- Flavio Cesar (10/5): Simplesmente mágico - As instalações são muito bem cuidadas, a piscina uma delícia, café da manhã muito bom, limpeza nota 10. Mas eu preciso dar um destaque especial ao atendimento. É perceptível desde a chegada que os hóspedes serão muito bem atendidos. Todos que interagimos, sem exceção, prestaram um excelente atendimento.

- Costa (8/5): Hotel bonito, gostei do croissant - Hotel muito bonito e confortável, boa localização, atendimento dos funcionários fantástico. Não gostei do box do banheiro e da pia serem dentro do quarto. O café da manhã é razoável com poucas opções, o que salvava era o croissant, porém fiquei três dias e no último dia não tinha croissant. O restaurante é razoável, o peixe estava bem feito, porém o tipo de peixe não é dos melhores, pedimos um risoto cítrico que estava com gosto de limão muito forte e não deu para comer.

Nosso quarto apesar de ter uma bela vista para o mar não tinha banheiro. Tinha uma pia e um chuveiro na lateral do quarto e uma portinha com uma privada. Bem esquisito. Pelo preço do hotel esse quarto não deveria existir. E os funcionários do restaurante beeeem mal educados.

Tem uma copa para bebês que serve de apoio tb para as mães que tem bebês em introdução alimentar. Achei o restaurante bem caro (a lacarte) e a copa para bebês não tinha geladeira para guardar alimentação. O restaurante tb não ofertava comidas para bebês o que me fazia deslocar de longe para ir buscar sempre a comidinha. A hospedagem fica longe do centro, caso precise sair é distante.

- Chanju (9/5): Beautiful resort, great for relaxation and being in nature. - The hotel is set in a really beautiful location with a sea view. It’s about 20 minutes drive from the centre but has a really nice beach just across the road. The staff were really nice and always helpful when you have questions - they provide beach chairs and towels and parasols if you want to go across and sit at the beach. The rooms are a really great size and the hammocks on the balcony are a nice touch. The sauna area was barely used by other guests so essentially had it to myself several times! I also did a massage spa treatment during my stay and it was so lovely. The nature is great - you can hear a variety of birds. I also ate at the restaurant - the breakfast is a good mix of hot and cold buffet options and there’s a widespread lunch and dinner menu on offer. I came as a solo traveller and felt really safe and secure here. Note that if you don’t have a car they can call taxis for you but it normally needs a bit of time (20-30 minutes) as taxis don’t seem to come immediately and seem to be quite expensive for taxis compared to São Paulo.

Facilitan hasta sombrillas y sillas para la playa, y cualquier dato adicional como taxis, tours, hasta delivery de farmacia! Muy bueno el desayuno y como avisé que tenía intolerancias alimenticias me engrieron con alternativas que podía consumir, el personal muy amable! Las instalaciones, jardines, muy acogedores. Llevar repelente porque Ilhabela es conocida por los mosquitos que pican, deben retocarselo seguido.

O café da manhã também é de muita qualidade. Almoçamos e jantamos no restaurante do hotel e recomendamos muito também. A piscina aquecida com vista para a praia e com um bar são outros destaques. Mas sem dúvida o principal foi o excelente atendimento de todos os funcionários, a começar pela moça da recepção, mas também as camareiras, o pessoal do restaurante, todos muito solícitos e simpáticos. Fazem a gente se sentir muito bem recebidos. Quando estivermos novamente na ilha, com certeza voltaremos a nos hospedar!

- Carmen (10/5): Great relaxing stay at Porto Pacuiba Hotel - The breakfast was wonderful with plenty of fresh fruit, pastries, juices and the option of cooked to order eggs. Location was great. You could walk into town in about 20 minutes and the bus stop was very close by. A beautiful beach was directly across the street. I really enjoyed the heated swimming pool with the infinity view and swim up bar. Front desk staff was really helpful arranging a taxi for me. I would recommend this hotel. Nothing.

De frente para a praia, estacionamento muito bom. Recomendo pois voltarei. O único problema são os borrachudos na ilha mas nada que um bom repelente não resolva.

We had lunch and dinner at other places, but the hotel restaurant served the best food. We strongly recommend you to stay here.
