- Pamela (4/5): For an overnight stay with a late check in, early checkout, it was fair - For the price the room was adequate, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a lot of noise from the refrigerator in the room. We were going to Waikato Hospital so the location was good and since we were just sleeping there, it was fair. However, I would not stay there again The entire hotel was like a rabbit warren and in desperate need of updates from the carpet to the colour and paint on the walls to the chairs at the reception area.

- Christopher (6/5): Different and would recommend choosing elsewhere on a Friday or Saturday night. - Room was just OK. Location was great with respect to other eating establishments, Museum, major shopping and Hamilton's well deserved Gardens. However it is on the main street. 1. Main street location and on a Friday and Saturday night, till very early next morning there seems to be a competition among the young male drivers (who appear to be either or both intellectually deprived or personal appendage deficient) to see who can make the most noise with their engines, tyres, exhausts or incredibly loud "music" amplifiers. This noise commenced as it got dark and continued until 2 to 3 am. There appeared to be no control by anyone, police, Town authorities, local business owners, over it. 2. The second morning of our stay when we went to breakfast we were presented with a very strange choice of hot food. Honey Glazed Ham, Cajun Fried Chicken, Creole Scalloped Fish and Lemon Sauce, Beef Bourguignon, Roast Chicken with Creamy Cranberry Sauce, Mixed vegetables, Pulled Pork Mac and Cheese and Scrambled eggs. Gone were the usual bacon, tomatoes, hash browns, mushrooms, baked beans, small sausages. Other patrons noticed the odd offering and when asked of the staff what was this about seemed unfazed and mentioned it was a special Mothers day offering! Other staff also commented that it was odd but no explanation or apologies were provided. Needless to say our breakfast was not much more than cereal and milk that morning.

Especially when you go to wipe your ass, and a big fella like me well needs the extra room. LoL 😅 The beds are very comfortable, the aircon is nice and cold, room service is awesome 👍 free tea and coffee ☕ with free milk in the fridge. Also comes with a safe to keep all your jewellery gold silver and stacks of cash, safe. Also comes with an iron hairdryer, and extra pillows.

The bathroom was tiny, the shower door hit the handbasin and the tiles were incredibly slippery when wet. It wasn't overly expensive so I guess you get what you pay for and we were not there long each day. As above

- Marshall (2/5): I stayed in an old dirty hotel. I won’t be back. - The beds were ok, standard. It was dirty. Dirty car park with trash around. Long walks through old dirty corridors to get to an old elevator that feels awful. The staff don’t seem to care and it shows with the overall dirty walls, floors and everything. It’s an old hotel and it doesn’t look like it’s going to improve anytime soon

Car park was functional, but a bit tricky for positioning your car with the other cars, depending on how others parked. We had to manouver somewhat to back out on departure. Limited carparking - unable to book a guaranteed spot as full so had to take chance with first come/first served basis and managed to get an off street park but were then unable to move it . No view at all from windows - blank wall. Old building, old lifts and a maze of corridors.

Location a bonus for the night life. Nice and clean No view, unless the light is on very dark apartment. The dining table caught me off guard as it tilted up while i was eating.

- Chris98764711 (5/5): Deutlich in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel - Das Zimmer war sauber und hatte eine funktionierende Klimaanlage. Außerdem gab es einen Parkplatz. Deutlich in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Der gute Eindruck von außen wird innen leider nicht fortgesetzt. Alles recht lieblos, die Zimmer sind sauber, aber bestenfalls unspektakulär. Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen.
