• Theresa (8/5): Overall a good place to stay - This hotel is conveniently located close to WinStar Casino and Lucas Oil Live. I made the reservation for 2 rooms and when we arrived they had canceled my 2nd room due to a payment glitch. Both rooms were on the same reservation to be paid for at the same time with the same card, so the issue had to be with their system. We did end up with 2 rooms so it worked out ok. Nice,clean rooms and comfortable beds.

• Larry (4/5): Very, very disappointing, the front desk lat me when I asked about the hot breakfast, - This is an older facility with new paint , spacious room, the only thing the place has islocation , it’s only 1 mile from winstar but $300 for one night is such a rip off, there were other hotels but Priceline did not show them when we did the search. Paid $300 for one night, don’t be fooled by pictures, checking in credit card machine was down, people were told pay cash or go to the ATM and get cash. Its an older hotels with fresh paint, we woke up to have a hot breakfast as advertised and paid for. We found a push button coffee machine with syrup for coffee, a HOT waffle machine, cold canned fruit and cereal. What a rip off, I wish Priceline would have advertised surrounding hotels, they should be ashamed, they are part of this con job.

• Jana (5/5): A place to rest your head after a night at the casino/concert - Destination to the casino in concert venue The continental breakfast was nothing to be desired for. The showerhead in our shower was calcified and not working well. The beds were not that comfortable. The entryway could’ve been swept. The same debris was there when upon leaving the sheets on one of the beds were stained with something.

The carpet at the transition was pulling and fraying, 1 of the sprinkler heads in our room was spray foamed in(it was missing all the metal trim/finishes) and the ice machine had a small leak leaving the floor around it wet.

I pressed coffee and got hot chocolate. The marketplace items were over priced at $2.00 for a $.50 bag of chips. Bread (bagels) were old and crumbled when sliced. There was no fresh fruit. Microwaveable meat sandwiches. Not being able to have coffee with my breakfast. The toilet did not flush without holding down the handle.

Last time we were promised a partial refund due to the tv not working and VERY LIMITED breakfast options. Never got it. This time they did not have our reservation that we had confirmation for - and were not helpful in resolving. We won’t go back.

• Rick (5/5): Old and needs a complete facelift. You get what you pay for. - Wonderful staff and manager. The building seems old and needs updating. The mattress was as hard as a rock. The shower head was barely able to spray water it was so clogged with lime. The bathroom was clean but needed updating. Little has been done over the years except to keep water flowing. The toilet was low and outdated given the newer hotels.

Creamer was outdated by a month ( I brought to the attendants attention). The coffee machine was not good and the coffee was cold. The selection appeared to be whatever was left, like they weren't concerned with having a full house due to the event happening. Basically there was no need to rush down to breakfast.

• John (7/5): I'd stay here again - Winstar rooms rob you blind when there is a concert. This is a great alternative with a reasonable price. Rooms are spacious and the lobby smells like a high end hotel. Overall great stay! It was Lainey Wilson weekend and the credit card machines were down, understandably the staff was stressed. Continental breakfast was subpar.

I called in 24hrs before my RSVP to confirm it. A guy that answered the phone sounded VERY disinterested told me that their credit card machine was down, the pool was out and they had power issues. They NEVER called to tell me this. It took over an hour to reach someone from Booking.com. Their AI menu tree will try to keep you from talking to a human. I did try their AI to resolve my issue but it could not. I WILL NEVER USE BOOKING.COM AGAIN. NEVER.

• Crystal (4/5): Decent but definitely could've been a better experience. - The best feature of this hotel was the location, it is across the street from the casino. The air condition and appliances worked great. The "breakfast" was included. There's a few things...1) Our stay was 3 nights, there was no room service during our stay. Meaning, we didn't have anyone come throw trash, remake the beds and/ or replenish towels or toilet paper. 2) When we did request towels, we were told that there were no clean towels and we needed to wait for some to be washed. Once there was clean towels available, they needed to make note of how many towels we were be taken back to our room. It was only 3 towels. 3) On our second day, our key cards were deactivated. They said they thought we were checking out that day. The next day our keys were deactivated again.

She seemed to be having a not great day. Breakfast was not appealing. Waffle mix was thinned out and didn’t cook evenly. Also, no one checked on breakfast area - ran out of coffee cups, water and milk needed to be filled, tables needed to be wiped.

Mattress was hard. I was concerned that the room deadbolt didn't lock and the secondary lock that you flip over was broken. The door knob was wobbly. Bathroom needs caulking around the tub. The room the continental breakfast could have been cleaner (counter tops, all handles, the pitchers in the fridge need to be replaced. Toaster/waffle needs to be cleaned. There was a good variety of items to choose from.

Flushing the toilet in our room was a little slow not terrible but at breakfast the waffle maker did my friend so wrong! It worked for everyone else but when she tried it the timer didn’t start & people were trying to help turning it over and it turned out a mess..😂🤣

• Vicki (1/5): Will never return to this establishment - This survey makes you continue to write in order to submit a review. The location is close to the casino. If you like a run down dump this is your place. This location is close to the casino. This location is close to casino. The staff called me the day before and recommended I bring cash. There card processing was taking 20 minutes and the crowds would be big to check in. We arrived 1 individual was checking in. We brought cash but all the while we’re thinking it was very scammy. Don’t know if this was to scam IRS or the motel ownership??? It made us feel uncomfortable. When I addressed our concerns the staff was ugly to us. The place is extremely run down. I am posting pictures that include, The pillow case had black spots on them, the shower ceiling has a very large peeling crack as it could fall on you, to get the toilet to flush you has to raise the tank lid and reattach a hose, the carpet is worn and loose strings are a trip hazard, cracked tiles.

Was ask for times by cleaning staff if I was checking out while going to the free but nonexistent breakfast. Coffee and dry store bought pastries dont count. DO NOT STAY HERE. Also they say that the casino shuttle runs every 20 months but you have to walk down the road to a different hotel if you want to ride it

• Sudduth (7/5): A Good Hotel for a Good Price - It's a decent hotel for a decent price. The shower felt very nice and the staff were also very nice. There's also free breakfast. I found the hotel was pretty clean too. The bed was somewhat uncomfortable, the breakfast was a little mediocre, and I found old make-up stains on my towels that I guess maintenance couldn't remove. The towels were clean but it was a little off-putting. There was also a stain on my curtain.
