Tsang-langLiu (10/5): - Excellent location to walk to everywhere, surprising good restaurants not in the old town area but out side the old town in the southern border, the traditional fine art museum contents are average, but the buildings complex are superb, the modern art museum is excellent inside and out.

Alejandro (6/5): Céntrico pero olor a pintura - El hotel como valoración positiva está muy céntrico y la habitación y cama para ser un 2 estrellas estaba más que correcta. En el aspecto negativo resaltar que la habitación al entrar daba un olor a pintura que tuvimos q dejar las ventanas abiertas para estar allí.tambien el precio de 90€ noche(aunque eran carnavales)se hace caro,pero todos lo estaban.Por último resaltar que por la noche no hubo ruido pero si a partir de las 8 o 9 de la mañana.

Verified traveler (10/5): Inexpensive and very comfortable - The arrival can seem a little foreboding as the hotel is located inside a building off the street and you have to auto-checkin using a machine, so there is no one in site when you arrive. But it comes at a very low price, with a comfortable bed, simple, yet very clean room and excellent wifi (i was able to live stream an American football game), and right in the center of the city. So I was very happy with my choice, which ended up being perfect for a one night stay. In the morning a very friendly attendant at the front desk took my key.

Verified traveler (4/5): olor fuerte de las tuberías del cuarto de baño - Yo he estado 2 días en ese hotel ( los días 24 y 25 ) había cogido 2 habitaciones me dieron la 208 y 209 y en esas habitaciones había un olor muy fuerte de las tuberías del cuarto de baño .Por la noche tenía que cerrar la puerta del cuarto de baño porque el olor que venía a la habitación era muy fuerte. No repetiría de nuevo en ese hotel

Verified traveler (8/5): Central and affordable - Right in downtown Vitoria, by the main tramline, at the far end of a retail passageway, this handy, bright, modern lodging suits a city break. Rooms are uniform, all light wood and green colour scheme, but by no means uncomfortable. Shower works fine, Wi-Fi too, TV. Only snag is the fact that reception closes at 1.30pm and reopens late afternoon/early evening, so if you're arriving during that time you'll have to hang around without being able to deposit your luggage. Reception staff efficient and friendly. Entry is by keycard.
John (8/5): Well placed for your stay. - Centrally located & in a quiet arcade this budget hotel should be a good place for your visit. We found our bathroom in need of TLC. The toilet cistern button came apart and we had to take the top off to use the plunger to work it. The toilet seat was almost adrift so I tightened the wing nuts. The shower head would not stay up so we had to put a bottle jammed under it to hold it in position. Maybe other rooms were OK but these things should be regularly checked. Receptionist was apologetic & friendly when advised of these problems. Bed was the hardest we encountered in our 5 week holiday but room was spacious & clean.
