- Elizabeth (10/5): - Great location, ideal for promenade, pleasure beach, trams, buses, sandcastle water park and the beach....weather permitting!!! Great staff and a fab room for four people. Would definitely recommend.
- Obianuju (8/5): - We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. One thing I would suggest is for a mat to be put in the shower floor as it is slippery and someone could fall if not careful. The noise is from sea gulls so I doubt there is anything the hotel can do about it.
- Claire (10/5): Little gem of south beach - we were welcomed by Phil on arrival, such a friendly guy who enjoys a chat over breakfast in the morning. He really looked after us and the other guest. The hotel was easy to find, great location for pleasure beach and south pier. Rooms really comfortable and all ensuite. The beds were comfy and tea/coffee in room with mini fridge. Breakfast in the morning was delicious, continental but filling and plenty to go around. We really enjoyed our stay, thanks for the laughs. We will be back :)

- Verified traveler (10/5): Great B&B for a stay in Blackpool - Lovely little B&B with equally lovely and friendly hosts. Location is great, just steps from South Pier, Sandcastle Water Park and the Pleasure Beach plus a short 5 min tram ride away from Blackpool Tower. Great continental breakfast included with plenty of options and enough to fill us up for a day of exploring. We had the family suite for our family of 4, which was perfect as the kids had their own little adjoining bunk bed room separate to our room, which also had it's own en-suite shower and toilet so we weren't all fighting for the shower in the morning. All round recommended and won't hesitate to stay again.

Perfectly located for the Pleasure Beach (We got soaked on Valhalla and were so glad we only had to squelch a short distance back to change our clothing.) The tower was also within walking distance. Would stay again.

- Jamie (10/5): Top Notch - From the minute we arrived the hosts could not have been more accommodating We arrived around 2.30pm and with limited parking on the street their was no spare spaces but Phil kindly moved his so we could park right outside this goes along way in my book Room was nice and clean as you expect My only worry was going to be the shower as stayed in few hotels in Blackpool where the pressure has been rubbish but this shower did not disappoint Their was a bar at night and the prices very cheap Breakfast in morning was spot on everything you needed Situated very handy for what we had planned Would we stay again bet you we will be

- Sandra (10/5): - I booked this hotel on the strength of its reviews and it did not disappoint. The host Phil was friendly, chatty and nothing was too much trouble. Being able to park right outside, with Phil moving his own car to secure the space, was an added bonus. It is located in the quieter end of the strip away from the hustle and bustle, but still plenty going on with the Pleasure Beach, Casino and pubs eateries and amusements and tram stop in spitting distance. We were in the superior double room with a lovely big bay window with sea view to the left. Room was spotless and had tea making facility with ample supplies provided. Great wifi and smart TV, as well a bar on site, all added to our enjoyment . There is a free breakfast included in the room price, this being continental (croissants, cereal, pate & toast etc ) had there been the option of full english on site then our stay would have been perfect, but there are various cafes nearby offering breakfast. For the price, this is a great option for your stay in Blackpool and we would be happy to stay here again .

Must say owners were really friendly and the hotel was spotless. Blackpool south railway station within walking distance.

- Rachael (10/5): Family mini break - I stayed over the October half term with my 2 girls agad 10 and 11yrs. I was torn between rearranging or staying due the the covid situation. I decided to keep my reservation. On arrival we were warmly welcomed by Christine, shown to our room and shown the hand gel station. It was requested we use the hand gel on arrival to the hotel. Christine and her husband wore a visor /mask throughout our stay. I felt very safe in the hotel at all times. Our room had a double and single bed and was cozy. We had tea and coffee making facilities. The shower was decent and hot. Breakfast was a full English and was plentiful! With unlimited tea or coffee, jam and toast and fresh orange. The location was brilliant, very close to the sandcastles swimming pool, south pier and tram pickup point and only a 30 minute walk to the tower! Over all our stay was fantastic and I feel we chose the perfect B&B for our needs. Our hosts were warm and friendly. Highly recommended for families.

Christine & Darren were fantastic hosts and looked after us really well yet again, it felt like visiting family rather than being paying customers, which was a lovely touch. We felt extremely safe due to all the Covid measures in place with hand sanitizer available everywhere and our room was immaculately clean. Breakfast was also superb. Thanks again for looking after us so well.

Plenty of storage in the room and was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was spectacular. Hotel is in the perfect position to the beach and other attractions. They'll even save you a parking spot right outside the hotel. Breakfast is prompt and very good, perfect dippy egg my daughter said! Clean comfortable rooms, you won't find better in Blackpool. - Mark (10/5): Friendly Welcome to all - Myself and my two teenage stayed here in August for three nights. Had the family room at top of house, which despite being small was perfectly fine for us. Nice double bed and bunk beds for lads. Breakfast was super, as were our hosts, very helpful and pleasant. The place is not 2 minutes walk from South Pier and tram stop. Get tram app and travel for 24 at a time up and down promenade.

The purpose of our trip was for the Blackpool Pleasure Beach which made the location perfect as it was only a few blocks away. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was great as well.
