- Laki Maurice (6/5): - This hotel must have been top-notch when it was built, but it's in need of renovation; some of the facilities no longer work properly. This is certainly true of the air conditioning, at least in my room: I woke up every morning with very dry nostrils because I wasn't getting enough fresh air in the room during the night, as I couldn't open the window to let in fresh air. At breakfast, we were greeted with a smile by Esmily, who was very attentive to the guests. Breakfast was a buffet, but unfortunately, it lacked local options. Kenya being a tourist destination, one would expect to find local cuisine. The air conditioning needed to be repaired, and the television wasn't working either.

J’ai demandé, au minimum, un geste commercial (un repas sur place ou autre), puisque je ne pouvais pas être remboursée. Au lieu de cela, on m’a facturé des frais supplémentaires parce que je partais plus tôt… C’est la première fois que je vois cela. Je trouve cette pratique malhonnête, à la limite de l’arnaque. Faites très attention ou fuyez cet hôtel. Je n’y reviendrai plus. En plus, il y avait des travaux de peinture et beaucoup de bruit juste devant ma chambre, ce qui a rendu le séjour encore plus désagréable. Et pour couronner le tout, j’ai même trouvé des cafards dans ma chambre. Inacceptable.

- ZUHAIR (1/5): Not worth my time and money spent for the night in this facility. - Nothing was up to my expectation apart from the staff which they were cordial at least. I was given a room adjacent to House Keeping room which was noisy throughout my stay which I couldn't rest at all. I had few hours to transit and rest in Nairobi before my second flight, yet, due to the staff noise and movements, I could not rest and it was the worst night ever that experienced during my travels.

- Anja (8/5): Gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis, aber in die Jahre gekommen - Sehr freundliches Personal. Wir wurden abends zu unserem Restaurant in der Nähe begleitet. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend. Die Dachterrasse mit Poo und bequemen Liegenl ist ein Plus! Das Hotel ist ziemlich abgewohnt. Die Betten z. T. Zu klein für 2 Personen, durchgelegen und quitschen. Es empfiehlt sich, eine Kategorie höher als Standard zu buchen. Nicht in jedem Bad gibt's Steckdosen.

There was a mattress topper which was too lumpy to sleep on, I pulled it out myself and was left lying on the chair for days until I asked. Beds/mattresses are too soft. Also housekeepers will come and straighten the same used linens even when evidently needed changing. The last 3days of my stay which included x1 extended night,my beddings did not get changed, just straightened even though the bedding especially the pillow case were dirty. The housekeeper not in so many words suggested because I soon checking out. More thorough cleaning would be welcome as water marks on shower/ mirror not routinely cleaned. Lack of privacy in bathroom. There is a glass unlockable door and a window facing the bed whose glass do not fully cover the gap, why? Noise from neighbouring rooms/corridors at night. Luckily, noise from the busy CBD hustle and bustle do no bleed through. Breakfast choice is very very limited and service can be lacking at times

I also got a handicapped room whereby the sink in the bathroom was so low that I had to bend too much. Since because it was one night and I was tired, I decided to ignore it but I mention that I was disappointed.

The hotel is so amazing it’s so clean, a good location from the centre, so nice atmosphere, the rooms is quiet, the bed is comfortable, they have delicious food in the restaurant, all the staff starting from the gate are friendly especially Florence, Patrick, Ian, Ruth, Mandela and others they all are know how to handle and treat their customers!!!

He leads by example and his attitude is always positive and he's always smiling and his staff are right with him doing the same thing! I don't think I have enough room here to say enough Awesome things about Patrick and his staff! Breakfast which is included is amazing! Evan cooks up the omelets to Perfection And the staff is always circling around making sure that you're happy! The rooms were comfortable and the service again was impeccable! - Dave (7/5): Location was good, stay was good, breakfast outstanding but dinner options very limited - Breakfast was good, dinner options for half board were very limited and some of the rooms had no windows so each time I stayed I had to pay extra to upgrade to a decent room. However the pool area on the penthouse level is nice The rooms without windows. Unacceptable. Hotels should not sell rooms without windows, feels like a prison block
- Volker (8/5): - The breakfast and the stuff (Patrick always very friendly).
- Dave (6/5): Some of their rooms are below par. Small, cramped and very tiny bathroom that you can barely move in - The willingness of the staff to help. They were always very attentive and were quick to supply information as was needed Some of the rooms have no windows which is really quite unacceptable. I don't feel good traveling thousands of miles for a cramped room with no window. For both stays I had to pay extra for decent rooms
- Francisco (5/5): - Las ha bitaciones sin ventilacion, oscuras y mobiliario anticuado, no responde a lo que aparenta en las fotografias
- Chinenye (10/5): - Staffs were exceptional, food was excellent, very clean hotel, great facilities. Would definitely be revisiting soon😌😌
