  These new superior units consist of of 2 bedrooms furnished with extra large beds, TV and air conditioning. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with an extra large walk-in shower. The unit also has a kitchenette as well as an outside area where you can sit back and enjoy the garden views. Free WiFi is available in all rooms as well as the clubhouse, which is only steps away. Daily cleaning service are also included. Please note that this type of villa has no living room. If you would rather upgrade to extra-large king beds, please send your request upon booking.

• Luis F.Silva (7/5): - Comodidades, envolvência Pequeno almoço com muitas faltas, pouca reposição/variedade ou inércia dos empregados. No Sábado tivemos que pedir de tudo, leite, sumo, bolos... O pão não era do dia...enfim. No Domingo foi um pouco melhor, ainda assim... SPA sem controlo, pessoas sem touca e não são chamadas á atenção. Jacuzzi fraco, é mais uma banheira!!!

Hier en daar kan er na al die jaren wat opfriswerk gebeuren. In de fitness waren verschillende toestellen vb. stuk.

• Thilo (9/5): Super Team, schöne Anlage - Sehr nettes Personal, sehr gutes, preiswertes Essen und Trinken. Ich war im Radtrainingslager und hatte einen medizinischen Notfall. Das Team vom SportsResort hat sich super um mich gekümmert. Die Kochutensilien in der Küchen waren etwas zu wenig.

Ar condicionado existente, essencial nesta altura do ano, mais fria. Já estivemos alojados no Browns algumas vezes, mas esta foi a primeira vez nesta altura do ano. Consideramos que é o tipico alojamento para o verão e pouco preparado para épocas mais frias. Pequeno-almoço suficiente mas com pouca variedade, dada a baixa taxa de ocupação do alojamento.

• Ana (10/5): Se voltar a ficar na zona ficarei de novo neste alojamento - Passei apenas uma noite no alojamento, chegando às 21h30 e partindo de manhã logo a seguir ao pequeno-almoço. Foi tudo muito bom, tendo em conta que apenas dormi no alojamento. Não tive oportunidade de usufruir da oferta de serviços disponível. Atendimento simpático e atencioso, instalações excelentes, assim como a limpeza. Pequeno-almoço continental razoável. A ligação ao wi-fi gratuito não funcionou. O bacon e ovos do pequeno-almoço deviam ser mais cozinhados. Acabaram os mini pasteis de nata e não foram repostos.

• SANDRINEMANU (10/5): Super séjour de 2 nuits ! - Le logement était super ! Le personnel est très bien ainsi que leurs conseils. Nous avons été ravis d'avoir accès à l'espace aquatique. Il faisait froid à notre arrivée mais rien de grave car un fois le système de chauffage en fonctionnement, il faisait bon.

• Jose Manuel (8/5): Browns for ever! - O Browns é um clube multidesportos com alojamento integrado. Há um sem número de actividades que podem ser praticadas e cada estadia nunca é aborrecida. Por exemplo, nesta noite em que lá fiquei, havia muito mau tempo e, ainda assim, fiz natação e spa, além de ter usufruído do alojamento confortável! Há alguma rigidez na relação com o cliente. Por exemplo, uma das regras é que tratam do quarto que ocupares, exceto da limpeza da louça. Porquê? Se há pessoal doméstico todos os dias e o pagamento do alojamento deve refletir também esse serviço. Por outro lado, quando fui ao spa, não me tinham avisado que tinha de trazer uma toalha do quarto, senão a toalha que seria fornecida no Clube tinha de ser paga extra. Ultrapassei esta situação estranha pela boa vontade do funcionário, mas por que esta regra quando o alojamento nem sequer é barato? Impõe-se a melhoria do serviço ao cliente.

• Andreia (4/5): Definitely not going back - When we arrived at the property everything looked amazing. At night when we went to bed there was a horrible smell in the mattress that we had to call them to change the mattress. There was no spare mattresses available, instead they asked us to turn the mattress and gave us spare sheets. The day after we were told that the mattress was cleaned and the issue would be resolved. When we arrived at the house and checked the mattress it was actually the same smell. Just disgusting. Definitely not going back.

• Ben (8/5): We hebben genoten en nemen de locatie in overweging bij een volgend bezoek aan de Algarve. - De aanwezigheid en toegankelijkheid van de (grotendeels) sportfaciliteiten bevielen ons uitstekend. Het grootste deel van het personeel was heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Er hing een goede (sportieve) sfeer. De ligging was gunstig bij een aantal mooie (maar wel prijzige) golfbanen. Het huisje had een beetje een rare indeling was redelijk spartaans maar wel heel schoon. De menukaart was redelijk beperkt maar je kon ook (een beetje) afwijken van de standaard. Jammer dat we niet op het grote voetbalveld konden voetballen.

• Ayelet (8/5): Fun stay with small inconveniences - A really cool idea – sleeping inside a sports complex. Our 4-year-old was super excited about the fact that he was sleeping right next to a football field :) The reception staff were very kind. The kitchen in the room was equipped with utensils, but oddly there was no dish soap. Two bedrooms, a living room, three toilets, and two showers – very convenient. The Wi-Fi was terrible - Overall, it didn’t work well, and on the second floor it didn’t exist at all. The reception staff tried to help but without success. Not all of the windows could be locked, and some of the interior doors wouldn’t close properly (or only shut with a slam).

• Scenic30823777126 (10/5): Great Visit - We were not staying at Browns, however we’re staying 4 Kilometres away in Vilamoura. My partner and I were looking for a gym to use whilst we were on holiday. I messaged Browns to see if this was possible and they advised it was. It would be either €20 a day or €70 for a week pass each. This gave access to entire facilities & gym. If you wanted to play Tennis/Paddle there was an additional cost. The gym was good, had everything you needed for a full body work out, equipment was relatively new and treadmills looked in good quality. On the last day of our holiday we had to check out of our accommodation in Vilamoura at 11, our flight was not till 2000, we went to browns and paid for a day pass. This allowed us to use the outdoor pool and gym whilst they stored our suitcases for us :) To add, there is a lovely little cafe/sports bar serving breakfast and lunch. Overall, would recommend!

O horário que as funcionárias apareceram para efetuar a limpeza e fazer a renovação das toalhas. Apareceram sempre quando estávamos a almoçar. O serviço deve ser feito durante a manhã.

• JoanaCSPinto (8/5): BOM - Casas de banho novas. Camas muito confortáveis. Limpeza de 2 em 2 dias com troca de toalhas mas havia a opção diaria, optamos pela de 2 em 2 dias. Muito pouca privacidade, não podia abrir janelas. Quartos pequenos para camas tão grandes. Sem cruzetas. Varanda sem privacidade e mesa muito pequenina para 4 pessoas. Muito poucos utensílios de cozinha. Não tem máquina de lavar loiça nem roupa e não tinha detergente e esfregão para lavar a loiça.. Um único pano de cozinha que se molhava todo sempre que se lavava a louça e pousava lá (pois não havia outro sítio onde colocar). Lavei-o 3 vezes. Partiu-se um copo num quarto. Pedi à receção para avisarem as senhoras da limpeza, disseram para não me preocupar e não foi limpo. Os apartamentos não têm uma vassoura e apanhador, seria muito mais fácil para estas situações.
