Monica (1/5): Disappointing - Nothing I booked a balcony room; however, I was given a room with only French doors and no actual balcony. Additionally, the plug sockets in the room were extremely stiff, making it impossible to charge my phone. I have photo evidence of this issue and will be requesting a refund. The breakfast was also unacceptable — it was the worst I have encountered in over ten years of traveling. There was no coffee available as the machine was faulty, and there were no staff members present in the breakfast area to assist. I even went to the reception, but no one was available there either. This experience has been deeply disappointing. I strongly urge your management to address these issues, as they reflect poorly on your establishment. I will be seeking a refund for the stay due to the false room description and poor service.

Steffen (8/5): Nette saubere Unterkunft mit Restaurant - Liegt gut erreichbar in Fosdinovo. Zimmer hat einen kleinen Balkon. Die Unterkunft hat auch ein angeschlossenes Restaurant, welches wir aber nicht genutzt haben. Wir waren auf der Durchreise und waren nur eine Nacht.

Aldo (1/5): - Restaurant Sporchissima la stanza,asciugamani macchiati e rotti, struttura non è male; ma ho subito reclamato con il personale i punti critici e mi hanno mandato nel pomeriggio una collaboratrice a cambiare le lenzuola. Il balconcino della stanza era inutilizzabile a causa di un nido di vespe sotto il tavolino, c’è stata una pioggia e il terrazzino si è allagatoper mancanza di pulizia del canale di scarico… Per me è un’esperienza da non ripetere mai più, soprattutto quando vuoi rilassarti.
Anna (6/5): - De vloer was vies. Een grote plas regenwater stroomde vanaf het balkon naar binnen. Op de foto's zagen de kamers er veel beter uit dan ze in werkelijkheid waren. Daarnaast waren er maar weinig stopcontacten in de kamer.

NICOLE (8/5): - La struttura si trova in una buona posizione e meno di 10 minuti dal centro di Sarzana. L’hotel risponde di piscina (che non siamo riusciti ad utilizzare per mancanza di tempo) e ampio parcheggio. La colazione era molto misera: caffè e bevande calde della macchinetta, prodotti confezionati (brioches, fette biscottate etc) e poca varietà. Erano presenti però alcune torte soffici molto belle.

Orlando (9/5): Idéalement situé pour visiter les "5 Terre". Je vous conseillez de prendre le train à SARZANA - Petit déjeuner simple mais très correct. Personnel très sympatique, chaleureux et toujours à l'écoute du moindre sujet. Chambre refaite quotidiennement. Restaurant excellent mais assez onéreux. Prises de courant non compatibles avec le sèche cheveux de ma femme. Un sèche cheveux est néanmoins présent mais moins efficace que le nôtre. La piscine ferme à 18h30 car le restaurant se met en place pour le soir.

Magdalena (10/5): Vacanze con il cane - Se viaggiate con un animale, questo è il posto giusto! Il nostro cane in albergo è stato ben accolto e coccolato da tutti. È molto vicino alla spiaggia di Fiumaretta che è ben attrezzata anche per i cani. Di fianco all'albergo inoltre c'è un piccolo parchetto con del verde. La camera è delle giuste dimensioni e dotata di un mini frigo molto utile per tenere l'acqua al fresco in estate, il bagno è molto grande e la doccia molto comoda. L'unica pecca è il giardino della camera che non è recintato quindi, avendo un cane, non abbiamo potuto tenere la portafinestra aperta per cambiare l'aria.

Lamine (8/5): Très bon rapport qualité prix - L'hôtel est bien positionné. Il est proche des lieux à visiter. La piscine est agréable et propre. Le restaurant est très bon. Il y a un centre commercial juste en face pour acheter de la nourriture ou autre. Le personnel est très agréable. Les horaires de la piscine sont trop limités (fermeture à 18h30) et elle a été indisponible toute une journée à cause d'un mariage organisé dans l'hôtel. L'espace pour bronzer est un peu rudimentaire.

BONNEFOND (1/5): Piètre hôtel, gérant inexistant et service zéro - l’hôtel est très très très décevant. La chambre est atrocement sale. Le personnel a dénié changer les draps remplis de traces de matière fécale et ramasser les mégots de cigarettes, ainsi que les cheveux ds les draps et autres fourmis. De plus, le bruit de la fête de mariage au pied de cette chambre n’est nullement compatible avec le repos escompté après 10h de route et deux jeunes enfants très perturbés par ce début de vacances raté. Sans parler de la réaction violente du gérant à notre légitime réclamation. Certes, nous ne savions pas qu’un hôtel qui vante sa piscine sur internet ne donne finalement pas accès à sa piscine une fois sur place et le montant de près de 200 euros encaissé… S sommes des clients fidèles de booking. La suite de notre séjour est organisé via booking. Pour nos prochains voyages, nous hésitons…

Camille (6/5): Un séjour en demi-teinte donc : du potentiel grâce à l’emplacement et au personnel, mais des améliorations sont nécessai - L’emplacement de l’hôtel est vraiment un atout : proche des Cinque Terre, ce qui le rend très pratique pour les excursions. L’hôtel en lui-même est joli et le personnel a été très accueillant et sympathique tout au long du séjour. Cependant, plusieurs points ont entaché notre séjour. La chambre pour quatre adultes était vraiment petite, ce qui rendait le confort limité, et la propreté laissait à désirer. Le petit déjeuner a également été décevant : très peu de choix, et les tables n’étaient pas débarrassées entre les services, ce qui nous a obligés à manger à côté des restes des précédents clients.

Olivier (5/5): Décevant - L’hôtel La Pietra a du potentiel, mais notre expérience a été globalement décevante. Les points positifs : les chambres sont agréables et plutôt confortables, et l’établissement est bien situé pour visiter les Cinque Terre (à 15 min du port d’embarquement) ou rayonner vers Pise et Florence. Mais plusieurs éléments ont fortement terni notre séjour : L’hôtel semblait désert. Une seule personne, très gentille au demeurant, s’occupait de tout : accueil, ménage, petit-déjeuner… Le restaurant était fermé, et les tables inclinées exprès pour empêcher qu’on s’y installe, ce qui donnait une impression d’abandon. L’espace transat était inutilisable : herbe haute, transats en vrac non installés. Le petit déjeuner était très basique, avec des produits purement industriels et du pain manifestement préparé à l’avance et déjà sec. L’emplacement peut prêter à confusion : on n’est pas dans le charmant village de Fosdinovo mais dans une zone commerciale, face à un supermarché. C’est franchement déconcertant à l’arrivée. En résumé, un hôtel avec du potentiel et un bon rapport qualité/prix si une vraie équipe est mise en place et que l’entretien général est sérieusement amélioré. En l’état, je ne recommanderais pas.

Mats (4/5): Cheap breakfast! - Nice and clean pool. Do not book this hotel if you want a descent breakfast! First day, we got packaged bread and no fresh fruit or vegetables and hard boiled egg (not cooked the same day) and the only yoghurt was with coffee flavour. Second day was slightly better with cooked ham and some fresh bread but no fresh fruit or vegetables. If the hotel advert free breakfast, it should be with at least fresh bread, fruits and vegetables. The was an electric water boiler in the room but no cups or coffee/tea. Many of the sunchairs were broken

SYLVIANE (10/5): Bon accueil, hôtel vieillot. - Bon accueil, la voiture garée à coté de l'hôtel. La piscine très propre, la chambre spacieuse, la télé grand écran. Le resto de très bonne qualité. Le prix un peu élevé, l'hôtel est un peu vieillot. Le bac à douche est vraiment petit. La piscine étant au restaurant elle n'est pas accessible à partir de 18h30 ce qui est dommage quand on revient des visites. Le jardin avec les bains de soleil est séparé de la piscine par une haie, ça donne l'impression de ne pas être au bord de la piscine mais dans un petit jardin.

Gentilezza, professionalità educazione e disponibilità sono i segni distintivi.di questa location Albergo a gestione famigliare, dove si respira un'atmosfera serena.che fa sentire a proprio agio l'ospite. Parcheggio gratuito limitrofo la struttura Camera con giardino privato. Aria condizionata TV schermo piatto. Un pizzico di cura nei dettagli,farebbe la "differenza" . La piscina è molto bella e curata, il solarium situato alle spalle della suddetta è dotato di lettini ma poco curato e privo di ombrelloni . La camera è migliorabile...il bagno un po' "datato"... La pulizia purtroppo approssimativa. 🥹Il box doccia non era pulito, ed ho trovato ciuffi di lunghi capelli neri . Qualche ragnatela e sassolini sia nel box doccia che in prossimità della porta finestra odore sgradevole dagli scarichi del bagno... Più attenzione verso questi dettagli, renderebbero la location un vero bijoux.
Hanna (3/5): Katastrof - Bodde en natt. Smutsigt, använda lakan, obehaglig lukt på rummet. Frukosten var katastrof, gamla ägg, rumsvarm yoghurt och pålägg, allt utställt på ett bord utomhus under tak på deras restaurangterass i ca 25 grader. Var på genomresa mot franska rivieran, hade vi kunnat hade vi inte stannat kvar men kom sent. Rekommenderar inte detta boende!

Les serveurs sont très agréables La literie est ignoble (chambre pour 4 personnes , le canapé lit est desagreable), la salle de bains et lz mobilier sont vieillots , et quelques saletés au sol et cheveux sur les serviettes. L'emplacement dans une zone commerciale n'est pas terrible . Les horaires de la piscine ne permettent pas d'en profiter si nous venons pour une nuit
