• Milena (10/5): Beautiful stay you feel at home, it’s paradise! - Excellent stay at the beautiful property. Beautiful place on a quiet street yet only a couple minutes walk to the beautiful beach. The house is very clean and has all the essentials for cooking. Air conditioning worked perfect to keep the place cool and hot water was almost instant with good pressure. Shops and restaurants also only a few minutes walk. Host Miko is always easily reachable by phone and gave recommendations for near by restaurants and snorkeling. I had a late flight back home and Miko generously offered for me to stay at his other property near by so I could take a shower and rest before my flight. This property was also beautiful clean and quiet. He also arranged transportation to and from the airport. I highly recommend Miko’s place and can’t wait to visit again! Liked everything!

• Carol (10/5): Lovely stay in a very nice apartment - Lovely place, spacious and had everything we needed for a comfy stay. Very good aircon and fans too and a well equipped kitchen with full size cooker and oven. Big TV with Netflix which was great when the rain hit for a couple of days. Milko is a very kind man and was always on hand to assist with any queries we may have. The pool was a welcome addition on a hot afternoon

• Emilie (10/5): - Appartement – Rez-de-Chaussée : The perfect stay! Milko attended to our every need, daily. The apartment was clean and spacious, and the bedroom was sooo cozy (very comfortable bed!). The kitchen was fully equipped, and there was also drinking water. This was a game changer since we can’t drink the tap water in Puerto Morelos. The pool was a dream! It was clean and quiet, and Milko removed leaves that had fallen into it every morning. We really took advantage of it since it was so hot. We were traveling with a baby, so it was important to us to have a place that felt like a home. Milko took the time to explain to us what was where in Puerto Morelos and made sure we didn’t hesitate to call him if we needed anything. He gave us a high chair and a crib and also toys for the pool. He also organized our washing, which was so practical. Overall, it was one of our favorite places to stay in all our travels. One day, we’ll definitely come back to Puerto Morelos and, of course, to Righetto Vacation Rentals :-)

• Stephen (10/5): - My wife and I enjoyed our stay here so much, only wish we'd stayed longer. Puerto Morelos is an oasis of calm in between Cancun and Playa del Carmen. The apartment is lovely and cosy with lots of nice touches to make you feel at home. Huge, incredibly comfortable bed. Shower with plenty of hot water. Kitchen (including oven!) with everything you'd need. We loved sitting on the balcony for a morning coffee. There is a couple of chairs and a parasol to take to the beach, which is a lovely and thoughtful touch that makes life easier here! The pool is great to cool off in the afternoon. Milko and the other staff were lovely and friendly. Perfect really!

La maison : jolie, dans un quartier calme, il ne manque rien et si jamais, Milko et Juanita ne sont pas loins pour vous aider. Tout est d’une propreté nickel et en cuisine il y a tout comme chez soi (cafetière, blender, bouilloire…) La piscine a été appréciée le soir au retour. Le centre est à 10minutes à pied avec petit supermarché, faisable également par la plage. La ville est calme et en totale opposition avec ses voisines festives. Ici, vous serez au Mexique pour de vrai et c’est que nous cherchions. Tout y est de fait bien moins cher qu’ailleurs. Vrai coup de cœur pour cette toute petite ville résistante aux assauts du tourisme. Merci Milko et Juanita pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse. • Diana (10/5): Little paradise in Puerto Morelos - The house is beautiful inside out. Everything is very clean and confortable and Milko has everything ready for guests to enjoy their stay: from amazingly comfortable beds to beach chairs. The location is perfect: very close to the beach and town centre, and there are some places to eat the best tacos nearby! The kitchen is also very well arranged if you prefer to cook. Milko is an excellent host! Very happy about it all. The beach was great! There are sargazo seaweed problems in other areas of the coast, but Puerto Morelos has a barrier that prevents it from reaching the beach, so we had an amazing time in the sea too.

• Wouter (10/5): Wunderfull place were we ended our 21 day trip around south Mexico. - The pool was very welcome and we enjoyed it a lot. We had the big appartment which was very spacius and well equiped. airco where needed, big comfy beds, 2 bathrooms with shower, nice kitchen (which we did not use actualy). Only thing that might need a renovation or upgrade in the future may be the bathrooms (there are 2! which is nice!). But for the moment they did fine. We didn't have our rental car anymore, so the city center was not so nearby to go on foot, certainly with the heath, but certainly doable, and you can always catch a cab or colectivo.

• Todano (10/5): Outstanding! - I stayed at Casa Juanita from April 19 - 26. First off let me say that I've stayed at many wonderful places in various locations throughout Mexico. Casa Juanita is defiantly my favorite! I loved it so much (and Puerto Morelos), that I booked for an additional 17 days (April 26-May 12). The facilities and room are spacious, beautiful and immaculate. Everything you could ever want to feel right at home. The owner, Milko and his family, who live in the next property over, are such a wonderful family. Milko was so helpful in providing some local suggestions and accommodating any requests, such as the laundry services provided. Of particular note, the booking comes with several large 5 gallon jugs of water with a dispensary, which is so convenient rather than having to buy drinking water at the store. The unit also comes with beach chairs and umbrella, which you can walk to the beach in less than 5min. The location of the property is in a very well developed and beautiful safe neighborhood. The value for your money is outstanding! I will be back to stay at Casa Juanita again one day as I continue my adventures throughout Mexico!

• David (10/5): We very highly recommend this villa and host! - It was a beautiful, well-kept Villa. very clean, lovely pool, and very quiet area, very peaceful stay. The owner Milko was very responsive during booking and before our trip. He was there to greet us and was one of the nicest hosts we've ever dealt with. very friendly and accommodating, thanks so much Milko! Our only complaint was that we had to go home at the end of our stay!

• John (10/5): excellent place to stay with a lovely host - Lovely little find on the outskirts of Puerto Morales. A 20 min walk into the centre along a straight safe road. Near the beach. The host 'Milko' was wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed and more, always on hand if we needed him and willing to assist if required. Lovely apartment with everything you would need and a beautiful little pool outside the door. Clean and cool with excellent fans and AC. would use it again when staying. There is a lot of construction happening in the area and although this doesn't impact on the stay it is something to be aware of

• Mila_camomila (10/5): Quick 4 night getaway - We stayed at Casa Juanita for a quick 4 night getaway and it was fantastic! Milko was welcoming and helpful, the apartment was perfect and offered everything we needed including a pleasant pool, hammock on the back porch, full kitchen, and comfy bed! The apartment is a couple blocks from the beach, and included beach chairs, towels, etc. If we needed anything, from suggestions on a delivery pizza to transportation to/from the airport, Milko was very quick to respond and gave good suggestions. Would absolutely stay again, short or long term! Nothing comes to mind.

• Mario (10/5): Exceptional - I would like to thank Milko for the amazing stay we had in Puerto Morelos. He was extremely kind, had great advice for me before my partner arrived and he was always there in case we had questions. Also, it was so nice that he even contacted a friend of his to get actual information about another area of Yucatan, when we were in doubt if it was safe to head up north after hurricane Milton had passed. Also the apartment is just beautiful and very well equipped. We enjoyed the possibilities to have breakfast and meals at the place and not to have to leave the place for each meal. There are very nice restaurants within a short walking distance nevertheless, and the beautiful beach is also very near. Thank you so much Milko, and we wish you all the best!
• Aleksei (10/5): One of the best places I've stayed at - It's one of the best places I've stayed at. Very well equipped. SO MUCH attention to details - the apartment is extremely comfortable and has everything you need. The host Milko is amazing. He greeted me in person, showed around and made sure I was feeling home. The location is nice, 2 minutes from the beach. I came for work, and everything was quiet, plenty of space for parking, I felt secure, and the pool is also a nice add-on.
• Tara (10/5): Lovely Quiet Apartment Near Beach - Lovely, comfortable, spacious and well-equipped. The pool is a very nice beach bonus, and the beach is a short 5-min walk away.
• Kelvin (10/5): Amazing experience, highly recommended to everyone visiting Puerto Morelos. - Milko was the the perfect host - super helpful, gave us lots of useful advice, helped us arrange transport. Location was amazing, literally 1 block from the beach, we went to the beach multiple times a day. The hotel is in the quiet part of town, no loud music or restaurants. The main part of town where the shops and restaurants are is about 10 min walk away. I'm planning to return for sure!
• Shockinator (10/5): Outstanding in every way - Exceptional air conditioner, very clean pool, extra comfy beds, very good and safe location. And, best of all, Milko was just outstanding. The hospitality itself is worth staying here. The property has been around a few years, but there was nothing at all for me to mark down for. 2 blocks from the beach, a block from a corner store and just a few blocks from several restaurants. Americans should take note that, while I gave 10 out of 10, some might rate this lower based on age of property in the US, but this is more a matter if managing expectations. It is still a world class experience

• Desroches (10/5): Good folks, good value! - Very well equipped apartment - even had Netflix for guests that required no signing in. Kitchen knives were actually sharp, AC worked well, and location was quiet but within short walk distance to shops and restaurants. We'd stay again in a heartbeat.
• Dupont (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely fantastic stay. The room was comfortable, cozy and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils so we had no issues eating in for dinner when we chose to. There were even chairs and beach umbrella for us to use when we went to the beach! Milko was so friendly and welcoming, you couldn't ask for a better host. The location was also great for us. It's walkable to the main area but far enough away that it's pretty quiet. I would definitely chose this property again if I was staying in Puerto Morelos.

The appartement (we stayed in appartment Izamal first floor) is nicely decorated, very complete and feels like a home away from home. It is quietly located at 10 minutes from the restaurant area!and close to the beach. Would definitely stay there again! Nothing

• Sarah (10/5): Our stay at Casa Juanita was 10/10 - Our stay at Casa Juanita was incredible. Milko was there to greet us when we arrived and gave us the keys and the rundown of the place. The place is located one block from the beach and about 5 blocks from the downtown area. We were grateful we rented bicycles because it is a long way to walk in the heat of the day. The pool was an exceptional way to cool off in the morning and the evenings. The room had everything we needed to make this our home away from home and we would stay here again if and when we come back! Thank you Milko and Juanita! 🙏🏽
