• monica (8/5): Esta muy bien. Limpieza. Personal amable. - Por poner un pero, dos camas en vez de una grande. Y que anuncian el spa, pero es de pago. No se puede usar aunque seas cliente del hotel. Se puede pero pagando 15 euros...

EL personal muy amable, desayuno era buffet acorde al precio, el Restaurante muy muy bueno todo lo que nos pedimos a muy buen precio. Seguro que Volveremos, estuvimos sólo una noche y nos gustaría volver para poder visitar los alrededores que al parecer son muy bonitos.

• Andrea (8/5): Ok, but poor customer experience - I could have rated this hotel very highly, as the facilities are good, the room was very clean and it has a great location just steps away from the old quarter and overlooking it from its most picturesque angle. However, on this last point it did let me down, as I had selected it over other hotels exactly for its views, I had made a very clear request on my booking that I would very highly appreciate a room at the front with a view, but when I got there not even that late in the day and not at what seemed like a busy time, I was told all rooms at the front were gone! So no view for me I'm afraid... and a very poor customer experience!
