• Ricardo Javier (8/5): Buen lugar para llegar a descansar y pendientes - La habitación fue lo que se requirio, el lugar fue cercano a mi punto de visita, la zona es tranquila para dormir. El estacionamiento es amplio y se cuenta con seguridad para el resguardo del lugar. Que en mi escritorio los contacto no servían, pero mi equipo de computo contaba con extensión larga así que no tuve problema para conectarlo a un lugar más alejado. Solo no lo reporte a recepción por las prisas.

• CelinMolly (8/5): Buena opción en Dgo - Las instalaciones están bonitas y las habitaciones no son tan pequeñas si descansas bien. El desayuno está rico. Tiene bonita vista desde la habitación. La hora del desayuno se acaba muy temprano, la máquina de refrescos no servía, el piso en general aunque tenga alfombra se siente desnivelado y que la recamarista no toca antes de entrar solo se mete, siento que les cabe un frigobar para uno enfriar sus bebidas o que si te sobra algo de comer poder refrigerarlo.

They have shuttle service but I was told that I can be dropped of near the airport not at the actual airport which did not make sense to me and was quite inconvenient. I would not stay there again.

• Maria (10/5): Definitely recommend! - Clean rooms, easy check-in and check-out, and they were beyond helpful whenever we needed help with our room keys. Also, the breakfast was AMAZING! They had new options everyday and made sure they were constantly refilling the food and drinks.

• Juan (4/5): - During my stay at City Express by Marriott, I had two rooms booked. In the middle of the night, I woke up due to the air conditioning unit breaking down, and a strange odor was coming from it, which gave me a severe headache. I called the front desk, and they sent a repairman at 4:20 AM. Unfortunately, I had to wake up my kids so he could access the room. After I explained how I was feeling, the repairman also noticed the unusual smell and even started experiencing a headache himself. Because of this, they decided to move us to another room. However, the new room was in poor condition—the floor was filthy, the carpet was stained throughout, the bedsheets had stains, and the bathroom was dirty as well. At that point, we decided to leave the room and stay in the other room I had booked with the rest of my family. While the staff was friendly and accommodating, I wish they paid more attention to the cleanliness of the hotel. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be returning to this City Express by Marriott hotel.

There is no frig or coffee maker in the room. The bed is hard as a rock and the room has an odd smell.

I'm claustrophobic so to be in their elevators was hard

• 739luiss (6/5): Unhappy stay - The check-in went without a hitch as staff was friendly. However, this was short lived as my room was very small, two plastic chairs, one with a broken armrest and both faded from the sun. The pillows felt like they were filled with pieces of sponges. There were no drawers to places clothes in. For this purpose all my clothing stayed in my suitcase but was able to hang a couple of shirts. The TV did not work well, the air conditioner worked too well that at times it was too cold and unable to warm the room. The breakfast was good however, at time there were no attendants to clean the tables or to restock some of the food. Butter was available only one day of the 12 days I was there. It was located too far from downtown you either had to take the local bus or a taxi. The ice maker was broken half of the time I was there and to top it off the room did not have a microwave or a refrigerator.

• christian (2/5): - El primer cuarto que nos toco tenia mucha basura en la alfombra como que no la avian limpiado bien. Avia lo que parecia pedasos de doritos en la alfombra, como vomito al lado de la cama, y las sabanas de la cama manchadas. Fui con la recepcionista y si nos cambiaron a otro cuarto. Pero estava igual la alfombra igual de sucia, y tenia un olor. Muy mal experiencia nos toco que al ultimo no nos quedamos ayi.
• Joel (8/5): - Room was ok. Ice machine had "Out of Order" sign, but when I asked a worker, he said it was just on the there because the machine had a hard time keeping up and I could still get ice. I got a few unapproving looks from other employees when I used the machine. I guess they wanted it only for employee use. Breakfast was good. Shuttle was only available in the morning. Driver was not available in the afternoon. Overall a good value.

Si íbamos a estar tres pues deberías tener 3 toallas, cobijas y almohadas para 3 y tuve que bajar para ir por ellos. El desayuno está bien (está incluido y es un muy buen plus). Siento que pagué más de lo que recibí.

Breakfast: Cutlery is plastic Cups and plates are made out of a kind of paper. Only a few options. Stay worthy only when you need nights for Bonvoy program.

• Jose (10/5): - I loved the friendly and accommodating staff at the hotel. The price was more than reasonable and affordable. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Lasted a long enough to be able to wake up late and still eat breakfast and a late checkout. Parking lot was huge and easy to park locate and enter hotel. I felt very safe in this area and when I had Uber drivers it was easy for them to find the hotel. I would definitely strongly recommend this hotel if you’re coming to Durango. I will definitely be coming back to stay here in the future.

• Joseph (10/5): Comfortable lodging. - Citi Express Durango is located on the outskirts of Durango, DGO. Easy to get to historic downtown. The major roads through the city are capable of moving heavy traffic easily. The included breakfast is convenient. The beds are very comfortable and the room is quiet.

So we booked a online reservation thinking that they have updated their rooms we are fully paid it says no refunds not thinking that it was gonna be a problem then we get to the hotel with two of my kids in the backseat thinking that they’re gonna finally rest their feet after a long trip and I get to the counter and they said to me “Sorry Ma’am we have no more rooms” now there wouldn’t be a problem if it was refundable and I could go carry on my day and find another hotel but they had me sitting for two hours on a call that was not taking my time seriously. After having it sorted out I’m promised the best room in the hotel. Just to get a room that was not even the biggest room there a.k.a. the best room. “The best room”had only one bed and a couch to sleep on. It was ridiculous to have to wait two hours and STILL have the nerve to charge me. 0.5/10
