• Ulikah (7/5): Sehr schöne, preiswerte, aber renovierungsbedürftige Anlage, mit kleinen Mängeln - Die bauliche Anlage, der Pool, der Zuschnitt des Appartments (Nr. 52), die große Terrasse, zusätzliche große Handtücher/Safe gegen Pfand erhältlich. Renovierung der Anlage ist angekündigt. Küchenausstattung dürftig, z. B. keine Kaffemaschine/Kaffeefilter, Wasserkocher nur gegen Kosten, Oberfläche des Küchentresen auch in sauberem Zustand 'klebrig', Terrassentüren in miesem Zustand (klemmen oder schließen nicht gut), div. Risse im Mauerwerk, Fassadenfarbe blättert ab - die Bauteile der gesamten Anlage, so schön sie im Grunde ist, benötigen eine gründliche Renovierung. Das im Komplex liegende frühere Restaurant 'El Capitan' ist noch immer nicht wieder in Betrieb.
• marta (1/5): Avoid this hotel – ants in multiple rooms and completely unresponsive staff with no refund. - absolutely anything!! huge disappointment :////// ANTS everywhere The hotel was a huge disappointment. There were ants in the room, and although I was offered other rooms, I couldn’t accept them because those rooms also had ants. It’s unacceptable that rooms prepared for new guests were not clean and had the same issue. On top of that, the hotel has been completely unresponsive. They are ignoring emails and calls from Booking.com, and I am still waiting for a refund with no communication at all. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience. I would not recommend this place. Big NO for that hotel :(
• Koggel (1/5): Nooit weer! - Bijna tot niks beviel ons. De service, het meewerken en meedenken van de receptie viel enorm tegen. 2 van onze meerdere kamers waren in slechte staat. Badkamers niet schoon. 1 kamer kon van buitenaf niet op slot. 1 kamer had geen verlichting en geen ramen dus geen daglicht, hie moet je daar dan zien hoe je loopt of waar je bent. Bij vraag om verhuizing was niks mogelijk opties aanbieden van een extra bed (zodat de oplossing wellicht de volgende dag geregeld kon worden) in een kamer was niet mogelijk. Receptie wilde niet meewerken, daardoor extern 2 nieuwe kamers moeten reserveren!

• stefysasy (6/5): Posizione strategica - Indubbiamente si trova in una posizione strategica, realmente al centro e a pochi passi dalla spiaggia proprio di fronte al barcelo. Alla reception c'era una persona davvero gentile inoltre al bar c'è una persona che parla in italiano molto gentile che dà tanta informazioni. Necessità di una ristrutturazione, struttura vecchia, la mia camera era datata La porta d'entrata tutta rotta la cucina era inaccessibile c'erano formiche sul piano da cucina, il bagno piccolino ed essenziale camera da letto con tendaggi e copriletti vecchi, la piscina era l'unica cosa bella di questo villaggio e la posizione ovviamente... Per pochi giorni va bene ma per una vacanza lunga assolutamente no!

• Medina Valentín (6/5): Ubicación- precio bien. - Tiene buena ubicación. Para estarte recorriendo la isla y simplemente pasarte a dormir está bien. La piscina no la usamos pero pintaba bien! Añadir que nos cambiaron toallas y cambio de ropa de cama sin nosotros pedirlo, nos pareció fenomenal . Los apartamentos no dejan de ser algo antiguos y su aspecto da una impresión algo descuidada. La única pega que puedo destacar es el problema de las hormigas; sin embargo, como no pasamos mucho tiempo dentro del apartamento, no fue algo que nos afectara demasiado.

La imagen del complejo no se corresponde con la realidad, no hay piscina, los armarios desvencijados, en general el mobiliario es del año catapum, la nevera goteando, las puertas correderas del baño desencajadas y las contrapuertas de entrada no cerraban, lo cual generaba sensación de inseguridad. En fin un desastre

• Wiebke (6/5): War für den Preis ok. - Lage und Sauberkeit Kein wlan Zugang möglich, ( Router hatte keine Verbindung 🤷🏼‍♀️) Küche sehr schlecht ausgestattet, auf dem Herd Wasser zum kochen zu bringen ging gar nicht! Tür zum Bad ging gar nicht zu verschließen da Tür verzogen war. Keine Kaffeemaschine.
• Charlotte (7/5): Accommodation was booked last minute do to extended stay, venue close to lots of amenities, bars restaurants etc. it’s b - Close to main areas of caleta, whilst dated it was very clean had a nice pool terrace. Had mugs in the cupboard which was great Not many plug points, could have maybe benefited from some washing up liquid.

• Daniele (6/5): Buona soluzione se si usa la camera come base per girare l'isola, senza pretese di confort. - Posizione ottima, ottima per spostamenti e in centro paese. Piscina molto carina, non utilizzata perchè il clima era ancora freddo. Letto comodo anche se erano 2 letti singoli (con lenzuola singole), poi uniti manualmente da noi all'arrivo. -Entrata direttamente dalla strada (con la porta o la finestra aperta i passanti ti guardano dentro) -Pozzanghera proprio davanti alla porta di uscita (in caso di pioggia però passano sempre a scopare via l'acqua) -Presenza di formiche! Appena si lascia una briciola di cibo, compaiono. Credo vengano fuori dal legno presente su tutte le pareti. E credo sia il motivo per cui le stanze vengono pulite con la candeggina (che lascia un forte odore). Ce ne siamo accorti appena arrivati. -Bagno accettabile e pulito, anche se: non ha finestre, manca il bidet e la doccia se non si sta attenti perde acqua

Struttura datata, andrebbe fatta un po di manutenzione e pulizia dei locali un po più approfondita. La sera si fa fatica a dormire i locali sono frequentati e la porta in legno lascia passare tutti i rumori, zero insonorizzazione.

• Monika (5/5): Great location, but transparency about rooms needs improvement - The hotel is reasonably good value for money, and the location is definitely a big plus. It’s close to the beach, surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants, and very convenient for transport—around 10 minutes by car or roughly 20 minutes by bus from the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. The main issue was that the room did not match the photos shown when booking. The images made it look much more spacious and brighter, almost like a completely different room. In reality, our room felt quite small and was positioned in a way that made it seem hidden behind bushes, with very little natural light—almost like a basement. We understand that hotels have different room types, but the photos should accurately reflect what guests are likely to receive. Using what appears to be images of the best room for all listings feels misleading. When we asked about changing rooms, we were told it’s normally possible to upgrade for an extra fee (presumably to a room more like the one shown in the photos). Unfortunately, this wasn’t an option during our stay as the hotel was fully booked which is understandable. There were also a few basic things missing that made the stay less comfortable. There was no hand soap in the bathroom, and although it was a self-catering setup, there wasn’t even a sponge provided to wash dishes. Additionally, amenities like a hairdryer were not included and required an extra fee—not a deposit, but an actual charge—which, even if small, should be clearly stated in advance. Overall, this hotel has a lot going for it—especially the location—but the advertising and transparency around rooms and amenities could definitely be improved.

• mickey (5/5): Bad experience - Price cheapish. Central location. A drunk (Morrocan?) intruder entered my room & tried to sexually assault me. I complained to reception & they did not seem bothered about it. He then went to the complexes bar.

Suihkukaapin ovi ja suihkun suutin olivat rikki. Huoneen ruokapöytänä toimiva baaritiski oli maalattu ulkotiloihin tarkoitetulla maalilla ja se oli siksi tahmea. Ovet natisivat. Huoneet kaipaisivat remonttia. Viereisestä huoneesta kaikui humalaisen brittinaisen huutoa ja tappelua yhtenä iltana myöhään.

• Hartford (6/5): Chap and cheerful - You get what you pay for, cheap and cheerful! The rooms are clean minus the little ants (just get bug spray from the shop round the corner). My room came with extra blankets and pillows which were needed as there’s no air con in the rooms. The towels and bedding were changed on day 3 of our 5 day stay which was absolutely fine for us. We had everything minus a kettle in the kitchen, always beds available for sunbathing next to the pool! The pool isn’t heated and is cold in February but the kids didn’t care and were straight in it! They serve small meals at the bar which are good value for money, the beach is a 10 min walk, there is a supermarket literally 2 mins away, food places 2-5 mins away so the location is great. Make sure you bring cash for your cup deposits they will cause an absolute fuss about you not stealing the cups and bringing them back. The fridge was broken when we got the room at 11 and I told reception and by 5pm it had been replaced. The only small issue that was annoying to deal with was the shower, it over flowed and went all over the floor. Not a huge issue as most places on the island have the same, but rather annoying using towels for our body’s on the floor and when asking for more the receptionist said I would need to pay 10euros
