• Biljana (4/5): - It’s probably unique place for treatment of wi-fi addiction - no internet access in 21 century! Unbelievable! Second, the entire place has unbearable odor. Third, for six days there was no cleaning service or change of towels and bedding. The only good thing was the decent meals. In sum, never again in this hotel.

• Verified traveler (8/5): A candid assessment - Most of the staff did their best to make sure we were well looked after; as always there were a couple of slackers and some grumpy employees but for the most part the hotel was very comfortable and the food was always tasty.
• Verified traveler (2/5): - Unzumutbar,Familienzimmer gebucht und Doppelzimmer mit unzureichender Austattung bekommen ,Kinder mussten auf notdürftig hergerichteter Couch nächtigen ,auf Beschwerden darauf hin wurde nicht eingegangen , Essen war eine Katastrophe trotz Halbpension ,Pool war komplett grün und keine Bar und Sonnenschirme vorhanden! Reinigung alle 3 Tage und nicht wie beschrieben täglich ! Dieses Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen !!
• Marina (4/5): - schöne Lage und toller Strand und Meer, aber es ist ziemlich dreckig, es gibt Ameisen, die Bettwäsche ist fleckig, es gibt Spinnweben. Nach unserer Ankunft bemängelten wir, dass die Bettwäsche schmutzig war und Ameisen im Zimmer waren und das Badezimmer schlecht roch.Erst am vierten Tag kamen sie, um die Bettwäsche zu wechseln und zu reinigen. Sehr unprofessionelles Personal an der Rezeption. Das Essen ist jeden Tag absolut gleich, eintönig und ohne große Auswahl. Der Pool ist beschädigt und gefährlich für kleine Kinder, da sich der Kunststoff um den Pool herum löst und bricht, sodass sich Kinder leicht schneiden können. Das Restaurant- und Strandpersonal ist sehr freundlich, aber alles andere ist leider sehr schlecht.
• Toni (2/5): - Vi hade myror på rummet, ingen städning under 4 dagar, smutsigt i korridorer i hela hotellet och det stank sopor i hela hotellet. Jag skulle inte rekommendera maten på hotellet, frukosten och middag. För ett fyrstjärnigt hotell var det mat som passade till ett-två stjärnigt .

• Verified traveler (8/5): Τέλη Οκτωβρίου στη Τορώνη - Αν ξέρει κανείς οτι στα τέλη Οκτωβρίου η Σιθωνία και η Τορώνη είναι σχεδόν έρημες αλλά ήσυχες και πολύ όμορφες, τότε θα περάσει καλά. Το ξενοδοχείο χρειάζεται μια ανανέωση και επισκευές σε βασικά πράγματα αλλά είχε ότι θα ήθελε κανείς για μια μικρή διαμονή, εξαιρετική τοποθεσία και πολύ καλή τιμή.

Appartamento comodo e spazioso ma bisognevole di una radicale ristrutturazione soprattutto nella zona bagno. Il personale era tutto favoloso: gentile, cordiale. Un appunto sulla cena: un po' ripetitiva.Per concludere: se non fosse per l'appartamento decadente,vi darei un 10 con lode!

• Verified traveler (6/5): Отель на Ситонии - Единственное ,что омрачило отдых в данном отеле - по приезду ,несмотря на заранее оплаченное проживание в отеле ,не оказалось свободных номеров и хотели предложить остановиться в другом отеле этой же сети,но оказалось, что он более низкой категории.Далее номер все же нашелся, и с их слов, даже дали более высшей категории ,чем был оплачен.В целом, отель наверно неплох для Халкидиков ,так как особенно роскошных там мало. Номер в новом корпусе просторный, кровать тоже. Но нет чайника, не нашла фена для волос. Есть хорошая террасса,где можно отдохнуть с видом на зеленую лужайку. Море и пляж отличные, поселок Торони вообще удачно расположен,так как во время поездки по Халкидикам я поняла,что не все курортные поселки расположены вблизи от моря, и с пляжем проблемы. Питание неплохое,но не очень разнообразное. Есть многочисленные таверны,где можно пообедать недорого. Есть бассейн, массажи и СПА за доплату.Уборка номера хорошая. В целом,отдых на четверку.
• Mihai (6/5): Holliday in Blue Sea Hotel Toroni - The hotel has a very good position, near sea (30m).The cleaning of the room was excellent.The view of our room was to the pool.Unfortunately, the breakfast is not very good, is the same in every day. The coffee is very bad.Also the signal of WiFi is bad and sometimes is missing. The sunbeds is free but you are obliged to take a drink from the beach bar.
• GRIGORIOS I. (8/5): Stay away! - We checked in a room very different compared with that we booked. It was smaller, with 1 less bed, without LCD tv and in any case very different with the photos of the room we booked. The reception was unprofessional. First tried to convince us that the room they give us is the same with that we booked. After, they said that we have right but there is no other room available. Then they promised that we will change room next day. Next day they told us that we will have to stay more 2 days at the same room. Finally, from our 6 nights stay, we spend our 3 days to a room very different from what we booked. They ruined our vacations. Stay away.

• Stephen (4/5): The Ghost Town Resort - We went on the 9th November and the area had closed down, no shops no restaurants, the Hotel had no staff, we got relocated after one day, the place shuts at the end of September but Hotels.com and The Toroni Blue Sea don't let you know, no way is it a 4 star I wouldn't give it two, lots of dogs and dog mess, the beach is the only good thing about the place!
• Christophe (2/5): Une horreur, l'hôtel comme le site hôtel.com - HORRIBLE... mais l'hôtel n'est pas le seul responsable! Merci hôtel.com, à notre arrivée, l'hôtel était fermé. Nous avons trouvé un homme de maintenance qui a bien voulu nous ouvrir une chambre sans chauffage ni eau chaude. Pas la peine de parler de l'absence de la demi-pension. Un manque de professionnalisme presque incroyable de la part du site et de l'hôtelier.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Schlechtes Management - Das Hotel war überbucht. Statt des gebuchten und schon bezahlten Familienzimmers mit Meerblick bekamen wir ein Standartzimmer mit 4 Betten vollgestellt mit einen Blick auf eine Mauer und parkende Autos.Es lag neben den Personalunterkünften im Keller auf dem Flur roch es unangenehm. Es war zunächst kein anderes Zimmer frei, der Manager war nicht erreichbar. Nach 2 Tagen bekamen wir ein Zimmer mit Meerblick jedoch ebenso klein. Nach weiteren Beschwerden sollten wir am dritten Tag ein Familienzimmer bekommen es war aber noch nicht frei.Wir gaben dann auf,weil wir statt Warten und Umziehen auch mal Urlaub haben wollten und nur 5 Tage hatten.Die Rezeption wurde von einer Praktikantin geleitet die nett war aber keinerlei Kompetenzen hatte.
• Aleksandar (8/5): Its worth to go once! - In a new wing, family rooms are very good(new furniture, lot of space, big bathroom, always hot water, every day service, nice view on see (pool)! Food is good and have a lot of different meals, but with spices characteristic for Greek kitchen (maybe not suitable for all)! Staff is very kind and helpful! Lot of parking space, and lot of mosquito's!!! Beach is on one minute from hotel, very clean, sea water is excellent!
• Sergey (8/5): Great location - That was good idea to read all the comments which were helpful. Instead of the superior room with the sea view they wanted to give us the one with the basement view but my husband managed to have the family room with the sea view. The furniture, bed, mattress were old and the air conditioner was working really bad as well as wifi connection. But all of these can be forgiven for the hotel location 'cos it's really great. It's situated at the beach.

• Theocharis (8/5): Πολυ καλο - Η γενικη εικονα ηταν πολυ καλη. Καποιες λεπτομερειες κανουν τη διαφορα απο το αριστο. Το πρωϊνο ηταν τελειο. Η υπηρεσια καθαριοτητας μετρια. Το προσωπικο ελληνικης επιχειρησης ειναι υποχρεωμενο να μιλαει και Ελληνικα.
• Diego (4/5): 4 stelle? E per cosa? - L'albergo non sarebbe male, se non fosse che i servizi troppo spesso sono carenti. Contestualizzo brevemente la nostra espeirenza: io, mia moglie e mio figlio abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo le prime due settimane dell'agosto 2015 con formula a mezza pensione. Ecco il nostro giudizio: Pulizia delle camere - Buono, tutti i giorni vengono cambiati gli asciugamani e se non erro anche le lenzuola. Il fatto è che a volte il servizio di lavaggio non sempre sostiene i ritmi di un cambio cosi frequente, per cui per qualche giorno siamo rimasti senza tappetino della doccia, per un giorni senza asciugamani piccoli, e per un giorno abbiamo rischiato di non avere nulla; solo dopo due solleciti siamo riusciti a ottenere gli asciugamani grandi per poterci fare la doccia... Cibo - Troppo. ma veramente troppo ripetitivo. Rumore - Qui forse dipende dalla struttura della costruzione quasi ad anfiteatro, ma fino alle 23 c'è un rumore di fondo veramente troppo eccessivo soprattutto per chi vuole fare dormire un bambino piccolo. Wi-Fi - Penoso. Funziona solo nei punti comuni e solo nelle ora di minor punta. Sicurezza - Anche qui qualche aspetto dolente: aperto al passaggio di tutti anche vicino alle camere, la sera poco illuminato.

• Oliver (8/5): Hotel for people at all years of age - Nice location near the sea, cleanness (inside and outside), very good staff and a program for animation of the child in the middle of the day (in hot hours). Only they have to improve the food. At all, I recommend visiting this hotel.
• Karolj (6/5): Luksushotell i fritt forfall - Man kan se på hele hotellet forfall , dørene tetter dårlig den ene natt lampa manglet lyspære den andre var borte , krana på badet var korroder og vanskelig å åpne . Badet var fult av maur . Vi kjøpte rom med halvpensjon frokost var ok , men middagen var variert kvalitet og bufen var stadig vek tom , så man måtte vente på maten eller komme tilbake . Foresten var ingen drikke inkludert ikke vann engang man måtte kjøpe alt .
• Sören (8/5): Badhotell i badort - Vi fick några sköna soliga dagar i Toroni som är ett ganska litet och ganska lugnt ställe med en lång strand. Vi slappade också vid Toroni Blue Sea Hotel & Spas fina pool, och tränade även i deras gym.
• jojo (8/5): - erster Aufenthalt in Griechenland hat uns super gut gefallen, tolle Landschaft,Superstrände und klares Wasser in wunderbaren Farben. Haben mit einem günstigen Leihwagen die 3 Chalkidikifinger erkundet - Schiffstour entlang der Athosinsel und Stadtbesuch in Thesssaloniki gemacht.
• Conny (4/5): Wir waren enttäuscht! - Reisezeit Ende Oktober, ausserhalb der Saison: nur 1 Person (leider nur griechisch-sprachig) für Rezeption und Service/Bedienung Essen, in der Küche war o. g. Person mit zwei älteren Helfer beim kochen, Zimmer staubig, Abendessen nicht in Buffettform - es gab ein Gericht, welches jeder Gast bekam; keine Getränke zum Abendessen - auf mehrmaliges Nachfragen gab es nur "Beer or Cola", Spa-Bereich geschlossen, Pool ohne Wasser, ein Stückchen Meerblick (EG-Zimmer) über leeren Pool hinweg, Frühstück: Weißbrot, 1 Sorte Käse, 1 Sorte Schinken, Honig, Marmelade.

• Anja (4/5): Geen 4-klasse Hotel waardig betr. standaardkamer 9 - Geboekt een 2-pers.standaardkamer volgens aanbieding, kreeg kamer nr. 9 met 4 een-pers. bedden, een kleine smalle kledingkast met 3 verbogen hangers, oude kleine TV die het niet deed, geen bedlampjes, 1 nachtkastje, geen spiegel, geen stoel,-badkamerlicht kapot, loshangende elektr. draden. Geheel voldeed volstrekt niet aan mijn boeking, m.u.v. zeezicht, dat had ik wel. Klacht werd na 3 dagen afspraken met manager Vasilis, die op alle afgesproken tijden niet kwam opdagen, uiteindelijk op de 3e vakantiedag een optie met bijbetaling van €. 160,00 voor de rest. 8 nachten op een superieur kamer, die wel in orde was. Kortom 12 dagen vakantie, waarvan er 3 dagen verziekt werden door niet de geboekte kamer te hebben i.p. daarvan een kamer met een krakkemikkig samengeraapt zooitje, het niet-/te laat nakomen van afspraken met manager Vasilis en de bijbetaling voor een duurdere kamer, omdat er geen standaard kamer volgens mijn boeking aangeboden kon worden!!! De opmerking van Vasilis was dat er met Expedia veel ongenoegen was wegens betalDe standaardkamers lagen in het oude (nog te renoveren) gedeelte en de superieurkamers in het nieuwe al gerenoveerde gedeelte. Geen lift aanwezig!! Het personeel werkte hard van 's morgens vroeg tot 's avonds laat. Lopend buffet ieder dag hetzelfde keuze menu. Zwembad aanwezig. Veel gezinnen met baby,s, kleine kinderen, krijsende overlast voor andere bezoekers. Ik raad niemand dit hotel aan. Voor mij geldt . NOOIT MEER NAAR HOTEL & SPA TORONI BLUE SEA

• Anke (10/5): Perfekter Strandurlaub mit Kindern bei Freunden - Das Zimmer war super. 2 Räume, 50 m2, toll geschnitten, mit guten massiven Möbeln, einem bequemen Bett (King Size) und einer Kitchinette (Kühlschrank / Gefrierfach inkl.). Wir hatten Mückentüren vor den Balkontüren und den Fenstern und eine gepflegte Sitzgelegenheit auf dem Balkon. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag perfekt gereinigt. Großes Lob an die Damen! Das Publikum war zu unserem Zeitpunkt sehr gemischt. Wir waren mit noch einer Familie die einzigen Deutschen. Es waren viele Serben, Italiener, Slowaken, Griechen, nachher auch Bulgaren und Rumänen da. Wir fanden das sehr angenehm und interessant. Es gab Buffet. Mittags und Abends konnte man aber auch a la Carte essen. Das Buffet war nicht riesig aber dafür waren die Speisen frisch, schnackhaft und landestypisch (abends keine aufgewärmten Sachen vom Mittag). Es gab immer diverse Beilagen (Reis, Nudeln, Kartoffeln), Gemüse und ein Fischgericht und 2 Fleischgerichte. Der Nachtisch bestand aus Obst und einer Süßspeise. Eine Suppe gab es auch und ein Salatbuffet wo man sich einen tollen griech. Salat machen konnte. Getränkepreise waren auch in Ordnung. Wir hatten auch mit Kleinkind keine Probleme einen "gesunden Teller" zu machen. Der Hotelstrand ist über die kleine Strasse zu erreichen (wenig Verkehr) und mit einer Strandbar ausgestattet. Hier kann man die fast 50 Schirme um Liegen ausleihen. Sehr fair: man zahlt 5,50 und bekommt dafür dann 2 Getränke (nicht alk.). Fazit: ein gelungener Strandurlaub mit glücklichen Kindern

• Verified traveler (8/5): good potential for more - big rooms with refrigerator, nice balcony with pool view and sea view. Hotel has free parking and is next to the beach. The rooms are quite noisy ... or my neighbourrs were moving furniture all night long? Good shower with fancy "massage" jets... but no curtain or door, so all bathroom is flooded after use. But still ... good choice for such price
• Verified traveler (10/5): Fantastic, relaxing holiday - Hotel was clean, plenty of amenities even though the spa was not open as too early in the season. Staff were amazing, very polite and could not do enough for us. Pool area was great, beach was fantastic. We had bed and breakfast and had a buffet style meal. This was very good. Room was cleaned every day to excellent standard. Very quiet area and perfect for any holiday.
• Penelope (8/5): Beachside Hotel - Toroni Blue Sea Hotel - a quiet location at the end of the season (September) with a great beach, lovely sea for swimming & convenient little supermarket for eats & drinks. The hotel was clean, the pool adequate (although in need of some t.l.c) and the room was comfortable. There was a distinct 'end of season' feel to the place & the people...it was all a little shabby & tired. Overall, it was a good place to rest & relax as there was little else to do.
• Claudia (10/5): A great time away with the family. - My husband and I went with our three year old daughter to Toroni Blue Sea Resort and Spa. We couldn't have been happier. The hotel is steps from the beach and the pool was a real plus for our daughter. We had breakfast and dinner included in our stay and it made the whole experience really relaxing. Any minor issues that arose were quickly taken care of by the hotel staff. I would make this note - I am an American and I recall reading reviews about the hotel (no shower curtain - one roll of toilet paper etc.) I would say this - going to Greece gives you a European view on things - and the " complaints" I read in other reviews are simply the way people over here live ( I am living in Europe - so I can say this with confidence.)

• Verified traveler (8/5): It is a resort but it is not exactly... - This is a very nice propertywith lots of features and a very friendly staff. There are hotel rooms as well as small family studios with kitchenette. The store with all one needs for food and drinks is located on the premises. Beautiful swimming pool and the beach. Negative is that children are allowed to run around the pool and splash in the water unattended. We were out of the season there and I'm afraid to think how it must be noisy in the summer. Breakfast is acceptable but not a 'Sweedish table' style with a variety of foods. Like in some hotel properties in Greece, there is no shower curtain in the bathroom and floor tiles get slippery. The hotel should provide anti-slip pads for the shower base and on the bathroom floor. Still, we would gladly go back again.
