Рядом парки, музеи, множество кафе и ресторанов на любой вкус. Хочется отметить доброжелательность персонала отеля), было приятно). В отеле чисто, качественная уборка номера. В номере есть чайник и набор из пакетиков чая, сахара, питьевой воды (видимо наливают из кулера). Чайный набор возобновляли каждый день. Кровать и подушки были удобные. В отеле очень вкусные завтраки), хороший выбор качественных горячих блюд, которые не повторялись. На десерт можно было попробовать домашнюю национальную выпечку, похожую на хворост. Все было очень вкусно) Из окон ресторана вид на снежные горные вершины, атмосферно!) Что касается безопасности. В номере был сейф, но неактивированный к работе, возможно за активацией надо было обратиться к персоналу, но у меня необходимости не было. Так-же персонал предлагает для безопасности воспользоваться, если есть необходимость, сейфом на рецепшене.

• GALINA (10/5): Я бы рекомендовала этот отель своим друзьям. - Понравилось всё. Отличное расположение отеля - практически в центре города, рядом все основные достопримечательности и Дубовый парк. Персонал вежливый, компетентный, помогали с решением всех вопросов. Номер чистый и удобный. Лучше выбирать номер в корпусе №2 (т.к. там открываются окна). Завтраки хорошие, проходят на 8 этаже в ресторане с панорамным видом на горы. С удовольствием остановилась бы здесь снова. К сожалению, в корпусе №1 не открываются окна и притока свежего воздуха нет. Но для любителей кондиционеров это не будет проблемой.

The staff is genuinely helpful, breakfast substantial, rooms comfortable and overall impression lovely. Cleaning service disposed of my important medicine placed on the bedside table - without even knowing what it was! Fortunately, the staff managed to retrieve this medicine from a dumpster. I hope the hotel’s cleaning service takes more care next time.

• Calmik (10/5): Отдохнул от неудобств и приколов других отелей г.Бишкек, здесь явно работали профи, что приятно. - Отличный ресторан с видом на город, замечательный завтрак, мини-бар и оснащение номера на высшем уровне, что контрастирует с другими отелями Бишкека. Удобные матрасы, подушки и др. Вообщем не к чему придраться от слова "совсем". Не открываются окна, не уверен, что кондиционирование с подмесом свежего воздуха, но если с ним, то вопрос снимается. Просто лично я люблю свежий воздух.

В комнате не открываются окна, кондиционер не работал на охлаждение (видимо из-за зимнего режима), солнечная сторона - температура в комнате не опускалась ниже 28 градусов. На ресепшене посоветовали отрыть дверь. Больше ни за что.

• Viktor (1/5): Лучше не рисковать - Останавливались в данном 4-звёздочном отеле уже во второй раз. В первый визит всё прошло хорошо, никаких подобных ситуаций не возникало, поэтому мы без сомнений выбрали этот отель снова. К сожалению, в этот раз опыт оказался крайне негативным — у нас были украдены деньги. Сам факт кражи — уже серьёзное нарушение базового уровня безопасности, но ещё больше разочаровало поведение персонала. Администрация отеля не оказала должного содействия в разборе ситуации: не было ни инициативы, ни реальной попытки помочь разобраться в произошедшем. Дополнительно выяснилось, что: • камера в помещении для хранения вещей не работала • в день происшествия также не функционировали камеры видеонаблюдения на этаже с нашим номером Для отеля уровня 4* это выглядит как минимум халатность, а по факту — полное отсутствие контроля за безопасностью гостей. Вместо того чтобы взять ситуацию под контроль, сотрудники ограничились формальными ответами и не предложили никаких конкретных действий для поиска виновных или урегулирования ситуации. Итог: крайне негативный опыт. Особенно обидно, что после хорошего первого визита уровень сервиса и безопасности оказался настолько ниже ожиданий. Не рекомендую данный отель тем, кто рассчитывает на безопасность, ответственность и уровень сервиса, соответствующий заявленным 4 звёздам.

Good service overall, The spa area (steam/sauna, etc) was closed due to renovation process. There were not information about this this at the time when I placed my reservation.

Good breakfast, fantastic panoramic view over the mountains from the top floor of the Hotel. Helpful personnel, strong wifi. It appears the Hotel is in the process of renovation of its facilities (sweeming pool, sauna, fitness room), yet I did not find any notice on the site, at the time when making a reservation.

Работники ресепшн просто душки! Номер просторный с видом на площадь Победы и цирк. Завтраки вкусные и сытные. Заказываешь себе кашку и ее приносят только что приготовленную. Самса от шеф-повара выше всяких похвал! Рекомендую отель совершенно искренне. Все понравилось

• Birusinka (9/5): Приятный отель в центре - Отель удобно расположен в самом центре, да и до аэропорта всего минут 40 на такси. Хороший просторный номер с просторным санузлом и просторной душевой кабиной (чётко отделена, вода за пределы не выливается))) Удобные матрасы, хорошие полотенца и постельное белье. Из ресторанчика на восьмом этаже чудесный вид на горы (их можно рассмотреть в стоящий тут же бинокль) и вкусные разнообразные завтраки. Два дня мы рано (до начала завтрака) уезжали на экскурсии и были признательны за ланч-боксы, которые для нас готовили. Все очень доброжелательные. Единственный минус - это невозможность открыть окно (было душновато, кондиционер не сильно помогал (((
