- Avendaño (7/5): Buena - Buena ubicación, el desayuno no tenia opciones suficientes, lo que había cumplió. Es un excelente lugar para descansar, en nuestro caso muy particular, esperábamos un lugar con más actividades, un bar con más vida, las instalaciones comunes estaban restringidas a las 7:00 pm (ya no te dejaban estar en la alberca). En la habitación ya no pusieron café al siguiente día (solo eran dos cápsulas, solicite a recepción y tenían costo). Cuando llegamos a hacer el check-in, nos toco la suerte (o mala suerte) de presenciar una pelea muy desagradable con gritos y ofensas de ambas partes entre un huésped y la gerente del hotel, tuvo que intervenir seguridad.

Even though the electricity was cut off for a couple of hours when we arrived, the personnel helped us with candles and everything we needed. Bathroom in the bedroom is a HUGE plus. We were very comfortable. The bed is amazing, the shower is convenient and it doesn’t have windows going outside, so the noise from the motorcycles was not too loud. Highly recommend! They have very nice breakfast with fresh juices in the lobby too! Nothing, it’s great and clean

The adjoining restaurant, La Americana, has very good food. We at there twice. The rooms are a bit small but beautifully decorated and well appointed. The toiletries provided are top notch. The shower is wonderful. There isn’t anything that we didn’t like. Our stay was superb.

Es algo que no es del hotel, pero podrían tener en cuenta. Pedimos un taxi para el traslado a CDMX, y el vehículo no estaba en condiciones de hacer ese viaje. Sin aire acondicionado, sin cinturones de seguridad ni apoya cabezas en asientos traseros. Muy inseguro.

El cuarto estuvo muy acogedor y con una muy buena iluminación. Tiene un buen closet y además planchador. El baño tiene todo lo necesario para tu estancia. Muy buena ubicación, cerca del zócalo y la iglesia Santa Priska. Nuestro cuerto tenía balcón. Están pendientes de sus huéspedes, dando tapones por el ruido del festival y dulces de mazapán. ¡Todo estuvo excelente!

The room was very light as the curtains didn't quite cover the window and the noise from the restaurant and work going on was a lot early in the morning. The cost for parking was a surprise too!

- Astrid (7/5): Good - We choosen this hotel due to the short walking distance to the centre and photoes, without realising the noise issue. Rooms are small but confortable. Kind staff. Note: Parking available for a fee. Breakfast is not included. There is not lift, our room was in the top floor with access via narrow and stiff stairs 4th floor. The hotel is in the centre by a main road so there was loud cars noise passing by all night and a rock band played until early morning in a bar next to the hotel, it was so loud that it felt we were in a concert. This is not a hotel for light sleepers, we could not sleep or rest at all.

Su servicio de restaurante, súper deli, y aunque no tiene estacionamiento, tienen convenio con uno y por 180 x día, puedes hacer todas tus actividades. Nuestra recámara fue con tina y el tamaño es perfecto. Seguramente volveremos pronto.

First room the AC was not working. So they moved us to another room where AC was barely blowing cold but again not working properly. 3. Hotel does not have a lounge or comfortable lobby area to congregate or sit. Just reception desk, two chairs & the restaurant.
- Will (10/5): Great getaway. - The hotel is in the heart of Taxco. The Santa Pisca Church is behind the hotel. Beautiful hotel clean suite with a nice bath tub and full shower. The split unit air conditioner worked wonders. They immediately greeted us upon arrival, offered valet service and Carrie four luggage to the room. The restaurant opens at 8am for breakfast which offers a variety of traditional Mexican breakfast and American choices. The restaurant has lunch l however it closes early at 6pm. There are a lot of rooftop and balcony restaurantswhidh offer a variety of options. Lots of shops, markets and some entertainment in the town square in front of the Santa Pisca Church. We love this quaint, cultural town. Lots is taxicabs which are very reasonable and inexpensive. We took a gondola ride up to the Monte Taxco Hotel and had lunch overlooking the beautiful town and city.

You can also hear the telephone ringing because of the hotels layout. Never get a room with a balcony because you get all the noise from the street. A lot of effort is put into details, getting the hotel keys as bracelet, valet service, night sweets etc.etc. Can recommend to stay here for everything! The room could have been a little bit bigger, with our big luggages it was not super spacious. Same for the bathroom it was a little tiny. Pretty loud till 11PM and starting 6AM because the windows are not really shielding noise.
