• Connie (10/5): - - fresh clean towels everyday - senior & pwd accessible - parking availability - great location. Walking distance to almost everything in town (Skyline, Ice bar, Asian mart, café, grocery) Shower pressure was not strong enough.

• Paul (7/5): Comfortable but tarnished by them not returning licence. - We were upgrade because of work being done on site They asked for my drivers licence and failed to return it to me. Sadly they didn’t return it during our stay or even at check out. It was not until next destination we realised you still held it and we had to phone you to ask to mail it to us.

• Marije (5/5): Matig - super centraal gelegen Veel te weinig parkeerplaatsen bij locatie, dus stuk verderop op straat moeten parkeren (was wel bericht over gestuurd) Veel geluid, want aan de drukke doorgaande straat. Geen idee hoe ik de deur van buitenaf op slot moest krijgen. ivm late aankomst was mijn sleutel in het appartment gelegd..met dus een open deur...terwijl het aan de straatzijde was --> geen idee wie of wat ik zou aantreffen, beetje spannend in het donker na een heeeeel lange vlucht. Alles zag er smerig uit, vlekken op de bank etc.

• Sandra (8/5): A great comfortable place to stay with all needs available in you room. - My arrival was late evening and I left first thing in the morning. So I did not see or meet any staff. Very very good rooms with all facillities needed. Great location with easy access to Queenstown. Very poor lighting with room numbers black on glass made it very difficult to locate room initially.

• debbie (3/5): Poor quality. Not Ike the picture AT ALL - Location It was so so run down. NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE . Not good value for money , lightbulbs broken, toilet dysfunctional, shower old and manky. The water barely trickled out of the shower head. We called in housekeeping and we put sheets outside which sat there for two days . They “pretended” to fix faulty lights but didn’t bring a stool nothing seemed genuine in terms of their attempts to fix . The kitchen appliances were so old I dont think anything electrical was safe. All up pretty bad it needs a complete refurbish.

• Laura (7/5): - Great location and very comfortable bed The parking situation was not ideal as there weren’t enough parks out the front & we paid $20 a night for a park however a solution was arranged which was good. The bathroom was pretty scummy with mould everywhere too.

• Ronnie (6/5): not worth the Queenstown accommodation experience. - the room is already old and you can tell the age of the room from the smell. The room is not so tidy and was not maintained regularly. Melody was very friendlt and accommodating. The hotel admin was not flexible enough to provide full guest satisfaction. The advertisement (prior to booking in) was different from the actual service provided. For instance, the ad in Booking.Com said there was a free taxi from the airport, but the hotel has insisted it was not offered. I also requested for an early check-in since my arrival is around 9:00 am, but it could have been accommodated.

• Jocelyn (7/5): Property is great but bathroom needs a good clean. - Location and facilities in the apartment such as dishwasher, washing machine, soundproof joinery and lots of clean linens. The bathroom needs a proper clean. Lots of orange grime buildup in shower and mould. Easy to resolve with proper cleaning. Gross to bathe in.

• Alejandro (10/5): Excelente estadia y ayuda del chico de recepción. - Excelente ubicación, muy buenas las comodidades de este alojamiento y muy bien equipado. Nada que decir. Pudieron quizas habernos dejado hasta las 13hrs prestado el estacionamiento para poder almorzar tranquilos e irnos. Se pidio amablemente al recepcionista, pero no nos permitio diciendo que tenia gente esperando por usarlo, cuando los check in de la gente es despues de las 15hrs.

• Malbury (4/5): Location but at a cost - Location. Price. Nothing worked. No oven, no tv, no cleaning - we stayed over 7 nights and only towels were changed, nothing was cleaned! Very old, very dirty and not being able to cook, I have asked for compensation and heard nothing! Such a shame, the manager refused to even speak to me, he was embarrassed. The worst thing is the location and price is so good, I'd probably stay there again but my expectations are very low.

• Herrera (8/5): Very good. We enjoyed having meals on the large dining table. - The location. It was close to everything. It was priced fairly especially for large parties like ours. Just a little bit low on cleanliness. Rubbish bins had some spillage on the rim which was probably from last occupants. The entertainment unit was very dusty. The on cabinets in the loft were a bit unkept.

• Heather (7/5): Great location, spacious. In need of an upgrade. - Location was great, easy walk to everything. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living area so lots of space. Old and felt poorly maintained. In one bathroom the cupboard door fell off then the shower door. Too scared to touch anything else. Everything was generally too old to feel really clean and nice.

• Thomas (1/5): Don’t stay here - Location only Dirty, cleaners did a poor job, the lounge room ceiling leaked and there was a stain on the carpet from previous leaks. Smoke detector missing in the second bedroom. Spare key left in lockbox and the box wasn’t locked which we were not told about and only found after we came back to the room after checking in and leaving all our luggage inside. The dryer stopped working and were told a handy man was coming that day to fix it after reporting it twice only to be told the handy man was coming the next day which didn’t fix anything. We were only offered a new room after two nights of constant water dripping into the bin in the lounge room and a missing smoke detector which made sleep impossible for those two nights with young kids.

• Wilson (5/5): It was fine due the location - and due to not being in the property for long - The location and friendliness of staff It was older than expected, cupboards were falling off in one of the bathrooms, shower pressure wasn’t the best, heater didn’t really work in room 102 - overall property needs a refurb to justify the price I think
• Bryan (9/5): It was our last trip around New Zealand and it turned out excellent. - Parking chatrges were reasonable. The location could not have been better. We would go again as a first choice. The weather!
• Andrea (7/5): Budget option with good location - Excellent location in the heart of Queenstown and affordable stay - the "two bedroom" unit we were in had a loft with two twin beds (no door), and one bedroom downstairs, which was perfect for our group. The units are very tired and worn out, not really well represented in the photos. I would still stay here again for the price, as we were only there to sleep before heading off on a long day of activities. Bring earplugs as you may want to open the windows for fresh air but its noisy outside.

• Kaidan (3/5): A highly disappointing stay marked by poor communication, lack of support and unprofessional staff b - Right in the heart of downtown On the day of check-in, we contacted the hotel via Booking but received no response. After arriving, we made several phone calls, none were answered, and no check-in instructions were provided. The next day, a front desk staff member behaved very rudely and questioned why we had entered an empty room. He claimed they had not received our emails or calls and said he answers calls 24/7, which was clearly not the case. He also falsely claimed to have called us, but we received no such call. When we showed our call records, he changed his explanation. We also noticed that although the front desk hours were stated as 8am–8pm, he was not present at 9am or even as early as 6pm. Overall, communication was extremely poor and the staff attitude was highly unprofessional.
