• Dick (4/5): - Zeer verouderde, primitieve verblijfsplaats. Geen airco, oude badkamer. Geen aanrader!
• Maurizio (8/5): - A good solution for us, allowing us to leave our car for free and reach the city center within a reasonable walking distance. Although it's old and not particularly clean, we appreciated the maintenance work done by all the staff. Decent breakfast. Supermarket nearby, but good restaurants are in the city center. Your choice.

• KARINE (4/5): Déçue - Ce n’est pas le plus beau coin d’Innsbruck, vue sur les immeubles et la voie ferrée avec au loin les montagnes tout de même ! Tout est vieillot je ne pensais qu’il y aurait que la chambre mais même la salle du petit déjeuner est dans le même style. Literie de mauvaise qualité et je ne parle pas des draps La salle de bain , le pommeau de douche est petit et vieux, même pas de mitigeur. Le petit déjeuner, j’attends encore qu’ils ramènent du fromage ! Des boîtes de thé , pourquoi en mettre autant si la plupart sont vides .

• Deborah (4/5): - Su expedia era riportato che il servizio di reception sarebbe stato dalle 7 alle 22.. siamo arrivati verso le 13 e non c’era nessuno. É arrivata una signora, penso l’addetta alla sala colazione, non parlava una parola di inglese, noi volevamo solo chiedere di poter parcheggiare L auto, non volevamo la camera visto che il check in era previsto per le 15. Lei ovviamente non aveva capito nulla, ha chiamato la receptionist, questa arriva tutta nervosa, ci definisce insistenti perché ha detto loro noi volevamo la camera. Vabbè alla fine ci da la camera che non avevamo richiesto. Carina nulla di che. Per tutto il giorno dopo ogni volta che ci beccava ci rinfacciava questa cosa della camera. Poca professionalità.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Buono - Struttura periferica a circa venti minuti dal centro: ci si arriva in piccola parte attraverso un bel camminamento nel verde che costeggia il fiume (prima si deve fare un pezzo a piedi lungo la strada). Di fronte all’albergo c’è un centro commerciale utile. Stanza enorme con arredo buono, cuscini spessi come un foglio di carta. Colazione con Abba in sottofondo, poco varia ma accettabile. È stata una tappa intermedia per spezzare un viaggio ben più lungo, quindi per una notte va più che bene. Personale molto gentile.

• Francesca (8/5): Good price/quality - My husband, dog and I stayed in this hotel for just one night but we have an overall good impression. The interior design is maybe a little bit outdated, but the price is good, the breakfast is great and the staff nice. It takes 20 minutes walk from the hotel to the city center and the parking is for free. We just paid 5 euros extra for our dog, which was a suoer fair price. We will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to visit Innsbruck without spending a furtune.

Ruim en alle standaard voorzieningen aanwezig. Goed internet. Goed ontbijtbuffet. Zeer vriendelijke dame, frau Egger zorgt dat alles op rolletjes verloopt. En vraagt regelmatig of alles ok is. Parkeren kan lastig zijn, te weinig eigen parkeerplaatsen. Naar centrum loop je in 20 minuten. Tram voor de deur. Dan in 5 minuten.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé pour prendre le tram et se balader en centre ville. Autrement l'hôtel reste moyen dans ses prestations un petit deux étoiles en France. L'internet est très fluctuant. Le petit déjeuner de même acabit moyen.. Les ressorts des matelas manifestaient leurs présences.

God service med hjælpsom og imødekommende personale/ejer. Nemt at komme omkring i byen med sporvogne og bus. Meget rummelig hotelværelse, hvor jeg dog savnede et køleskab. Savnede noget originalitet på restauranterne og var ikke så heldig med det mad vi fik. Morgenmad på hotellet god.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - No frills hotel at (for us) convenient location - it is away from center but easily reachable with tram #3 from the main railway station (that goes almost every 10 minutes during weekdays) and reaches the hotel in just several minutes (10-15) . While our room was basic it was fairly spacious. Provides very good breakfast with nice selection to get you started in the morning.

• Silke (8/5): Ordentliches Hotel zentrumsnah - Es gab keine Beanstandungen. Ein Problem mit dem Parkplatz wurde schnell behoben. Man sollte aber im Angebot erwähnen, dass die Parkplätze nur begrenzt zur Verfügung stehen und man hätte reservieren können. Diesen Hinweis habe ich vermisst.

• gypsymum (4/5): Overpriced and in need of tlc - High price for a budget hotel in a great location. Whole place needs tlc. Bottom of bed torn and hanging off, sofa was worn and shredded and shower and shower screen are so old they are barely surviving. No tea/coffee making facilities which is a shame -there is plenty of room for this. No spare pillows -only 1 per person. Breakfast was dull and tasteless though coffee is nice. Most of food is uncovered and open to flies visiting which isn’t pleasant. Wouldn’t stay here again even though it’s near the town centre.

• Boris (10/5): Hotel Karwendel stay in Sept 2016 - we stayed one night. it rained hard in the evening so we tried to tour Innsbruck. the hotel was good and so was breakfast.
• Matt (4/5): - my girlfriend and I stayed here on a backpacking trip and were extremely disappointed by the condition of the room we were given. we did a bit of laundry on the first night and hung it on the door. we awoke the next morning to the maid coming in TWICE despite having a do not disturb sign up. later that day the hotel manager knocked on the door blaming us and our clothes drying for his severly damaged floors. would not recommend staying here after the troubles we had.

• cheryl (6/5): I would'nt stay again!! - We were meant to stay for 2 nights but only stayed for one. This was mainly due to other guests being noisy and loud and the hotel being very hot with no air con and reception didn't have any fans. There were little silver fish in the bathroom and hotel basic but adequate but only for a stop over. The staff were really nice and friendly and the hotel location is good as the tram stop is right outside which takes you into the centre. Personally I don't think I'll stay again, I'll just pay more and stay elsewhere. If you want a cheap place to stay and are not fussy then its ok.

Transit right outside the hotel, buffet breakfast downstairs. desk personnel are students, friendly and talkative. really good stay, Innsbruck pass is a must have available at desk

• Flem61 (8/5): Innsbruck Stopover - Good basic hotel for a stopover in Innsbruck. Rooms very large if a bit dated. Building work started quiet early on nearby construction but that was not a big problem. Breakfast was traditional and well presented an Wi-fi was included. A little walk to the centre is reflected in the reasonable price for Innsbruck. Free parking was a plus.
