There was a weird odour permeating from the bathroom, smelled of spice and a mix of garbage. There was a beeping sound in the hall all night as well.
- Danielle (8/5): great value for hotel! great location, nice staff, safe neighborhood - Good value for the hotel and near the train so very easy to get into manhattan. the N/W subway line near the hotel runs down the center of manhattan so easy to get everywhere. coffee in lobby and very nice staff! arrived after 11pm and checked in easily. after checking out, kept bags at hotel during day before going to airport. Second time staying at this hotel! Would book again. There is a school nearby and during weekdays it is tough to sleep in.

Decent sized room, good sized bathroom, comfortable bed and served by 3 subway stations which are reachable in 10 mins walking, and Manhattan is just 10 mins subway ride. - Marios (9/5): A very comfortable and well-located stay with thoughtful amenities, slightly let down by minor maintenance details. - Excellent location, very close to two different train stations (just a 4–9 minute walk), providing easy access to all of Manhattan, including Times Square just three stops away. The bed was very comfortable, and the room size was sufficient for a pleasant stay. Housekeeping was consistent, with daily bed making and fresh towels every 2–3 days. The availability of complimentary cold water, tea, and black coffee 24/7 was a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch. The only downside during my stay was the condition of the curtains. They felt worn, poorly maintained, and out of place compared to the otherwise high standard of the hotel. Their appearance and condition noticeably detracted from the overall sense of quality and comfort. Addressing this issue would significantly enhance the guest experience and bring everything in line with the rest of the hotel’s excellent standards.

Hay café, té... a disposición todo el día y un frigorífico donde la gente guarda sus cosas. Una mañana que no había leche (un básico) les pedimos a los trabajadores a ver si podían traer... hasta DOS DÍAS DESPUÉS no trajeron. Y por lo que hablamos con otro huéspedes si que les pasó lo mismo con otras cosas.

Chambres propres avec tout le confort, avec balcon vue sur le pont de Queensboro et la Sky Line de Midtown. Pas de petit déjeuner mais espace partagé au rez de chaussé avec café, thé, micro-ondes, avec également une terrasse extérieure. De nombreux petits magasins d’alimentation ou restaurants à proximité. Personnel très aimable, sur place 24h/24h. Très recommandé

Hotel senza grandi pretese comodo con la metro per manhattan, il parcheggio c'è se hai fortuna in strada oppure a pagamento presso un garage vicino. Come sempre i prezzi a new york sono esagerati non adeguati alla qualità delle strutture e dei servizi. La poca chiarezza in merito a parcheggio e colazione. Sembra sia compresa ma c'è solo una piccola cucina dove puoi farti il caffe e scaldarti le tue cose con un microonde. La colazione è inesistente. Poi parlano di un credito da 18 dollari al giorno che puoi utilizzare per colazione???? O parcheggio ( noi abbiamo parcheggiato in strada in zona gratuita e quindi non so se si poteva usufruirne o meno)
- Alberto (7/5): Gran vista a NY y muy bien ubicado - El hotel está muy bien ubicado, cerca de varias estaciones de metro. el personal es muy amable y en general tiene buen mantenimiento de los espacios le falta renovarse en algunas cosas como por ejemplo baños, alfombras y cortinas. Estas ultimas estaban en muy mal estado el baño tenía muy mal olor

When we mentioned it, they refilled them on the last day. *The area where the hotel was first entered had a bad smell, like chicken feed.but our room .Thankfully, this smell wasn't present in the bedroom. This smell is not pleasant at all. The lobby area needs to be ventilated. *The furniture wasn't modern at all, and there should have been something like a chair to sit on, but there was only a small ottoman. *The shower was terrible; there was no handheld shower head, and when we turned on the tap, the water filled up very quickly due to the high pressure, and the feeling of washing your feet in the water was unpleasant.

Tienen un pequeño hall para sentarte y una pequeña terraza muy agradables. La habitación es muy pequeña para 4 personas, no hay sitio para las maletas, las camas son pequeñas para dos personas. Hay un olor a basura muy desagradable en toda la planta baja.

- Jana (10/5): - The hotel is in great location, close to the metro and in less than an hour to the JFK airport. Apart from the location, the front desk managers were friendly, caring and very professional. We checked in late in the evening, was offered coffee, tea, fresh water (there is a clean common area with free beverages, fridge, microwave and a lot of mainly outside space to sit in. We also could leave our luggages in a safe place for a whole day without any issue. I greatly recommend this place.

Conveniently situated near a bodega, restaurants and public transportation. Excellent value for accommodation. There is also a Catholic Church St. Patrick next to it, a plus on a Sunday. None. It was all good. But the television is quite dated and some plugs do not work. I’m not sure if it was standard for this hotel but I didn’t have any face towel and hand towel throughout my stay. I asked for it but they never delivered. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and will recommend to others.

Eles oferecem uma tarifa mais cara onde, supostamente, está incluído 18 dólares por dia e por pessoa para “gastar em certos serviços na acomodação”. Escolhemos esse hotel exatamente por causa desse crédito. Se não, teríamos escolhido outro hotel que tinha uma localização e avaliação melhor. 2 dias antes do início da hospedagem enviei uma mensagem para verificar quais eram esses “serviços”. A resposta: “ this credit can be used for anything in the hotel, including our concessions snack at the front desk, Breakfast (request menu), parking or early check-in (Depending on availability).” Segundo a descrição que o hotel faz de si mesmo no Booking: "O café da manhã estilo continental é servido diariamente e consiste em café ou chá quente, com frutas frescas e itens de confeitaria”. Quando chegamos lá, na hora de fazer o check in, o atendente não sabia da existência desse crédito, que deveríamos checar com o atendente do dia seguinte. Este, então, nos disse que não tinham mais serviço de café da manhã e que somente poderíamos usar o estacionamento do hotel com os créditos. Não estávamos de carro (e me parece incomum turista em nova york de carro, mas enfim). Entrei em contato com o hotel pelo Booking, solicitando o café da manhã ou o reembolso dos 252 dólares ou o reembolso total da reserva para sairmos e reservarmos outro hotel. Nos negaram tudo. A justificativa foi que foi um “funcionário em treinamento” que me deu a informação incorreta na mensagem 2 dias antes da hospedagem. Mas durante toda a nossa hospedagem e ainda agora, 1 mês após o nosso check out eles ainda divulgam o “café da manhã estilo continental” e os “18 dólares por dia e por pessoa para gastar em certos serviços na acomodação”. Enfim, propaganda enganosa, que nos fez ter um rombo de 252 dólares no orçamento da nossa viagem. Fujam.

À 5 minutes de commerces pour la nourriture. La chambre était propre, calme, simple. Les équipements (salle de bain, tv, chauffage) fonctionnaient bien. Just outside Manhattan and thus much cheaper, but super close to multiple subway lines with quick commute to all the places you’d like to go. Great value for money, clean and friendly staff. Some rooms have great skyline views! Furniture is slightly outdated.

Balkontür undicht. Armaturen der Duschbadewanne müssen dringend erneuert werden, da unpraktisch und unnötiger Wasserverbrauch. Kein Lichtschalter am Bett.

Ogni giorno passano a cambiare gli asciugamani, riordinare i letti e pulire il bagno. Nella struttura c’è una zona comune , dove a qualsiasi ora si può trovare acqua, tè, caffè , latte e un microonde . Stanze un po’ piccoline e prive di armadio.

Easy access to central Manhattan by metro..Nice views of the Manhattan skyline. All was good. Price of staying in New York is never cheap.

- andreixu (10/5): - Rafael nos recibió con mucha amabilidad y nos explicó todo lo que podíamos hacer. Si el inglés no es tu primer idioma, es perfecto, porque hablan español. La cocina te permite ahorrar varios dólares si quieres cenar. Es verdad que no tienes cubiertos (cuchillo, tenedores), pero hay microondas y puedes rellenar tu botella de agua gratis. Por el precio está genial. Hay 3 paradas de metro cerca y la zona es muy conveniente. Repetiremos!!! Diría que el hecho de no tener cubiertos o una taza para calentar cosas en el microondas.

- Christin (10/5): Hat mir auch beim zweiten Mal sehr gut gefallen. - Ich war zum zweiten Mal mit einer Gruppe in diesem Hotel und finde es immer noch sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind angemessen groß, der Preis ist meistens vernünftig und alles ist sehr sauber. Im hinteren Bereich gibt es kostenlos Kaffee, Tee/heißes Wasser. Die Gegend ist sicher, es gibt an der einen Ecke einen schöne Bar und an der anderen Ecke ein Deli, in dem man Getränke und leckere Sandwiches bekommt. Auch einige Restaurants gibt es in der Nähe. Außerdem sind in Laufnähe mehrere U-Bahn-Linien zu finden, die einen schnell nach Manhattan bringen. Es wäre schön, wenn die vordere Lobby im Winter geheizt werden würde. Der hintere Bereich, in dem es Kaffee, Tee, etc. gibt, ist recht eng und es können sich immer nur wenige Personen gleichzeitig dort aufhalten. Für uns als Gruppe war das also nicht ganz perfekt. Aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau...

- Patricia (8/5): Repetiríamos experiencia y recomendaríamos - La cercanía a los metros, la limpieza, el café que podías coger para tomarte. En general muy bien calidad precio. Se nos olvidó el Adaptador de enchufe y nos dejaron uno. Todo el personal majisimo. Lo recomendamos 100% Que la ducha no tenía manguera y ducharse solo el cuerpo era complicado. Aunque había calefacción en la habitación están detrás de la cortina y cortaba que entrase el calor, solo sábana y una fina colcha y tuve que pedir mantas (pero me las pusieron sin problema) y que el jabón estaba terminado y pasaron 3 días sin reponerlo aun dejando una nota en la cama avisando de ello, luego comentándolo por la mañana en recepción, etc (porque se ve que no se comprobaba) hasta que tuvimos que bajar a pedirlo aun tras todo esto. Quitando esas tonterías todo genial.
