• Hayley (8/5): Lovely accommodation. Great location once we got our bearings. - Apartment was clean and roomy for our party of 6. 3 bathrooms were a bonus. Kitchen had everything we needed. Local amenities and good restaurants within easy walking distance. Having to pay extra for a change of towels if we required them, as I feel we paid enough for our stay in the accommodation. One gentleman in reception was very pleasant. The other one sat on his phone and totally ignored us as we entered and left the building.
• irma (8/5): gran ubicación - ubicación es excelente a una cuadra de paseo de gracia con muchas opciones de comida y cerca de muchos lugares turísticos, la limpieza esta muy bien y la cocina esta totalmente equipada. que tuve que ir por las llaves a dos cuadras, la recepción no esta en el edificio donde esta el apartamento, tuve que dejar a mi familia con el equipaje en la entrada del edificio para ir por las llaves, otra cosa es que las fotos que aparecen no coinciden con el apartamento , si en cuanto al numero de recamaras pero no son las fotos del apartamento donde yo me aloje, y el agua caliente se acaba si se bañan muchas personas, y tienes que esperar o bañarse a diferentes horas.

• Jieshu (8/5): 地段绝佳 - 位置很好，坐机场线方便，很多景点步行可达，附近很多早餐店，还有超市。员工彬彬有礼，会主动开门，大部分时候前台都有人，可以存行李。 确实会有地铁的问题，即使我们住在四楼，地铁经过时还是感受明显。不过不怎么影响睡眠，躺在床上只会有一种被摇晕了的感觉。提前说过我们睡眠不好，不知道是否这个原因，给我们安排了安静的房间。感恩。另外用水有限制，对于多人住宿来说有少许不便。

• Gintare (9/5): Amazing stay with family in Barcelona - The apartment is bright, spacious, great fit for 6 people :) the bedrooms and dinning area separated nicely, there were 3 toilets, 2 bathrooms, so perfect fit for bigger group or family! Location is great, walking distance to key sightseeing places, near metro and shops/caffès. Beds were very comfortable, all key amenities present (shampoo, towels, shower gel, dishes, iron, etc) :) entrance to building and flat is with code or app, so it was nice thing and no need to share any keys or cards :) There are sounds of metro (like vibration) and from other apartments above, but it did not cause any problems for us.

• Vivi (8/5): Centraal gelegen mooie appartementen, niet geschikt voor liefhebbers van stilte - De ligging is ideaal. Direct in het centrum, met de metro, trein en bus om de hoek. Maar ook lopend kun je prima veel bereiken. Het appartement is groot, fijne en prettige ruimtes, wel veel deuren. De resonantie en het geluid van de metro of de trein die blijkbaar onder het complex ligt. Elke vijf minuten klonk het alsof er een onweersbui naderde. Wanneer de metro of trein er onderdoor reed voelde je ook trillingen. Dit is tussen 05.00 uur en 00.00 uur het geval. Daarnaast is de keerzijde van de centrale ligging (wat ideaal is), ook dat er druk verkeer is met de bijbehorende geluidsoverlast. Auto, bussen, motoren, af en toe een sirene en vergeet het getoeter niet. Ramen of deuren gesloten houden. Dit appartement is niet geschikt voor rust zoekers dan wel lichte/slechte slapers.

• Birgitta Ina (6/5): disappointed - didn’t get what we thought we were getting - location ease of booking staff was friendly that we didn’t get what we expected, to be on fifth floor with the Sagrada view as the advertised text about the apartment said! we were on the first floor. very disappointed. the underground was very loud and the people on 2nd floor was very loud till around 1:00 am. so we didn’t get much sleep.

• patrickinpv (8/5): Location, location, location. But, light sleepers beware... - The highlights: The outdoor space is fantastic. The large deck and generous terrace area were easily the best part of the stay—perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. The location is also excellent, and the view of the Sagrada Família is a real treat. Waking up and seeing Gaudí’s masterpiece never got old. The beds themselves were comfortable, which we appreciated after long days exploring the city. That said, getting out of them is another story if you’re over 5 feet tall and over 40—everything sits so low that it can feel like climbing out of a yoga pose. Also, towel hooks near the shower door would be helpful…. Not feet away. The quirks: Most of the indoor furniture feels… miniature. Chairs and sofas are extremely low to the ground—think stylish dollhouse rather than standard living room. It looks modern, but practically speaking you spend a lot of time feeling like you’re sitting on the floor. The showers are very small—even by European standards—and the guest bathroom has a door seal issue that means you have to be careful not to splash water on it or you’ll end up with a puddle on the floor. The real downside: The subway line runs beneath or very near the building, and you definitely feel it. The apartment rattles noticeably when trains pass. Service only stops around midnight and starts again around 5am, so light sleepers may struggle. On Saturdays the trains run all night, though luckily we planned around that. Overall: If you value location, outdoor space, and a great Sagrada Família view, this place delivers. Just be prepared for ultra-low furniture and the occasional reminder that Barcelona’s metro system is hard at work beneath you.

Kedves, udvarias, segítőkész a recepció, Csomagot ott lehet hagyni megőrzésre. Közel a metró. Az apartman kényelmes, tiszta, maximálisan felszerelt, hosszabb tartózkodásra is kiválóan alkalmas. Service is lacking but they were nice. - Very convenient location We requested a crib and baby chair and neither of those things were at the apartment when we arrived. We had to ask 3 times for it to actually come to the apartment. Additionally, the washing machine and dishwasher were both not working. We had to get it fixed which was inconvenient for us all.

• Rumiko (10/5): An ideal base in Barcelona with comfort, convenience, and outstanding support from the staff. - The location was excellent — very convenient to the metro, regional train, and many major sightseeing spots. The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, which made our extended stay much easier. The unit was also very quiet, which we really appreciated after long days out. A special thank you to Rami at the front desk. He was very helpful and tried his best to accommodate us, especially when we were unexpectedly stuck in Barcelona for an extra four days due to flight cancellations. His support made a stressful situation much smoother. We stayed at the property twice, a few days apart. Each time, we had to re-enter full passport details and home address information for every guest. It felt a bit redundant and time-consuming. It would also be helpful to have a unit-specific manual with instructions for appliances such as the washing machine and the central heating/cooling controls. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and would recommend this property for its location, space, and helpful staff.
• Rumiko (10/5): A charming and comfortable stay in a character-filled older building with an excellent location. - The location was excellent — very convenient to the metro, regional train, and major sightseeing areas. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very quiet, which made it easy to rest after long days out. Although this unit is in an older building, the interior was actually very charming. It had a lovely aesthetic, including a decorative (nonfunctional) fireplace that added character, and the kitchen felt upgraded with nicer finishes and better appliances. It was well equipped and comfortable for our stay. The staff were helpful and responsive throughout our visit. As it is an older building, some aspects show their age, but everything was functional and well-maintained. A unit-specific manual would have been helpful, especially for operating the ductless AC remotes, which were not very intuitive. The bedrooms could also benefit from some artwork or wall décor to add a bit more warmth and character to the space. Overall, this was a comfortable and character-filled stay in a fantastic location.

On entend fortement les voitures malgré les fenêtres fermées ainsi que les voisins qui mettaient la musique et ont fait du bruit jusque 3h du matin malgré mes réclamations directement chez eux. Pas de bonjour des personnes à l’accueil sauf au départ, on croit les embêter.

• Lee (9/5): Big spacious apartment conveniently located to everything! - Location was perfect. Conveniently located to a lot of sites as well as the Metro and easy to find a taxi. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The apartment was spacious for a family of four or more. The little balcony outside was a bonus. It was a little sterile as far as the decor and could’ve used a little bit more art or decorative objects to make it feel more cozy.

• Francisco (9/5): Apartamento no local certo - Apartamento com bom espaço, excelente localização e com quartos com boa arrumação. Sistema de entrada e check-in prático, simples e eficaz. Boa limpeza e recentemente remodelado. Ouve-se a passagem do metropolitano, com bastante frequência. Apesar de não chegar a incomodar, dispensava-se.
