La habitación muy amplia y todos los días hicieron limpieza. Lo terrible es el wifi. Prácticamente no lo hay. Incluso en recepción tenían problemas con el internet. Urge al interior mantenimiento del inmueble.

Logo em seguida, nos pediram pra trocar de acomodaçao sem justificativa, aceitamos, aí essa nova acomodação havia um vista boa pra avenida 9 de julho, a principal, porém no quarto se notava bastantante mofo nas paredes, e uma acomodação mais antiga. O pessoal da limpeza arrumava e limpava o quarto todo dia. Localização é ótimo, fizemos tudo a pé. Belisco nem 10 min, casa rosada uns 15/20min. Teatro colón 20 min. Porto Madero 20min. Únicos lugares que fomos de uber é pro bairro de Palermo e La Boca.

Une reception accueillante et L'hôtel est bien placé pour accéder au centre touristique de BA. Un bémol , l'hôtel est ancien et mériterai un grand coup de rafraîchissement. les cloisons sont minces et les gens assez irrespectueux. Peut être que la crise économique n'encourage pas les investissements. Cependant j'ai choisi une chambre économique et au prix que j'ai payé les prestations ont été à la hauteur.

The staff was very nice and helpful, except for one woman (with dark hair and complexion) who wasn't as helpful and didn't make effort to find information about nearby attractions or transportation to the airport. The location is great to explore the historical center of BA.
- oscar (8/5): Mi familia y yo estuvimos satisfechos. - Buena ubicación, buen tamaño ideal para familias me dieron una cama mas, o sea cinco camas en lugar de cuatro. Desayuno ok. Entiendo es un apart y por el costo buscan hacer ahorros, sin embargo sugiero tener servicios que son cero costo. Por ejemplo vender o alquilar transformadores, yo no sabia que en Bs As no podía conectar mis equipos electrónicos sin un adaptador y en recepción la ayuda fue nula. Necesitaba hacer una impresión y también me dijeron que no tenían tinta, ningún esfuerzo por ayudarme. Les sugiero tener información de actividades, plano de la ciudad, información de contacto de tours, estoy seguro muchos operadores pueden dejar información sin costo alguno.

Opino que con algo de mantenimiento puede mejorarse mucho. El desayuno limitado. La relación precio versus servicios es adecuado. En resumen es recomendable y puede mejorar. Ele funciona em um prédio empresarial, fiquei receoso de reservar por conta disso, mas não há problema nenhum, se você estiver com receio, pode reservar sem medo. Tive uma excelente estadia e tratamento. Quarto de casal bem grande, com cozinha e frigobar, cama enorme e extremamente confortável, funcionários muitos simpáticos e prestativos. Localização é boa, dá para ir a pé até o obelisco e arredores da cidade. Claro que possui pontos negativos como por exemplo o wi-fi não é dos melhores e no 2º dia de hospedagem o wi-fi do meu andar parou de funcionar, o chuveiro poderia ser de mais fácil uso e aquelas cortinas em torno do chuveiro/banheira, mais atrapalham que ajudam, o café da manhã poderia sim possuir mais opções, porem é bem servido e a equipe muito simpática. No mais, não há o que reclamar. The hotel is great.We had a great stay and treatment. Very large double room with kitchen and fridge, huge bed and extremely comfortable, many friendly and helpful staff. Location is good, you can walk to the obelisk and outskirts of the city. Of course it has negative points such as the wi-fi is not the best and in the 2 day stay the wi-fi of my floor stopped working, the shower could be easier to use and those curtains around the shower / tub , more disruptive than helping, breakfast could rather have more options, however it is well served and staff very friendly. In fact, there is nothing to complain about.

De hecho, desde el lobby se podia escuchar como le mentian a los clientes que los llamaban de las habitaciones. Atendia otro y les decia que no se encontraba la recepcionista, siendo que estaban alli. Si no tienen voluntad en hacer su trabajo, renuncien y dejen espacio para quien si quiere trabajar y ser atento con quien paga por un servicio.

É stato rimosso un vecchio condizionatore, ma il buco nella parete esterna, circa 50x50 cm, è stato chiuso malamente con un lamierino è un compensato senza neanche una sigillatura. In pratica come una finestra semiaperta. La dotazione della cucina è insufficiente, ci sono solo due pentolini piccoli. Niente padella, niente posate.

- OCTAVIO (10/5): El personal del hotel es muy servicial - Aunque utilizamos la habitación sólo durante unas horas, esperando el vuelo de vuelta a casa, el personal de la recepción del hotel fue extraordinariamente servicial. Tuvimos una pequeña emergencia, pero nos auxiliaron de un modo en que la resolvimos rápidamente.

Não tem placa do Hotel, pois funciona em edifício com escritórios. Não é hotel novo, mas razoável conservação. Bom para quem quer apenas repousar, dormir. SEM LUXO ALGUM. Ponto que merece melhorar um pouco é o café da manhã, muito simples.

- Sylvie (8/5): bien placé et confortable - La chambre était plutôt grande, avec bureau et table, et assez pour me permettre d'étaler mes 2 valises, sans me sentir à l'étroit. Déco dépassée, mais chambre propre et coin cuisine complet avec frigo+micro-ondes et vaisselle au complet. La chambre donnait sur l'avenida 9 de Julio, la plus grande de la ville, ce qui aurait pu être agréable, avec vue sur l'avenue et ses arbres, mais très bruyante, au point de ne pas pouvoir ouvrir la fenêtre le jour et dormir la nuit fenêtre ouverte, malgré la chaleur. Petit-déjeuner un peu léger pour la catégorie, mais la salle est au 13e étage, avec la vue sur la ville. Le personnel est très serviable, prêt à donner tout renseignement nécessaire ou à appeler un taxi. Quant à l’hôtel, il est placé idéalement à 200m de l'avenida de Mayo, à 10 mn à pied de la place de Mai, ... et non loin de stations de nombreuses lignes de bus et de métro.

Lo primero fue que nos pusieron con mis amigos dispersos por el hotel en vez de todos juntos. La recepcionista de la mañana un amor nos recibió super bien pero el check in lo realizamos a la noche ya que teníamos que irnos a realizar nuestras actividades. Cuando regresamos a la noche llegamos insolados de Temaiken, super cansados y ya estábamos en la habitación cuando suena el teléfono y la recepcionista de la tarde/noche (era una señora mayor y de mal carácter) nos exigió que bajáramos a abonar nuestra estadía siendo que nuestro check out era el día domingo e ingresamos el día jueves; lo cual me pareció de cuarta porque sentí que nos trataban de ladrones. Cuando ingresamos a la noche a la habitación la heladera se encontraba apagada por lo que no pudimos hacer uso inmediato de la misma, teniendo que salir a comprar algo fresco. Además el desayuno era caro y feo. Y no cumplieron con los requisitos que solicité ya que a la pareja amiga que viajaba con nosotros le dieron una habitación twin cuando en realidad pedí queen. Y cuando se le comunicó el error a la recepción nos negó tener la razón cuando en realidad hubiese correspondido por lo menos un cambio de habitación o un up grade. Como profesional en hotelería recomiendo que para mejorar el servicio la habitación debería encontrarse climatizada y con la heladera prendida al momento de ingresar, eso habla de la cordialidad de los rrhh.

Ruim, schoon, aardig personeel, alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt tijdens een verblijf in de werkelijk schitterende omgeving. Gratis parkeren, veilige omgeving. Het appartement dat ik had was op de vierde onder het dak, geen airco dus erg warm in de zomer. Elektrische kookplaat met 2 pitten in vrij basis uitgeruste keuken.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Buenos Aires is great fun, but needs to be careful - centrally located near many major tourist attractions, many within walking distance. receptionist speak Spanish only - we managed by English and hand signals. 70 cable channels - only 2 in English. Buenos Aires has many pickpockets and scams for tourists and locals. Need to be careful. We had no problems and totally enjoyed our 4 days there.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Room for 4 people in Buenos Aires - Hotel is old but room was comfortable. We used room with 4 people(2 adults and 2 kids). Room had 2 single beds and sofa which turns into 2 single beds. Our kids did not mind sleeping on sofa beds, but for adults, it is not comfortable and not recommended. Hotel is located on the main busy street of Buenos Aires.

- Alex (4/5): Not a place I would stay at - I didi not like anything about this hotel and actually ended up staying with a friend outside the city. The hotel is in a pretty depressing neighborhood, the hotel is kind of deserted and is located in an office building. The room did not look like anything in the pictures and was really bad. When I tried to address the problem the hotel staff did not seem interested and just shrugged it off. The reason why I booked the place is because it was cheap but I highly recommend that you pay more and stay in a better place.
- SJW (8/5): Central Location & clean hotel - Room was great - had enough beds for 5, and had a small kitchen area. Right in the centre of the city, although some of the surrounding area is not the most desirable. Hotel service was very good, although there were not many english-speaking staff! Overall, its a great hotel - recommended.
