hygeine issue here which requires attention.

The kids loved the pool. The location was awesome, just around the corner from the beach. A great bonus was having your own undercover parking spot so you could just leave car and everything was in walking distance , including cafes and supermarket. Definitely love to come back here. There is a lot of construction going on at the moment but that is not the resorts fault and they do explain that in your booking.

- king (10/5): Nice little find - It was close to the beach. The pool was clean and great temp. I dont know if it was heated, but I loved it. Spa was great too. Room was clean and nice for the price. Bed was comfy. Daughter slept on couch bed and said it was comfortable as well Stove could use more cleaning on the burner backing plates, caught fire when I was cooking. Toilet pressure very low when flushing. Couldn't get my business to go away down the drain. Spatula was broken. I suggest a decent silicone Spatula

- Alexander (2/5): Cannot recommend this place! - Location was good, management staff were nice, I liked the doggy at the reception. The room was not of suitable standard for renting out to guests! The air-conditioning and tv could not be on at the same time as the switchboard would trip! Toilet paper was not provided, the shower leaked, acually gushed water, and could not be turned off, the bed was too small for two people, and the pillows were uncomfortable. Mo air-con inside the bedroom. The swimming pool was too deep, like 2.5 metres deep, at one end and not much shallower at the other end, with the result that it is completely unsuitable for kids, as a result of which the kids are forced to hang out in the spa, making that in turn unusable for adult relaxation. To be honest, even 1 night stay at this place was an ordeal for us! And at $360 for the night, it was an extortion! Not recommended!

- JustCoastin (7/5): Good location very close to the beach - Nice place, friendly, helpful staff. Great free wi-fi. Good-sized rooms and bathroom. Older-style apartment, a bit dark, but well-maintained. All the amenities you could need in the kitchen. Close to the beach (across the road). The cleaners are a bit slack - found an old pizza in the fridge (makes you worry about how clean everything else is). The manager was very apologetic. Aircon only in the lounge-dining room, which wasn't good as the bedroom was getting all the sun/heat.

There was no air conditioner in the bedroom. The security screen on the sliding door to the balcony was off its hinges I think and could not be closed/locked. We were expected to ensure all dishes were washed dried and put away when we left which was fine but there was no washing up liquid so we had to go and buy some. I must of missed in the booking info that there was no elevators. We had to carry our luggage up the stairs to the 3rd floor.

Our room was a little dated but was comfortable. The shower needed a good clean tile soap scum, glass the same mould in grout lines. I had to clean around the out side of the toilet as it was dusty and old urine. Pubic hair in corners of bathroom. Lots of dust under sofas bed, one light didn’t work in lounge area. Kitchen a bit dated but functional. Other than small thing I have mentioned my friend and I enjoyed our stay.

I don’t usually do reviews but honestly, I highly suggest you find somewhere else to stay. I’m still trying to get the smell of nicotine out of what we took with us. The bed The pull out so far there was dust stains shower stains honestly it was the most putrid place I’ve stayed. I didn’t end up sleeping on the sofa because when I pulled it out I swear bedbugs were jumping. I ended up putting one of the blankets on top of the lounge and slept with my Hoody over my hair so my hair wouldn’t smell. It was full of dust and dust mites and I’m highly allergic and no, I’m not being Karen. The owner is really nice but that’s all and the location is perfect but when it comes to cleanliness honestly it was horrific. I don’t know what’s going on there but the rules of you having to clean before you leave is pretty insane I feel as though they don’t even clean the rooms when I pulled the sofa bed out you could see all underneath all the dust and rubbish. There was dust everywhere there was stains everywhere. I have photos and videos of everything I really didn’t want to write this but I just don’t want anybody else to book it just for a cheaper rate or convenient. It is not at all somewhere you would want to stay. Unless I was given the worst room which was a one bedroom apartment. I will never go back ever. It was like someone had just smoked a carton of cigarettes with everything shot and everything is so old and the old carpet. I couldn’t breathe and I woke up with the smell in my nose and I’m not joking when I say this it took at least two days for me to recover from The amount of dust and filth. I’m sorry Ren but you need to fix the apartments up and you need to lower your price and you need to take resort out of your title. It’s a motel if that. Very disappointed massive waste of money. I could’ve spent another $50 and had a beautiful chain apartment. I’m absolutely shattered that that cost me that much.

Our unit ran out of hot water on both days we stayed. On check in day, there was no hot water when we tried to shower. On check out day, the hot water ran out after the first 5 minutes in the shower and didn’t reheat until we were checking out. We were then informed that each units hot water cylinder can cater for 2 people to shower.

- Thomas (3/5): Can not recommend staying here - The room had aircon and was easy to check in after hours. Didn’t use the pool but looked like it would be great for the kids Room was not cleaned and full of useless clutter. Stained sheets that need to be thrown out. You must remove all rubbish from the unit before leave otherwise you will be charged extra. Yea even the bin underneath the kitchen sink! For the price we paid we will be avoiding this one next time.

I’d have to re assess if the roadworks were still going as it was a li - Loved the spacious apartment, close proximity to beach, shops & the pool Unfortunately the noise was a factor. We had a wedding Saturday night & got back in late Sunday morning. I was a little shocked to hear the workers out there at 7am Sunday! Our room was just outside the roadworks.

Getting from parking to the apartment is a maze. Quite weird having the mix of permanent residents with holiday makers/

- Robert (7/5): Great location, spacious & comfortable bed. - Proximity to beach & eateries. Good sized unit and well appointed. Very comfortable bed. The stairs ,no lift from garage . No signage from the carpark directing you where to go to access the units. The after hours key access system was difficult it took a while to open the padlock, a pin pad key lock box would be better. There was 3 lights not working in unit 53 which was reported to hosts. They quickly organized the temporary on-site manager to attend, who were lovely, but they were unable to fix the issue probably an electrician needed. The bathroom door had large holes on the inside of it which appeared to be from banging it against the towel rail & door jam perhaps. It was great to have a washing machine and an air dryer rack for clothes but no pegs supplied to hang them on the rack.
- Eli-Jon (10/5): - I needed an early check in as I had a wedding to get to . The staff there were too kind they had a key waiting for me early so I could get ready and make it on time . Very lovely . Excellent location
