Le rêve. N’avoir pris qu’une seule nuit au lieu de deux pour pouvoir profiter un maximum de toutes les installations !

• Yin Chung (9/5): Old Onsen hotel with nice staff - The hotel is an old Onsen hotel with long history. The staff is friendly & helpful Since the building is old, there are only 3 sockets which is less than enough. We would like to have the Onsen dinner but dinner was not included & it was full.

• jadranka (9/5): Picturesque ryokan with good service and facilities - The hotel was very nice and comfortable with beautiful gardens. Staff were friendly with great service and both dinner and breakfast were excellent. We had room with an indoor onsen which was a bit outdated.
• Andrew villalobos (10/5): Stunning hotel, lucky to have found it - Everything, this place was amazing. The food was excellent, room was very nice and the hotel is gorgeous. The hot springs were beautiful and traditional. We really enjoyed it. It's about 10 minutes drive into the town so if you plan to stay for several days youll want to ask about transport back and forth but it's perfect for an overnight or two night stay without leaving the hotel. There was a mix of local vacationers and international tourists so that was also pretty cool. A bit annoying that they dont make your bed until the evening so if youre tired and want to nap early you have no bed in the room. Maybe you can request it before hand but I wasnt aware of that process.
• Lin (9/5): Fint hotel lidt udenfor hovedbyen - Stedet var nydelig og betjeningen gjorde stedet særlig godt. Middagen på værelse var fantastisk, hyggelig og festelig. Vi ankom med toget og ble hentet på stationen. Det kan anbefales for det er en lang tur opp bjerget til hotellet. Onsen var helt fin, men ikke så stor. Vi bodde i den nye delen af hotellet med egen onsen på værelse, det var supert. Hotellet var stort og ligger lidt adskildt fra resten av byen. Det var ikke relevant at gå ned til byen efter ankomsten for oss. Så vi så kun hotellet i Gero.

• HOEOK (9/5): 유노시마칸 여행후기 - 모두 친절하시고 일본문화를 잘 접할수있었어요. 나고야로 돌아가는 기차에서 자리가없어 자유석으로끊었는데. 모두 4호차칸으로 타라고해서 혼잡하고 시장같았다.하지만3호칸은 빈자리도 많았다. 빈자리를 사전에 파악해서 돈을 더 내더라도빈자리에 앉을수 있도록해줬으면 좋겠다 개선을 요구합니다.
• Cauê (10/5): Estadia surpreendente - Se você procura um hotel em estilo moderno, o Yunoshimakan não é para você, com arquitetura tradicional japonesa misturada com europeia. Do atendimento de uma equipe muito educada e atenciosa, até as acomodações e refeições típicas deliciosas, esse hotel de quase 100 anos foi um dos pontos altos da minha viagem, as expectativas eram altas e todas foram superadas. O serviço de transporte entre o hotel e a estação de Gero ajudam muito, já que o hotel fica longe do centro e num dos pontos mais altos da cidade. Foi tudo ótimo.

• Amanda (10/5): - Staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and hardworking. Best tatami beds we had all trip an dinner in our room was very tasty and a great experience. The public baths were well kept and well stocked with amenities and just lovely to spend time in. We had a bit of a wait to check in but we got to pick our yukata while we waited so it worked out.
• Pakkanan Sae-ngow (10/5): Great Ryokan on the Gero hill - The atmosphere and the layoutbof the building is intriguing. The onsen is beautiful and satisfying. Nice meals as well. Also the staff is very welcoming.
• JesusC (7/5): Sitio mágico con defectos - El hotel en si y su ubicación son una fantasía. El servicio del hotel es muy bueno. Los balnearios públicos increíbles. Su laberíntica arquitectura es interesante (recuerda al hotel del chihiro). La habitación muy espaciosa con un muy buen baño con onsen privado y buenas vistas desde aquí. Las vistas de la habitación preciosas. Ofrecen servicio de café en la recepción del hotel. Nada más llegar al hotel, toda la ilusión que teníamos, se esfumó rapidamente. Era el 5° hotel de nuestra luna de miel y el primero que nos decepcionó. Puede que nuestras expectativas fuesen altas; pero el precio del hotel no se compensa con la calidad que ofrecen. No me gustó en absoluto que el hotel avisase el tema de reservar la cena con un mensaje mal traducido que generaba confusión. Por ese motivo, nos perdimos la cena en la habitación. Nos quedamos dos noches y, aunque lo intentaron, no lo llegaron a solucionar. A los próximos huéspedes que vengan, les decimos que es importante reservar con 5 días de antelación para la cena en la habitación. El hotel es una vuelta al pasado en el mejor y peor de los sentidos. No tiene opción buena y disponible para comer o cenar en el hotel. En los dos días que estuvimos, nos pusieron dos desayunos distintos que, a pesar nosotros de comer de todo, nos resultó bastante por debajo de las expectativas. En nuestra luna de miel, hemos tenido desayunos mucho mejores por un precio mucho más bajo. En fin, una pena que por todos estos detalles, lo que iba a ser una buena estancia en nuestra luna de miel, se convirtió en un sitio mágico con múltiples defectos. El snack corner no tiene nada para comer, algo que no se entiende estando a 10 mins andando del pueblo.

• MICHAEL (7/5): Hotel needs updating and omakase meal was good but not incredible. meal was very nice but we had better at a Ryokan u - It was up on a hill which was nice. The omakase meal had some delicious courses and some just okay. The presentation was very beautiful! It was musty and a bit moldy smelling. It definitely needs updating for how much it charges. We paid for a room with a private onsen only to realize it was just a bathtub for one person.

• hyun kyung (9/5): - 전통과 역사가 스며있는 공간 자체가 그대로 감동이었다. 온천시설 역시 인상적이었다. 다시 오고 싶다. 외국인(동남아?)직원들이 훌륭하기는 했지만, 일본직원 특유의 인상적인 응대를 기대했던터라 조금 낯설었고 실망스럽기도 했다. 저녁식사때 지저분한 컵이 놓여있어 당황했고, 일부 음식들은 너무 미리 준비해놓았는지 가이세키라기보다 도시락을 먹는 느낌도 났다. 예전에 경험했던 온천장의 가이세키는 정성가득하고, 곁에서 하나하나 그때그때 챙겨주던 고급정찬이었던는데, 이번엔 좀 기대에 좀 미치지 못한 부분들이 있었다.

Исследования номера в традиционном стиле и бесконечных переходов в гостинице доставило особое удовольствие и скрасило время. Предоставляется бесплатный трансфер, но мы им не воспользовались, сделав выбор в пользу пешей прогулки - не далеко и есть возможность осмотреть местные достопримечательности.

• Andy Di (9/5): - The staff are all lovely and accomodating; the young lady who was assigned to me spoke great english and did a very graceful job of serving dinner. The room itself was clean and spacious with a great view of the mountainside, with an open air bathtub that used hot spring water. There are more modern ryokans around but honestly the age and traditional style of the building just adds way more to the ambience. A super nice experience to just slow down, relax and disconnect from the daily slog. The bar is super cosy and there seemed to be a bunch of other activities like table tennis and board games if that floats your boat. Minor nitpicks: Food is very good but not exceptional. The floor was a bit creaky in some areas. Might have been me, but I couldn't lock my door without feeling like I was causing a ruckus. I learnt that I don't handle sleeping on futons as well as I used to.

• CHUN (5/5): 慘不忍睹，泡湯泡完要用跑的出來怕遇到鬼 - 操他媽恐怖，整間搞得跟鬼屋一樣 走在路上會看到一堆老照片，喜歡鬼屋探險的可以去 走廊又小又窄，地板都是靜音地毯走路沒聲音，轉彎遇到人會嚇死 但服務人員都很熱情，房間也還算舒適 早上在山上看著下呂市蠻美的 真的是要嚇死人 人生一定要去住一次，看看自己膽子大不大
