- Vinicius (10/5): Melhor hotel de Arinsal - Ótimo hotel, bem completo e com um bom preço comparado aos outros. Café da manhã bem servido, tinham várias opções para todos os gostos (tinha até arroz e feijão, aproveitei pra matar a saudade rsrs) quarto confortável, espaçoso e com uma varanda grande com uma vista linda. limpeza completa todos os dias ótima localização, tem vários comércios na rua. 4 minutos de carro para a estação de esqui Arinsal (lá também tem estacionamento grátis) e perto das outras estações também o jantar também é uma delícia, com várias opções, e pratos refinados (estava 24 euros por pessoa, mas era a vontade)
- Verified traveler (4/5): Dated hotel. Not 4 star - Hotel room is very dated. The room had lots of ceiling cobwebs and was dusty. Heating did what it wanted. The electricity kept tripping when we used the hairdryer. Hotel was noisy and we could Hear the other guests next door. Hotel staff weren’t very knowledgeable regarding the bus services or timings in town. Def not 4 star! Wouldn’t stay again.

- Tania (4/5): - Escogimos este hotel porque se veía muy bien y bonito para poder pasar una nochevieja especial, pero desgraciadamente no ha sido así. Nos explicaron que había un menú en el hotel de noche vieja, 150 euros de menú por persona por un buffet libre que incluía marisco entre otras cosas, sorpresa, lo único de marisco que había eran unas gambas congeladas y navajas, había muy poca variedad de comida en general y estaba fría o pasada, para ese precio bastante mal el menú. Tema habitación, nos faltaron vasos para poder beber o agua o cualquier cosa así, además no nos dieron la habitación que habíamos reservado. El hotel no está mal en general pero si te gastas más de 400 euros en una sola noche, esperas algo más de calidad. Decepción

No se podía disfrutar de ella. Y para mi la calidad del alimento dejaba algo que desear. En cantidad bien, en calidad baja. Por lo demás lo esperado.

- Olga (10/5): - Las actividades que realizan. Propusieron una excursión de raquetas y super bien. Edu el guía es muy simpático y majo, nos llevó por unos sitios muy chulos. Muy recomendable hacer esta actividad, lo único que tienes que pagar es el seguro. Otro día fue un mago y muy bien el tío se lo curra mogollón. Lo único que no nos gustó mucho es que la gente de la recepción no informa de las actividades ni de los descuentos que tienes por estar hospedado en este hotel. Otra cosa que tampoco nos gustó mucho es el spa. El agua estaba tan caliente que era hasta desagradable pero lo dijimos en recepción y se arreglo, es un poco pequeño y estaba todo el suelo lleno de agua, aunque para el precio q tiene y que es privado es aceptable.

- jose luis fernandez de (8/5): - Alojamiento correcto y se puede ir andando al telecabina, un poco lejos pero se puede, los baños de las habitaciones necesitan una reforma, además son muy fríos y no tienen calefacción, la habitación es correcta, lo mejor los desayunos, aunque no entiendo la obligatoriedad de llevar la tarjeta de Check in al desayuno para que te dejen pasar.

- Gareth (6/5): - As a base for skiing it did the job fine. Breakfast was ok. Rooms were also fine (even though TV didn't work). They gave us a double and single bed for the first night but they were helpful and after that we got the single beds we had booked. Really could have done with coffee and tea facilities and charging for the sauna is a cheek.

So we thought it was in the centre of Arinsal, opposites to the cable car, instead it was out of the village and we had to use the car to go skiing. Noisy room close to the lift. Quite a run down place for a 4 star! Expensive jacuzzi for half an hour, should be free!

- Karen (4/5): Not a hotel I’d recommend - Stayed in this hotel in July booked it as it had a pool but the pool was so cold we were unable to use it. The room was very dated and there was no Wi-fi access in the room. There were a few electrical items in the hotel which were very worrying. Not a hotel I would recommend.

- Eric (6/5): 4 Estrellas que podrían ser 2 - Hotel muy simple que en vez de 4 estrellas podría tener 2 o 3 tranquilamente. El servicio de bar es pésimo, abre a las 12 del medio día y cierra a las 23:30 de la noche, osea que olvídate de tomarte un café por la mañana o una copa por la noche. Del agua de la piscina mejor ni hablar, estuve nadando un rato y se me apareció una familia de pingüinos por el lado para unirse a mi, junto con un oso polar encima de un bloque de hielo... increíble que no tengan un calentador para el agua, porque esta literalmente congelada, hace hasta daño en la piel en pleno agosto. Las instalaciones deportivas están muy dejadas, el minigolf la tarima esta agujereada, las porterías de fútbol no tienen redes, etc. El personal de recepción muy amable, pero todo el contrario que los camareros que dejan mucho que desear. A pesar de todo esto, pienso que es un hotel recomendable para dormir y ya esta, sobre todo en alta temporada.
- Josep (6/5): - Hotel muy viejo. No es ni de lejos un 4 estrellas. Como mucho un 2 estrellas. Necesita una reforma urgente. El baño con la bañera completamente embozada. Te duchabas y tardaba dos horas en vaciarse. Informanos a recepción, mandaron un señor francés de mantenimiento y no solucionó nada. Está todo muy dejado. No es viejo, es abandonado. Macetas en la piscina con todas las flores muertas, el cesped completamente seco, el minibar abandonado..... El desayuno con productos muy sencillos. Cereales de baja calidad, bollería congelada, un revuelto de huevo lleno de agua.... dirección debería darse un paseo por el bufet y ver que le parece. La media pensión igual. Productos muy básicos, de baja calidad y poco elaborados. El embutido realmente malo. Los pasteles todos congelados. Sacan una bandeja de melón o sandía a temperatura ambiente en pleno verano. Eso es muy poca vista. Lo mejor del hotel la chica de recepción. Muy amable.

- Pierre (6/5): - un cadre chaleureux, bien équipé et convivial . près de Andorre. par contre poussière sur le cadre des lits, des lampes et sur le sol , le ménage n'a pas été depuis un bon moment. l'isolation est presque nul , prévoir des boule quies et malheureusement manque de raffinement et d'une remise en état , si je devais être objectif, il ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles. par contre le directeur en noir , faut arrêter de faire la tronche sinon faut prévoir une reconversion professionnel surtout dans l’hôtellerie 4 étoiles.

- Daniel (4/5): Mejor alojate en otro hotel - El hotel está catalogado como 4 estrellas y le sobran 2. El buffet simple y poco variado. El bar de la piscina y la comida que dan, recalentada y de días atrasados. No es recomendable comer aquí. Y después de quejarnos al director, seguimos igual. El director, es un déspota, ni una disculpa por el servicio, y el camarero argentino del bar, que llevará dos minutos ejerciendo esta profesión, con dos mesas que tenia para servir y iba colapsado. Un desastre en general. Lo único bueno es que puedes ir con tus mascotas

Tiene todos los servicios que cualquier cliente necesita: servicio habitaciones, zona de relax, bar, zona recreativa, piscina al aire libre y buenas vistas. Actualmente no lo consideraría de 4 estrellas dado el estado deteriorado de algunas zonas, como los ascensores, pero en su momento seguro que lo fue.

- Dainius (8/5): Hotel with mountain river - The hotel is not new, but has spacious territory with mountain river passing by. Reception told us WiFi is in common areas only, but we had it in our room. Spacious free parking. Breakfast was OK, with hot meals.

- Ryan (8/5): Good value for your money. - First off, the pros: the breakfast was top notch. One of the best free hotel breakfasts you can ask for, very expansive. Nice amenities (some are added costs though), like spa, restaurants, music in the bar at night. Free parking!!! Cons: WiFi was not accessible from our room. You need to pay to access the hot tub (we just walked in the room and nobody stopped us or charged us - so consider that). Location is a little far from stuff but if you have a car it’s not a problem. We requested two twins and were given one queen (which was just two twins pushed together), so we just moved the beds apart. Not a huge deal, but a hotel with higher customer satisfaction expectations would have done this before we arrived. Overall a Great value for the nights we stayed.
- Simona (4/5): Dated and dirty - The hotel is dated and the room cleanliness was really disappointing. Also, the hotel is about 20mins walk from Arinsal city centre. During the day there is a free bus shuttle to go and come back, however in the evenings, unless you have a car, walking 20 mins up the hill in freezing conditions isn't ideal.
- Sarah (2/5): Acceptable hotel - but issues with theft - The hotel itself is UK - pretty dated, the rooms are grubby and the bath etc was chipped and a bit yuck. This could be overlooked... However... we had someone come unto our room, rummage through our suitcases, find a purse hidden in with clothes and had 100 euros stolen from us. We reported this to reception the same day, but they told us it would be "awkward for them to talk to the cleaners". We were amazed by how little the staff were bothered. The following day we overheard another family saying they had money stolen so perhaps it is a regular occurrence. The hotel said they are only liable for things in the safe (which they won't give you the key for) - but had no answer to what we should do with tablets etc. which would not fit in. We booked our hotel through Expedia so paid in advance, when we went to leave at 3am... the hotel staff tried to charge us again for the trip. Luckily we had the Expedia booking form printed otherwise we would had to have paid again. I'd recommend keeping ALL money on your person, the ski lockers up the mountain are locked and pretty secure - travel insurance will cover you if you are pick pocketed and make sure you take printed copies of everything with you. Quite a trek up the hill with kit even if you're fit, so I'd recommend getting the free bus to the gondola to save your calves. Also, the WIFI is hopeless and the walls are paper thin so it's really noisy when locals turn up at the weekend!
- Marcus (6/5): - Stayed with the family in late May - mixed feelings. Beautiful location, quiet rooms. Great, helpful and friendly staff, reasonable facilities. But the hotel is very dated and worn. Room was very small for 4 people and the breakfast was very limited.

- Charles (8/5): Recommended - It is a nice hotel, not a 4 stars but good. I read some reviews about their manager and that is true, the manager is not good, so the hotel should replace her since more people complained about her. But the rest of the staff are very nice and friendly. I would recommend for a ski trip, very nice location near the lift. The transport is not reliable but it is only a 10 min walk.

- Daniel (8/5): Skiing trip - 3 nights - We booked this hotel for 3 nights on our skiing trip to Andorra. The hotel is at the bottom of village with almost nothing in walking distance. This was not an issue as we had rented car. Lot of parking space just in front of hotel is advantage. Free skibus stops in front of the hotel and runs frequently. Next stop is right next to lift to the Arinsal slopes sector, so even without car it is fine place to stay. There is ski rental right in the hotel (guests have discount) Room was with nice balcony (view attached) and pretty good bathroom with bathtub, bidet, etc. Breakfast was unlimited buffet. We tried dinner, which was also unlimited buffet with good options from meats, fishes, cheeses,pastries,desserts etc. Really tasty. Bottle of wine was for reasonable price. It was our first skiing trip to Andorra, definitely not last. I will choose same hotel next time.

- Jennifer (8/5): Skiing Trip - Hotel is great for Skiers, there is even a ski shop on site. Only 15min walk from Vallnord gondola but even so there is a free bus every 15mins. Lots of great après ski bars in the area. Would have loved wifi in the rooms but didn't spend much time in them to be honest.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Beautiful views - Bar and restaurant staff friendly. Room had a beautiful river and mountain view from the balcony. Was able to order room service, and staff very attentive. Food excellent. Had the buffet included in stay and very good options to choose from; meats, cheeses,fresh fruit, pastries, juices and coffee. Pool was not open, not in season but there is a beautiful meadow in the back where a couple horses stay and was able to feed them grass and flowers. Really neat place if you have the chance to visit.
- Monpol (8/5): - Although the hotel was at the bottom of the village there was an adequate free ski bus service to the gondola during ski time. Up hill all the way to go out at night to the restaurants. It was a pleasant walk back downhill obviously! Hotel staff were friendly and ready to help especially the receptionist.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Thee day ski and hike vacation - The hotel was a very good place to base a ski holiday (or for any mountain adventure). However, the hotel was on the edge of Arinsal and was about a 15 minute uphill walk to the gondola. On a positive note, the free ski shuttle bus stops right in front of the hotel and runs frequently. Hotel jacuzzi cost money and was necessary to book in advance which made it inconvenient. Hotel seemed very family friendly. Breakfast was good and unlimited buffet. We had early season snow conditions, but enjoyed it anyway and even hiked in the mountains on our third day. The trail head was conveniently located in Arinsal.
